Luckily for the self-made superstar, the movie flopped, and he married his lady love.
15. Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza
A marriage between two people from contrasting backgrounds is always exciting to read about, and such is the love story of Riteish and Genelia. The former is the son of an ex-Chief Minister, while the latter is a simple Goan girl. But when the two met during the filming of their first film Tujhe Meri Kasam, they discovered that they had so much in common despite their nine-year age gap. After dating for nine years, they tied the knot in 2012 and are now parents to two adorable kids.

BASIC INFORMATION:
NAME: Hardev ‘Dev’ Daryani.  AGE: 37. PLACE OF BIRTH: Haringey, London, United Kingdom. AFFILIATION: The Rutherford Family. OCCUPATION: Loyalist. Underground fighter. FACE CLAIM: Ranveer Singh. AVAILABILITY: CLOSED.
BIOGRAPHY:
“You’re a nasty fucker, you know that?”
Well, they weren’t wrong.
Despite how vehemently people condemned his character, Dev had never really cared.
For as long as he’d been fighting, Hardev Daryani had been preceded by a reputation that limited the people who wanted to be around him. With an extensive history of violence that had started with his father, by his teens the Wood Green native was feared by the community and the lingering many who had heard rumor about him.
It was no invention of the imagination that Haringey was rough. Fights were a norm between the more prevalent thugs of the area—not only in defense but as a status symbol in the streets—and Dev was good at it. What he lacked in finesse or technique was outweighed by staggering fearlessness and unhinged grit. He wasn’t scared of getting hit. There was no hesitation. That amount of unflinching, unfaltering crazy sequentially changed his competitors—their fear to hit and their hesitation was his gain. While dangerous in method, the amount of dominance he earned was worth it, especially when taking to the streets meant he didn’t have to spend another second at home.
None of them had heard of the Rutherfords until the Turkish drug gangs controlling the borough were strong-armed out of the area; piquing Dev’s interest. It wasn’t until he was out of school, making money by being beating people’s faces for a loan-shark friend of Jai’s, that the Rutherfords approached both with opportunities matching their talents.
His best friend had gotten them in, as he’d been involved with the drug scene—though typically as a user—and they’d been looking to make the most of his connections. While Jai was given an area to deal, until proved competent, Dev acted as muscle. More importantly, he graduated his belligerence from being personal to profitable by thoroughly beating the ever-living piss out of multiple champions in Britain’s underground bare-knuckle boxing rings.
Rivals didn’t think twice about scrimmaging their territory with the reputation Dev had earned. Eventually their terrain expanded, and so followed their bank accounts, their social circles, and their infamy.
The Rutherfords moved both he and Jai at the peak of their notoriety. Porto Velho had been nothing like Wood Green, and he couldn’t have been more grateful for it—the organization had offered him bigger and better, the type that couldn’t be passed on. The fighter had no qualms with leaving London behind; he never wanted to go back. Not to Wood Green, not ever.
There, in Porto, Dev sat before the throne of the senior members of the organization. While they played their part in the city, pristine and famous, Dev was prompted toward bigger animals than the ones he’d left behind in London: The Kings. Given his penchant for conflict, he couldn’t have thought of anything more welcoming than the bloodshed that followed, at the time.
For years he operated in Cávado, with Jai, the same way they’d done back home. He became one of The Kings biggest targets after Parsons and the active danger of it all had been remarkably invigorating—which is why joining Lara’s collection of underground fighters had also been so impressively easy. Johnathan had been the one to put his name forward—clearly understanding that the man had a fucking screw loose that they could exploit for money—and she took him on board with that recommendation alone.
Dev’s experience as a fighter for Lara in Porto fell in only two categories: worship or hate. Either he was prized for his crazy or rightly vilified as a heartless machine for the very serious unsportsmanlike state he left his opponents in. With no grey area, Dev’s fights were by far Lara’s most popular; few wanting to see him lose, many wanting to see near death.
His achievements in the ring introduced him to company he never thought he’d keep. Rubbing shoulders with friends of the Rutherfords reminded him that the wealthy ran the world, but equally that some of them were modest people. Regardless of appreciating his relative solitude highly, Dev found himself creating new-found relationships with people who wanted more out of him than his fists. And, when he thought he’d advanced into a real connection with a then girlfriend through all the reputation, he was later reminded that the uncommon should stay uncommon—that wealth made fickle little cunts.
