What's up I'm still doing bad and feel my last year's mystery stress sickness is coming back and none of my drafts are anywhere remotely close to getting finished anytime soon because of that how are you are you interested in cat

(picked the TPB timeline because it makes the most sense and has the most fitting characters, but I might cheat or bend it a little, we'll see)

Yuma Kokohead -> Rusty/Firestar

Main boy :) because of course he is. Yuma's now an orange cat. Firestar was the name of Number One, and Rusty (canonically Fire's old house cat name, I'm not calling them kittypets I'm sorry) was the name of the trainee he very politely borrowed his identity for.

Makoto Kagutsuchi -> Scourge

In wc canon, Scourge is also Firestar's half-brother (but they don't ever knooow) and they both kill each other + he's canonically stated to be VERY short like one of the smallest cats in the series. After the cloning, Makoscourge painted his fur completely black except for a one white paw (for the aesthetics. or maybe I'll just give Fire a white paw as well, kinda like Yuma's and Makoto's lil ahoges), started wearing the "OwO" mask, the dog tooth studded shrimp color collar, the fucking blood dyed amv bangs, the dog tooth reinforced claws........ The former CEO took him to hot topic for the first time in his life and he was fucking MESMERIZED none of them knew what they have brought upon themselves by this single act. He is a very silly man, lost in the whimsy. When his mask gets pulled off in the Mystery Labirynth, his face is just not dyed at all and it's just ginger with green eyes just like Rusty's/Firestar's/Yuma's/whatever.

Shinigami -> Spottedleaf

In canon, Spottedleaf does infamously end up haunting Firestar's dreams as a ghost to send him cryptic visions and furiously make out with him in front of his pregnant wife, he did have a crush on her before she died and I'm pretty sure she was retconned into reciprocating it was real bad and then they double killed her so Fire won't have to choose between her and his wife in heaven it was REAL bad uhh. I still like her though. I can get you out of the narrative girl just take my hand.... She can be the weirdgirl incarnate she was always meant to be. I wanted to say something else but then I realized holy shit I'm just tweaking her into Bonefall rewrite Spottedleaf am I... What can I say it IS peak Spottedleaf.

Yomi Hellsmile -> Tigerstar

Also extremely obvious. He is evil and has immaculate sexual tension between the protag whoops sorry I forgot literally only me and like 2 other people here ship Yuma and Yomi uhh anyway. While it does fit I'm a little dissapointed that Yomi/Tigerstar is gonna be losing so much of his cringe charm..... Like, say goodbye to deeply unserious insecure prettyboy toothpick Yaoi with silly little insults such as "umbrella sewing machine man operating hand hook car table" and how do I even describe all of this in less than 3 paragraphs. Say hello to broad-shouldered muscular extremely intimidating 100% serious and competent fascist built like a fucking brick shithouse with very broad-shoulders that doesn't need a henchman boytoy to handle all his numerous murders, have I mentioned his massive fucking broad shoulders, Firestar sure did do that a lot. Martina Electro -> Leopardstar

Now for an assigned role I'm way more cool with >:)))) for an outrageously long while I had trouble with whether Martina should be Sasha or Goldenflower, fool I was, until I remembered Leopardstar fucking exists. She is literally perfect like I cannot state this enough. AND canonically she was later retconned to have feelings for Tigerstar but I hate to acknowledge it how dare you massacre Lep like that. She can still be his gf alongside vice director though, she's just engaging in acts of deceit whilst putting opioids in his food and trying her darndest to convince herself she's actually 100% in control of the situation before she's dragged to the cube dimension and has a brief "are we the baddies" moment. I don't think she still resigns from being a peacekeeper though Leopardstar 100% would take that fucking promotion the moment she's offered it and a year later when she' done feeling guilty regresses back into being a violent asshole she has learned NOTHING❤️

Fake/Hitman Zilch -> Darkstripe

So many dissapointments happening here sigh..... This one was obvious and honestly the only valid option for FZilch aside from maybe Nightwhisper or Blackfoot? Anyway, the downsides: one, Darkstripe will never be as cool as fake Zilch he thrives on being a cringe mistreated lickspittle. Two, he's definitely not one of Tigerstar's "closest advisors (🏳️‍🌈)" whilst Dark is pretty obsessed Tiger does not give a shit and considers him a looooooser boooo lameee fuck you *canonically swats him away with his tail that one scene*. But, I mean, at least the toxic yaoi became an entire new category of toxic.

