Happy birthday to my beautiful sweet cringegirlfailure. To rectify drawing her alone on my own birthday party, I wanted to draw the six heroes at her birthday tea party... Valk, Jubei, Hakumen and Celica are all there too just off screen. And Valk's gift is even more tea leaves!!

I don't do a lot of shipping with Trinity per se? Or at least not a lot of serious shipping. I will say it's very entertaining to see her be IMO the worst case of love loses woman of the three strong cases of BB. 100 years strong yearning for her doomed boything who pushed her down a flight of stairs last time she saw him even after she got shoved in the boundary and stabbed over it also. I will always stand with women who have extremely unfortunate taste in men. I also love her interactions with Nine and Celica obv those are always fun.

Thoughts on this ship: Litchi x Trinity. Both are smart. Both are very nice people who love to help others in need. Both lost they guy to an evil goblin god. Both can help each other raise Luna and Sena.

First off, how dare you call my ghost snek a goblin. I will not tolerate such disrespect to goblins.

Second, that was never a ship I thought about before. I like it. Both of them are so caring and sweet, it would make for a wonderful relationship where they’re always cheering for each other. Since they’re both a little shy on love matters, I bet it’d be one of those where everyone else knows they like each other way before the two realise it. And after it’s official they would make a lovely couple full of hugs and smiles whose joy is just contagious.

They’d make for great parents too, Litchi is strict on her lessons and Trinity would stop any conflicts before they escalate too much. Also, Linhua and Platinum would have a scientist and one of the Six Heroes for mothers. I can only imagine the endless bragging (mostly from Luna).

Actually, petition for Ghost Trinity to hide inside the Mantenbo through tiny panda shenanigans or something. I don’t care that it’s not “power of order”, these two would be very good for each other and they deserve to be happy. They can go look for Jin together and when he refuses to help Litchi will kick his ass.

A while ago I posted my WIP for an idea of mine; the first in a series of one-shots I call Blazblue Happily Ever After Au, which is basically what if no one of the good guys died or sacrificed themselves BBCF and everyone lived.

I had a oneshot idea for each individual character but some were mashed together b/c I couldn’t think of any good one-on-one interactions.

these are the other ideas I had.

Jin: Ragna helps Jin and some staff move into Kagutsuchi, considering they’re very understaffed as of CS. Some actual causal bonding moments between brothers, please.

Noel, Lambda, and Nu: Noel is going to visit her foster parents to introduce her new “sisters’ to them, they’re nervous so they ask Ragna to come with for emotional support. Maybe Ragna bonds with the Vermillions, since they also opposed the Librarium.

Tao: Simple Ragna visiting the Kaka Clan. Maybe he brings a gift for the kittens but they only want to play with the box it came in (”it fits I sits” after all)

Litchi: In this Au, Ragna had to have the Azure Grimoire removed to prevent Black Beast corruption, so now he doesn’t have his healing factor. Which means he needs to go to Litchi for medical treatment when he goes over his head.

Bang: Ragna was pardoned for his crimes as the SS-class Criminal for helping save the world, but he isn’t off Scott free. He needs to do some community service, specifically helping with the restoration of Ikaruga, with Bang as his foreman.

Jubei and Nine: Since Ragna no longer has the Azure Grimoire, he needs something to give him power, Nine (remember, not just Ragna alive now) manages to track down the Crimson Grimoire, which grants it’s user magic0 and offers to train him in it, but she might be an even less merciful teacher than Jubei.

Tsubaki: In an effort to bury the hatchet, under jin’s request, Tsubaki invites Ragna over for a Six-heroes movie marathon. Ragna is traumatized at the “creative liberties” they made regarding people he actually knows in real life. Maybe Makoto can join in this one too.

Kokonoe: You guys already know this one, just Ragna and Kokonoe playing video games. link to the WIP here.

Platinum the Trinity & Trinity Glassfille: Trinity tries to play peacemaker between Ragna, Luna & Sena (who now have their own bodies, so now they are The Platinum Trinity). It goes as well as you’d think.