When the Rutherfords pulled Jai from Porto Velho to London, he’s surprised even himself with a relieved sigh then. Though he was being separated from his best friend, both he and Jai knew that Dev was stretching himself thin between the underground fighting and his responsibilities in Cávado. While Johnathan had been fine with him concentrating solely on Lara’s enterprise, and Dev didn’t trust anyone to have Jai’s back other than himself—instead of having to sacrifice one job for the other, the Rutherfords decided for him.
Soon after, Johnathan followed Jai, then Melissa, then the Rutherfords themselves; and, with all his wrath of intensity, Dev did not follow. The reasons to stay outweighed the annoyance that waited in London. And, so stayed Dev, vising The Kings and the ring in PV as they all trickled back to the place he loathed.
He would regret his impetuosity before a match.
“Lara’s on the phone.”
“Tell her no. Again.”
Take the call, Dev.”
Really, only one thing could have brought Dev back to London. Unfortunately for the French, Lara delivered the news of Jai’s death—and with it his return home.
He beat his challenger to death in the ring promptly after the phonecall.
SOCIAL CONNECTIONS:
RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single. Revati Sharma (ex-girlfriend) FAMILY: None playable. CONNECTIONS:
Laurent St. Pierre: Enemy. While Dev may never know who killed Jai personally, he knows who runs London for the French. Without a fucking doubt, Laurent ordered the hit, and that’s all he really needs to know. It’s only a plus that the Frenchman likes to put himself in the ring. So, when Dev kills him in one, at least there’d be no one to blame except the man himself for thinking it’d go any other way.
Jessica Reyes: Nurse. Before her move to London with Johnathan and Jai, Jessica had been the go-to for many Rutherford loyalists in PV when injuries couldn’t be addressed in public settings. Dev never truly cared for her friendliness while sowing him back up, she was Parsons’ pet out of Cávado of all places, but times have changed, locations have changed, and things in London are different. Jessica is one of few who will remember Jai and that alone means he can afford to spend a little more time with her.
Amir Dawar: Former friend. Before becoming a girlfriend-stealing tit, Amir had been one of the best friendships Dev cultivated in Porto. Unlike Amir’s then-fiancée, the businessman backed him in every fight and invested in his career, even when illicit. Despite how strange it was for other people to regard their friendship, as they had nothing in common, it mattered to them. That was then. Dev revels at any chance to beat the shit out of him, now.
Jai Dalal: Best friend. Dead.
Maksim Kurylenko: Ally. Dev isn’t enamored, in any sense, by the mob scene lifestyle. He wasn’t when he was growing up dirt poor, nor is he now. Yet, even while at the start of an insane partnership he can’t imagine going well, there is something uniquely impressive about how savage the Russians are. Maksim’s hate for the French entertains the fuck out of him, and he can’t wait to see where it gets them.

Fashion Trends Seen In Recent Bollywood Movies
New Post has been published on https://healingawerness.com/getting-healthy/getting-healthy-women/fashion-trends-seen-in-recent-bollywood-movies/
Fashion Trends Seen In Recent Bollywood Movies
Bollywood and fashion go hand in hand and there are tonnes of movies that have released and inspired major fashion trends across the country. Looks from movies like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Jab We Met, and Ram Leela have inspired us when it comes to dressing up for weddings, parties or even for college. There’s no denying that movies often set the precedent for what fashion is going to bring in the near future. Are you excited to know about the movies and characters who’ve gotten us many of the clothing trends that we followed (or still follow)? Read on to know our favorite looks from Bollywood movies that went on to become huge trends.
1. Cocktail (Kurtis On Jeans)
India Today
Diana Penty’s outfits in this movie inspired girls all across India to finally accept that kurtis and jeans are a smart and practical fashion choice. Pair it with kohl-rimmed eyes, bangles, a pretty pair of earrings and you’re good to go. Take a page out of Diana’s diary and flaunt your Indo-western look with pride. Style your hair into a long plait and carry a pretty satchel to make the look even more interesting.
2. Jab We Met (T-shirts On Harem Pants)
via GIPHY
Only a fashion icon like Kareena Kapoor can get away with this rather deadly combination. The talented actress plays the character of bubbly and optimistic Geet and is a stark contrast to Shahid Kapoor’s uptight and workaholic character, Aditya. When the movie came out, it inspired women to start experimenting with Harem pants once more and the outfit was all the rage.