Swank Catsonell -> Brokenstar

Pure vibes. It just fits. He employs small children and makes them fight to the death in his office for glory

Seth Burroughs -> Longtail

In canon, another one of Tigerstar's lackeys that didn't know about his crimes and when he found out he immediately left. I thought he was not evil enough to be Seth at first, but it kinda fits and he does make up for it in his cringe value and being noted to be a coward, though that may have been just Fire's opinion. Also, with all the bunny Seth Burrows jokes, I'd like to mention Longtail got his eyes clawed by a rabbit so hard he went blind so do with that what you will

Guillaume Hall -> Russetfur

Aaaand this is where I started having trouble with the remaining peacekeepers. Eventually I settled on Russetfur & Blackfoot/Blackstar for Guillaume and Dominic, because I like this danger duo I and some of the fandom completely made up about them. It's okay, the authors don't know you like we do...... While Blackstar did have a higher rank and Russet was his deputy, I do think she still had at least an equal amount of power as him, they're buddies pair bonded for life Blackstar is nodding respectfully to whatever incomprehensible wisdom she's sharing

Dominic Fulltank -> Blackfoot/star

In canon, started out as a murderous henchman of two major equally murderous evil dictators, before they both died and he finally got that boss promotion he always wanted, then he got ruined by the, you guessed it, retcons, but I don't like to be reminded of his atrocity of a novella. I always imagined Blackstar as like, unbelievably jacked holy shit the muscles on that cat, (and honestly most of the fandom does too so. lmao) and he does indeed canonically unflinchingly do the dirty work of all his bosses such as killing and maiming and destroying an

Easy, get Cinder'd idiot. They even have a pretty similiar energy too, I feel. This is where I got a bit tired, uhh...It's 11pm. Anyway I love Cinder and I love Kurumi say anything bad about them and I'll start scream crying on the floor

Halara Nightmare -> Yellowfang

Halara gets the old beam. They're now in their fucking 60s or something perhaps 70s. Yellowfang, on the other hand, gets the non-binary spec beam. She already gave off massive butch vibes in canon already, whatever. I don't think I can uhh in short terms explain Yellowfang's whole deal rn but the gist of it she's a very snarky grandma figure to Fire that gradually warmed up to him while she was- my cat vomited. While he was assigned to take care of her while she was taken prisoner into ThunderClan camp. Her personality's pretty funky. And she does seem cool enough in order to deserve to be Halara Nightmare.

Desuhiko Thunderbolt -> Graystripe

I think I'm taking a break and coming back to this tomorrow actually after all. Hello this is tomorrow Jasper. In canon, Graystripe is Fire's silly goofy boybestie when they're young, then he starts secretly dating Silverstream - hold on i can't fuvking take tjis im making myself hot cocoa again bye. Ok it's done let's see if that makes me feel something. As I was saying he's dating this cat and she's from a rival Clan so that's illegal forbidden love and then she dies during childbirth and he leaves his own Clan for a while to raise their babies there but then he gets exiled and goes back to his own and then his kids almost get publically executed for being half-clan so he and his buddies rescue them. And then he gets abducted by humans and meets this new gal called Millie and they start dating and then she gives birth to his new babies and then a tree falls on one of them. I'm pretty sure Fire was also pretty gay for that guy. Uh, anyway. I think he fits the bill because of his goofy charm but also it's pretty disturbing to imagine any iteration of Desuhiko actually getting bitches

Fubuki Clockford -> um. uh. Silverstream?

