So I’ve just been trying to practice drawing Cookie Run characters

If you wanna hear my ramblings, look under the cut

First was just me trying to figure out how to draw cookies. They don’t have necks and that was definitely a problem for me. By the time I drew Onion Cookie though, I think I got the hang of it

So yeah, then I drew a younger Dark Cacao. I’ve been coming up with random headcanons for him just because. This here was supposed to be that when he was younger, he looked terrifying, but in reality he was just socially awkward and was just looking at cookies to try and figure out how normal cookies act. Unfortunately his stare and glare were nearly indistinguishable, and he didn’t know the difference. His friends were unfazed by it though, and they eventually got him to realize that his staring was just making people afraid of him and helped him improve

Basically before meeting the group, Dark Cacao wandered the area of the future Dark Cacao Kingdom, being seen as this strange Cookie who wandered the lands and never spoke a word, but if you were in need of help, he’d help you, and then disappear back into the snow. Some people weren’t even sure he was a living Cookie, he might have just been a spirit

I just like the idea of Dark Cacao being really strange as a younger Cookie, and this was just me trying to convey that. I have more but it’s not relevant here

Anyways, so then I drew some of my favorite cookies. I would have drawn more of them and why I like, but I didn’t have room. Maybe I’ll draw that next now that I have some practice

Then finally, I drew Dark Choco Cookie with Custard Cookie III, with Custard Cookie III referencing Catbug. And I mean honestly, I can see him with Catbug’s voice. Anyways, just assume this is like some alternate version to Episode 8 when the group first meets and battles Dark Choco Cookie, and Custard Cookie III just makes Dark Choco his friend, and he just goes with it