3. Veere Di Wedding (Metallic Dresses)
via GIPHY
The four fabulous ladies from Veere Di Wedding came across as total #BossBabes in their sultry and fierce outfits. Not ones to shy away from the glam and glitz, these ladies took to the clubs in shiny metallic outfits and short dresses. Talk about not giving a s**t about “log kya kahenge”. Besides their empowering looks, this movie deals with a lot of topics that are often glazed over by mainstream media, including “female self-love”, women developing cold feet before marriage as well as the taboo of divorce.
4. Ram Leela (Rajputana Ghagras)
ramleela_film / Instagram
Those who’ve watched Ram Leela can probably tell that the chemistry between Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone is totally off the charts. But what’s also undeniable is the costume designers’ taste in fashion as they put Deepika in gorgeous ghagras. The outfits featured contemporary cholis, traditional bandhanis, and also had mirror work detailed on them.
5. Aisha (International Fashion Labels)
via GIPHY
Aisha featured Sonam Kapoor playing the role of the titular character and brought attention to preppy upper class fashion. With bright pastel and floral motifs, it’s no wonder that style icon, Sonam Kapoor was roped in to play Aisha. This was probably one of the first Bollywood films to introduce the Indian audience to big fashion names like Gucci, Ferragamo, Prada, and Chanel. Also, how could we forget the famous Lady Dior bag that Sonam rocked in almost every frame of the film.
6. Wake Up Sid! (Graphic T-shirts)
Indian WIre
While graphic tees have been an essential of the college going kid’s wardrobe, Ranbir’s character, Sid, brought the style back in fashion and made us laugh with his quirky t-shirt choices throughout the film. As much as we initially despised Sid’s character for being a lazy, good for nothing at the start of the film, we can’t help but love his outfit choices.
7. 2 States (Spaghetti Tops And Long Skirts)
Alia plays the character of Ananya in the movie 2 States. She’s mostly seen in a fusion of Indo-western outfits, pairing t-back and spaghetti tops with gorgeous long skirts and desi makeup. The actress also rocks gorgeous and chunky accessories throughout the film and it definitely inspired many of us to add a bit of desi to our western outfits.
8. Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (Blue Georgette Saree)
New Indian Express
Who can forget the classic ‘player’ and ‘boys will be boys’ song, Badtameez Dil? While Ranbir is supposed to be the star attraction in the video and charms us with his suave moves, it’s Deepika who truly steals the show. The actress grooves to the beat in a super hot cobalt blue georgette saree with champagne gold borders and a black sleeveless blouse. Total #receptiongoals according to us! This saree became a huge trend back in the days and it was quite easy to spot women at events wearing plain blue saree with golden borders and a black blouse.
Sure, the 2000s were known for rather cringey fashion, but we’re hoping trends today are a little more stylish and iconic. As they say, “Fashion fades but beauty is eternal.” Which of these looks was your favorite and which of these looks would you like to rock in your day to day life? Let us know in the comments section below.

Meet Nipun Bhatia: A Lawyer, Chartered Accountant, Management Consultant to Legal Industry, IP Enthusiast and a Fashion Blogger
In conversation with Nipun Bhatia who is presently Vice-President, Strategic Management & Process Redesigning at Legal League Consulting, A Lawyer, Chartered Accountant, Management Consultant to Legal Industry, IP Enthusiast and a Fashion Blogger –, the person donning several hats!
Here’s candid conversation about his Journey and different professional roles:
What was your first choice – pursuing Chartered Accountancy or Law?
I’m sure you would’ve heard the famous saying, “What you seek is seeking you”! I believe I’ve been lucky in the sense that things have fallen into place like missing pieces of a jig-saw puzzle. I signed up for law half-way through my CA course, under the fear that I may never be able to pass the final stages (given the average number of students that qualify every year!). To be honest, I didn’t want to end up without a professional degree and hence started pursuing law. However, what actually started as a fall-back plan, actually became my mainstream choice. Regular classes in college helped fostering my interest in law more than chartered accountancy; and while I cleared both the exams, I knew my interest was more towards law. I also pursued a short-term specialization course in IP Laws which drew me closer to the field of Intellectual Property. It also helped me to better understand the nuances of IP laws, which came as a great help later as a large number of firms who seek my assistance as management consultant are IP Boutique firms. The domain knowledge of IP Laws, coupled with my learnings while pursuing CA, well-equipped me towards various inter-linked aspects like commercial laws, taxation, valuation, creation of IP assets, finance, equity structuring, goodwill, brand usage at the time of restructuring or mergers, etc.
What prompted you to choose the field of management consulting to legal industry after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and a Lawyer?