Silverstream, in canon, is the only daughter of Crookedstar, the leader of RiverClan, and is (implied to not having a problem with) getting various privileges because of this. Fits with Fubuki's rich timelord parents, plus light blue aesthetic, and a few other things which are hard to articulate. Only thing is that she's generally way more headstrong and impulsive than Fubuki showed to be, could "bend her father to her will with little effort", and disrespects the law if it's stupid to her which, queen shit. I think she'll play a lot of little pranks with her time powers, and devote her free time/time with YumaRusty when he's accused of terrorism crimes (but that's just unrestrained summer fun anyway) to absolutely decimate any peacekeepers they come across with some looney tunes shit

Vivia Twilight -> I'll be honest I have no fucking idea

Zero fucking idea. Literally NOBODY in this arc fits for the 5D chess of a character Vivia is. I'm not even sure if in any of the books. Help me. But also I don't really care because I don't even like Vivia at all anyway he freaks me out get him away from me.

Yakou Furio -> Bluestar?

Protag mentor figure except Bluestar is actually doing a good job at that until she loses her marbles after her mid-arc torment gauntlet and has a corruption arc until she drowns and gets healed of all her issues momentarily before fucking dying. She has a dead husband, dead mom, dead sister, dead baby, dead deputy, dead deputy #2, dead bestie, holy shit that's a lot of motives for suicidemurdering Huesgoose. Btw Goose was her weird voice of god hearing uncle in canon (and he was also dead) but I'm probably taking it out unless. Anyway she's kinda too good for Yakou but. They're also both blue like that is a blue cat

Plus, while not an asshole per se he does have a more fiery/overall angry personality and he did try to impulsively take on a pack of dogs to prove himself and fucking died, if under enough pressure I'm pretty sure he could smash Aiko's/Littlepaw's head in with a brick too👍👍

Yoshiko, Waruna, Kurane -> Brackenpaw/fur, Thornpaw/claw, Brightpaw/heart?

Siblings in canon and two of them are guys so no murderous yuri I guess :(( But I mean I don't have to follow canon to a T anyway lmao so we'll see. In canon, basically the other three remaining apprentices along with Swiftpaw and the ashfern siblings, plus they do function as a trio via just being sibs. Plus some notes from the books: Cinder is the fourth sibling. Brightpaw follows Swiftpaw in his quest to slay the doggy and while he dies she survives but gets her eyeball and half of her entire face's fur torn off.

who is cherrypraline? who is raccoon advocate? and what is with the leaks? I've gone for 10 days and now I can't understand the byler tag now😔 please explain to me

Hey! So cherrypraline is a notorious troll who appeared on the Byler tag last summer. She always acted erratically and chaotically and was very publicly anti-Byler. One of her most famous actions was making a “Byler shit list” where she listed the names of several prominent Bylers at the time including @will80sbyers I believe and said they were all part of a cult. It was wild times, and it was so over the top that you couldn’t take her seriously because she was clearly a troll and it was even somewhat funny at times. She also posted a bunch of “leaks” at the time, and I don’t remember the specifics, but as many on this tag have pointed out, most of them were very false. I think there were some that turned out to be correct, but these were the ones that came from Reddit and not ones she secured herself.

As part of her trolling, she would break up her anti-Byler posting by occasionally saying pro Byler things or things against Milkvan, which made people very confused and contributed to no one really understanding where she was coming from. Sometimes she would say that she wanted to be a Byler but Byler was unrealistic. Other times she would say that Will was toxic. All these things made her quite an infamous and controversial figure, but it certainly made a name for herself. And then, like most of the chaos of summer 2022, she disappeared entirely.

Recently she returned, which caused more confusion since she was a blast from the past AND many of the people on the tag currently weren’t around during the height of trolling or forgot how crazy she really was.

