In response to your art about Hajime and Makoto being friends, I imagine they talked with each other extensively when Makoto was reopening Hope's Peak, so he could be sure that it wouldn't be nearly as predatory as it was to people like Hajime.

Aw that's really nice I like that. Getting Hajime's perspective as an outsider but also extra knowledgeable about the darker sides of HPA

#I wanna believe it might strengthen their friendship #Hajime seeing that Makoto is really really trying and Makoto having extra eyes to spot any hint of corruption #But IMAGINE if it went wrong #The betrayal.... like if that Ultimate Neurologist guy made a comeback somehow. The drama #Makoto IS in a weird position where some of the most powerful people in the world are on his side- both from HPA and the Remnants--#--but if he fucks up.... on one hand he'll have kickstarted a new era for HPA and then ruined his chances of making sure it's better now #On the other the Worlds Biggest Criminals are now against him #And yet somehow the criminals are a safer enemy.....#This became a tangent.