My experience of working as a Finance Manager with a renowned IP Law Firm actually paved way for me to venture into different areas of business support like human resource management, operations management, administration, IP investigations and enforcement actions. When I met Ms. Bithika Anand, Founder & CEO of Legal League Consulting, I was deeply moved by her vision to transform the Indian legal industry. Her commitment to bring operational efficiencies to legal organizations and to equip them with global best practices motivated me to a great extent. Her vision and confidence motivated me to join Legal League Consulting and be a part of an organization that strived to achieve something extraordinary, niche and unheard of.
The recent times have witnessed strong emergence of business support functions in law firms. Do you think becoming a management consultant can be a full-time career option for lawyers?
Absolutely! Law firms are increasingly looking to recruit lawyers who are willing to try their hand at innovative roles like Brand Development & Corporate Communication, Practice Development, Knowledge Management, Research & Content Development, Legal IT & Automation, to name a few. Lawyers opting to be a part of business support functions have an upper edge as they not only understand the lives of the lawyer better, they are also able to better comprehend the legal language and understand aspects related to environment lawyers operate in (say, restriction on advertising, soliciting and cold-calling). In last five years, firms have also progressed towards professionalization of business support. There are dedicated Managers and Heads for functional areas and the trend to hire lawyers as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Systems Officer (CSO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Business Development Managers, etc. is on the rise. Not only are there lawyers making a switch to these fields after certain years of practice, but there are also young lawyers joining the functional support areas, who are clear that they’re not inclined towards traditional lawyering. Several fresh law graduates are joining as research and knowledge trainees, helping firms with newsletters, knowledge dissemination, conference participation, industry sector researches, jurisdiction-specific researches, policy updates, case analysis, templatization, document management, etc. The field is expanding and there is absolutely no dearth of opportunities for those who want go the unconventional way.
Internship opportunities are available to lawyers who want to practice legal consultancy or work in a law firm. What about opportunities for those who aspire to pursue a career in law firm management?
It is about getting the approach correct. Those who are desirous of making a career in this field need to approach law firms with specific requests to let them intern with teams/heads handling the operational areas. Wherever possible, they can be specific to the extent of requesting for a functional area, say, Corporate Communication, Operations, Talent Management, etc. In case they are interning with law firms that do not have such sophisticated bifurcation of business support departments/specialized teams, they can always interact with the operations team or business support members during their legal internships; and gather knowledge on areas that interest them. It would be worthwhile for students who intend to enter this field, to follow international writers/bloggers who write on law firm management, as the concept is far more popular and accepted abroad. Legal League Consulting also offers internships to law students where they get to work with the core team members and get trained on areas like Compensation Benchmarking & Structuring, Practice Development, Brand Enhancement, Human Resource Planning and Synergies & Alliances amongst law firms.
You are handling brand creation for a sizeable number of law firms. Given the restrictions on lawyers towards advertising and solicitation, what goes into creating a brand strategy for lawyers?
When I talk of ‘brand creation’, I always resonate it with ‘creating your worth as a trusted advisor’. If you are not the ‘go to’ person for a client in the hour of need, you’re yet to create your brand. Therefore, contrary to what people think, brand creation is less about the extent of your web/online presence and more about the relationships you develop and your perception as an ‘authority’ or ‘thought leader’ in your area of practice. The brand strategy for lawyers is actually their macro-level plan in terms of their presence and contribution at various relevant events and forums, the fervour with which young lawyers look up to them, their involvement in the policy making or regulatory environment for their practice area, and most importantly, the dedication with which they want to make the lives of their clients, colleagues and prospective client contacts easy. Of course, ranking by leading international publications also make a difference to the brand perception, as it culminates from a thorough research process and is largely reflective of the work done by the organization in last 12 months. Collate and articulate the key work done in different practice areas and make submissions to ranking publications, which will increase the chances of your firm being ranked or included as notable/upcoming lawyers.
Being a management consultant to law firms entails you dealing with high-end and time consuming initiatives like strategy planning, equity structuring and mergers between law firms. How did fashion blogging happen?
Fashion blogging commenced as a result of encouragement (and some criticism!) by a few friends. Amidst comparisons with Ranveer Singh’s quirky sense of style, there were some who were always supportive and some who were simply amused (for the lack of a better word!). Let’s just say I’m experimental with my looks and I have an eye for clothes that have an edge or are slightly different in terms of their style. I chose the name @notjustacompulsiveshopper for my Instagram and Facebook profiles to let the world know that while my friends and family consider me to be a compulsive shopper, the truth is that I enjoy being experimental and having a huge wardrobe to choose from is always a plus! I’m usually ahead of times in terms of adorning a trend and am as comfortable with street shopping as I am with branded stores and online shopping sites.