Kagura: After Ragna is pardoned, Kagura takes Ragna out for drinks to celebrate his new freedom. He says that as long as he’s with him no one will nug him, but that doesn’t stop things from getting super awkward at the bar.

those are the ideas I had so far. If you guys have any ideas for oneshots involving characters I missed, or maybe just a different/better idea for the ones I already listed, lemme know. I'd love to hear them.

idk she has that energy derse dreamers are very cautious and watchful of the things that people do, and generally speaking only react when they know what they want to do or say. since trinity sort of hesitates with voicing her opinions and she just... generally doesn’t strike me as a particularly assertive person derse just feels more appropriate for her imo but i can honestly see trinity going either way just don’t tell my wife

are you surprised? i sincerely hope not because this was such an easy conclusion to come to it was kind of painful

sylphs are typically a bit more prim and proper, but trinity still has a lot of properness to her. not only that, but sylphs are all about being helpful in whatever capacity they can. they’re very empathetic and caring, sometimes this can be to the point of being a little overly intrusive but i digress. if you rearrange the letters in trinity glassfille you will get the word ‘sylph’ don’t check that or look too far into it.

hope players are much more rigid and strict on their values? not all hope players are so suffocating that they’ll like... force those values on others but they do value justice, heroism, all that good stuff. and trinity loves protecting people and keeping them safe!

but they’re also kind of idealists and big dreamers with their head in the clouds. trinity sort of gives that impression off due to her optimism and wishful thinking, expecting that even the darkest of people have some level of goodness in them. she’s sweet! why are the hope players in canon so terrible it’s a legitimately well intentioned aspect

hope players should be depicted as kinder considering what the aspect represents!! this works great from a mechanical perspective too since trinity seems to really want to inspire and push people towards brighter days

the only inkling of hesitation i have is potentially life instead of hope since life players are so nurturing, but as i said before i don’t see trinity as a very assertive person and life players can be notoriously pushy u_u

Sure! I’ve been doing a bit more tooling of it since the last time because it’s just fun to think about!

-I guess a bit of a modification to the last draft, since I want it to be somewhat happier I think instead of dying in an accident, Relius put Ada and Ignis into Nirvana and the Detonator as a last-ditch measure to keep them from dying. 

-So while he does continue his philanthropy work and try to help people in his travels, he’s also trying to find a way to restore his wife and daughter which partly involves getting Ada back in the first place after Carl believed that his father did it out of cruelty instead of desperation.

-After the Six Heroes were betrayed by Trinity Glassfille, Nine (along with Terumi) was believed to be dead, leaving behind Jubei and Kokonoe like in canon. But instead of abandoning Kokonoe, Jubei tried to be a good and loving parent, only for Kokonoe to resent both her parents out of bitterness and bury herself in Boundary research.

-Nine is a much better parent here, after being freed from Trinity’s mind control she devotes herself to trying to right the problems she sees in the world, namely targeting the imperator, Trinity, and the outlaw Ragna. She also tries to reconnect with her family and apologizes for not being there for Kokonoe, which…sort of works, kinda.

-Jin Kisaragi is a former war hero turned army deserted with a complicated and messed-up history. After being possessed into cutting his brother’s arm off and burning their childhood home, he fled in horror, only to be adopted by the Kisaragi family. After spearheading the Ikaruga War for the NOL, he had a mental breakdown upon seeing the suffering he caused, and became a reclusive wanderer trying to find a way to atone for his crimes. He comes across as calm and distant but when pressed he’s prone to panicking.

-Bang in turn is a former soldier turned wanted criminal and murderer. After witnessing the death of his master and the loss of his homeland, he took one memento from it, Rettenjo, and went on a massive arson spree, attacking NOL outposts as well as peaceful settlements as a form of misplaced revenge.

-Nu-13 pretty much has the same backstory, though instead of being half-emotionless half-yandere, she’s primarily a little ball of quiet anxiety and insecurity with a coping method of extreme bursts of anger when she doesn’t mean to. She’s another ally for Relius and Hazama, providing her weaponry and otherworldly power while the two of them help her gain some confidence and heal from her mental scars.

This is fun! I like this AU

January 6th is Trinity Glassfille’s birthday...

It’s still the 6th on the west coast when I’m making this so I’m not wrong!

Trinity is a character that definitely deserved more nice things than the story allowed. I honestly wish I could read a story that covers her life from how she met Nine and Celica up to her death at the hands of the body of the man she loved.

hazama and enkidu (unist)

Favorite thing about them: TBH it’s his design? I could never get the hang of playing him at all, but when I jumped into CSE I immediately wanted to try him. Which is funny for various reasons. (And while I suck playing as him, if I had to choose a second thing, it would be him making me learn how easy Pretzel motions actually are)

Least Favorite thing about him: Probably the lack of real development we get for him. We see him separated from Terumi for two games, but it’s never properly built upon. Like yeah, he goes crazy with his wanting to feel pain bullshit, and we see him torture Rachel, but it doesn’t go anywhere. At least with Terumi we get his real motives at the end of CF.