Amidst leading a busy lifestyle and multi-tasking with heavy duty deliverables, how do you find time for pursuing fashion blogging?
I am a firm believer in training the brain to toggle between switch off and switch modes. Thus, after a long day at work, writing about fashion or clothes or new trends is just a way to connect with people who share similar interests and who are as passionate about grooming and fashion trends as I am. I wouldn’t call myself a blogger in true sense of the word as I’m not able to keep up with the commitment it requires. But yes, I would say I enjoy writing about looks that are unconventional, clothes that are unique or have an edge; and how to create a unique ensemble look with different clothing items, colour combinations and accessories. It is a complete stress-buster. My advice to all the lawyers out there would be to develop a hobby amidst leading a fast-paced and stressful lifestyle. Doing what you love both on and off-work will help you channelize your creative energies better.

10 Instances That Proved Indian Television Is One Step Ahead Of Bollywood
New Post has been published on https://buzzertop.com/10-instances-proved-indian-television-one-step-ahead-bollywood/
10 Instances That Proved Indian Television Is One Step Ahead Of Bollywood
Indian television presentations are famous for two main reasons. First, to show the most hidden things in a stupid way, secondly, for the non-ending seasons, the fact is that in the top-top strange cases we saw on Indian television, only by our TV actors and actresses can be done.
When Indian cinema tried to add some major to its production, they started with VFX. But Indian television daily soaps can not do this because then TRP is used? Therefore, they come with more drama and more ‘stupidity’
Here I am with the situation when Indian television has taken one step further. Of those ingredients, they used to add their daily soap to spices, some of them were useful, while some were taller.
Come on, take a look at such examples.
1. The love story of a 9-year-old boy with an 18-year-old girl.
Tejaswi Prakash starrer Pehredaar Piya Ki Negative noticeable solution was obtained in the form of the plot of the show, with an 18-year-old young woman managing a strange romantic story of a 9-year-old girl. Sony Entertainment Television captured this show when the audience filed a petition against the show to ban it
2. AIB Knockout
As a Bollywood, Ranveer Singh and Karan Johar starring All India Bakchod (AIB), a roasted comedy show was organized in Mumbai, which was in the form of a roastmaster. An FIR was lodged against 14 people, including film producer Karan Johar and actor Arjun Kapoor and Ranvir Singh.
Although many people went against it, many came out in support of freedom of speech. According to sources, the makers of Qtiapa, Viral Fever, in a video on YouTube, broadcast their feelings on freedom to see the online majority government government, freedom of expression and various materials on the web.
3. Intimacy on reality shows.
In addition to logic and fights, Big Boss is getting bolder with every season. And this is not just a season, but most of these competitors have reported on the camera. It can be Ashmit Patel and Veena Malik or Gauhar Khan and Kushal Tandon. Whether to accept it or not, I think there is a reason why the audience should not always wait for the Big Boss to appear in front of them, this is notified to the people..
4. Different avatars of television ‘Bahus’.
Now the time has changed. Indian television actress who addressed the orthodox Indian daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law, is not less than any silver screen actress in the title of summer and beauty. They are bold, open and hot, if you do not believe me, take a look at your social media profile, and you will know how they completely kill the television beauties by their bikini incarnations.
5. No humans, it’s superhumans.
this is not a big thing for the Indian TV show that they can cross the small line in the right way, they can turn women into a fly or Nagain because there is everything for the TRP!
6. Indian television shows shot abroad.
By implementing Karan Johar’s formula, it is revealed that we are extremely superficial, or have a lot of true latte, as well as additional budgets with entertainment, took extra budget with their artists and to shoot some important scenes. Flying for foreign nations
7. Specific romantic songs.
After creating the title track for the show, now TV daily soap has started making special verses for each episode.
8. Bollywood promotion on television sets.
I think it is right to say that the barrier between daily soap and Bollywood films has disappeared. Now every other day, various superstars join the crew of some famous TV shows to promote their films.
9. According to Indian Television, every other human is a criminal.
Though the provision is spreading awareness among people like people, on the other hand, even now a child doubts his father.
10. They completely lack sane storylines now.
First of all, he allowed a gorilla to fall in love with the main ladder of a daily soap, then he became a woman pregnant for a year and that too with a small collision … and I did not start on the extreme scenario Done Indian television show has also proved wrong in science