Favorite Line: I’m sorry to disappoint, but any lines I would typically attribute to him are more just Terumi’s bullshit than his own.

brOTP: Once again, nothing there.

OTP: I don’t really ship this necessarily, but it’s the closest I come to it, and it’s with Trinity (Glassfile, not Platinum). I’ll explain more in the headcanon bit.

Random Headcanon: I believe that Hazama was originally a carbon copy of how Kazuma was originally, due to Relius’ somewhat incomplete understanding of the human soul. The Soul Eater curse that prevented Hazama and Terumi becoming one is actually what destroyed the capacity for empathy Hazama had, rather than being explicitly made that way. So if Hazama was eventually able to recover after separating from Terumi, I could kind of see it being a ship with Trinity.

Unpopular Opinion: I don’t really have one? I guess just that he has more potential than just ‘DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE!’

Song I associate with them: Animal I have Become by Three Days Grace, just because of the headcanon bit, I like imagining a short time of Hazama relentlessly fighting against Terumi before he gives into just being a blank asshole, with the memories of said fight being erased entirely.

Cross Tag’s story mode was a mistake, but this is a cool image.

Enkidu

Favorite thing about them: I love everything about him as a character. He’s like an inverse Azrael. Like he’s a badass who doesn’t rely on the magic powers of their world to be terrifyingly powerful and does limit his own strength, but he’s also not a total asshole and respects when people don’t want to fight and isn’t a horrific serial killer.

Least Favorite thing: His ability to get in. He’s fun to play, but the moment you go up against a Vatista or a Yuzuriha, you might as well give up.

Favorite Line: I can’t remember any really good ones. Unfortunately, for as much as I love him, he doesn’t do a great deal in the story.

brOTP: Enkidu/Waldstein

OTP: Enkidu/Me No, but seriously, I don’t ship him with anyone. The only real ship I have in that game is Chaos/Gordeau

Random Headcanon: Enkidu is actually an immortal rebirth, and the shackles he wear not only inhibit his power, but keep his body from destroying itself, hence the crazy form he takes in his IWE.

Ok so yeah about this post because it's just on my mind again... It might be me reading into it and also seeing Terutori where there might not be.

Her face is really still. Like just, so still. Like noble and haunting are such good words, but it's just so neutral! Shes not as pissed off or happy looking as one would expect from someone who's gone through so much because of him and seeing him get owned by you and others. But my following thought was definitely like "well why isn't she fortnite dancing at him"? Why isn't she flipping him off and going YIPPIEEEEE? Then I think further back and how every other character would attack this son of a bitch within the minute. But even when she is going to do that they still talk? And she says or does things that's like....he doesn't care he so clearly does not give a singular shit. Like proxy said he's berating and cursing her and reminding her of what she did and she should stay dead and get lost. What are you doing, girl, he isn't listening!!? These in particular I'm thinking about:

"I've been thinking about you...when you almost threw me into the boundary and I sealed myself into the Muchorin... Always, always thinking about you." (🤨Ok...)

Her hesitation when she says she's going to obliterate him.

Her hand reaching out at him when he's walking away and ourobouros is pulling her into the darkness. Or Terumi asking her if she hates him "now". Like she didn't before? Doesn't??? Does she???? Wdym NOW?

Her APOLOGIZING when she stabs the shit out of him and Hazama.

It's like she's determined to take him out, YES, that cannot be denied. She's absolutely getting her retribution one way or another. But she's considerably softer about it in comparison to literally everyone else who hates Terumi. At least to me when I look at these interactions. Were it Hakumen, Jubei, Ragna, whoever it would be ON SIGHT, right?? "Say your final jokes, clown, we are KILLING you." Type of energy. And that's there for Trinity but not as hard.

And it's these things that make me think about her expression not leaning into anything extreme. Terumi getting his just desserts isn't a happy thing when I think about these previous actions she's had towards him. Trinity can't be happy about this. Everything that made it come to this still happened. That the pain caused and betrayal happened at all and like this? And there's still these weird little traces of kindness and feelings towards him. I donno?! I don't know but there's this noticeable Lack of contempt in her face. And it's!!! Ya know???

The energy........stern and responsible and still and haunting and without contempt....rrrrgh