To make matters more confusing, she now claimed to be a Byler and to have changed her ways! She posted, “Mike Wheeler is straight? Tell him that” which got a lot of reblogs on here, from myself included. She stood against the sloppy second anons. She posted thoughtful takes overall, and while she still had her trolling vibe, the energy definitely was different. She said she was frustrated by the homophobia she saw on the Reddit. She was one of us now! Or so she claimed. Even with this changed heart and brand new cherrypraline, she still occasionally said some confusing and contradictory stuff. She even said, and I’m paraphrasing, “Let’s face it. Byler is boring compared to the other ships, and I say this as a Byler. No one would ship it if there wasn’t mystery built into it and if people didn’t want M1leven gone.” But overall, she had changed.

Recently, there have been rumors spreading in the ST fandom of “leaks,” but mostly it’s been people asking about the so-called leaks instead of posting them. I think some fake ones have been circulating, as well as someone who apparently has been right before saying they sadly saw a spoiler/leak but not posting the actual leak. It would seem that in the midst of all this, cherrypraline seized the opportunity to make herself the main character of the tag and insert herself into the chaos. She claimed to have received new leaks, which covered a wide range of topics on S5, and in terms of Byler vs. Milkvan, she claimed the situation was still murky and ambiguous with Mike still dating El but the show hinting at Mike liking Will. She also said something about a Call Me By Your Name ending. I’m simplifying things, but that’s the gist.

Many Bylers called her out as the troll she has always been, but since she had “changed her ways,” many Bylers believed her. People started sending her asks about her “leaks” and she kept responding to them, saying she had gotten them from a mysterious “source.” On and on this discourse went. Now of course she did this last summer, and her leaks were wrong. But cherrypraline gaslit us and said, “No, my leaks weren’t wrong. And I am not a troll.” She also compared herself to the infamous anti-Byler villain swiftlynatalia and said that while SN was an idiot, she still was right about many things.

Finally, @raccoon-advocate (a Byler blog on here) finished quietly gathering receipts that exposed her inconsistency even further. These receipts can be found here. They showed that not only was cherrypraline a low-level troll, she had said some extremely homophobic things in the past, and she wasn’t the gay ally and proud-Ronance supporter she claimed to have always been. They also raised new questions about her age, since her Tumblr account said she was 19, but in a tweet she made last year, she claimed to be 31. So which one is it? What are cherrypraline’s real beliefs? And what will she do next? It seems like we’ll never know the answer, cause shortly after this incriminating exposé, she deactivated her account. May she rest in peace.

so I had an idea

I personally enjoy the new cookie run update. During the first part I had an idea; the second update merely fueled my interest. So what if, in an alternate universe, good ol' xylitol nova cookie absorbed the black hole? Let's say he was going back to save Xyl-Q. He already knew what a competent leader astronaut cookie was, so he believed that in sacrificing himself he would have a good follow up to continue leading the cookies in their quest to defend the cookieverse from the black hole. By building the ship as a plan-B-temporary-safe-house, he would ensure the continuation of his people. Blah blah, Xyl-Q dies, and with this devastating loss xylitol nova cookie raises his staff and (i onno how) he takes in the black hole. I don't know where I'm going with this there are several plot holes I can name off the top of my head 😦

At first this was just a fantasy, i didn't even know what the black hole looked like up close . By the second update i had enough reference pictures and information to draw it and make a below decent introduction. I don't have a good drawing app and I know my current computer/tablet is just a generally shoddy piece of tech; therefore I drew on paper

Got pretty much everything I needed to done before noon today.

Doctor's appointment went great. She was really happy to hear that the Meloxicam we put me on a couple months ago has pretty much knocked out my joint pain. So we're going to keep me on that. Aside from that, my labs came back fairly clean.

I do have some semi-self correcting Anemia, so she went ahead and put me on a prescription Iron supplement for when I'm menstruating, just to make sure it doesn't fall too low during those points. Especially since the Iron that I need isn't easily found around here OTC. And she read a study that showed that people with Fibro do better with higher Vitamin D, so since I'm usually deficient in D and have an issue remembering to take my D supplements, she prescribed once weekly D2 for 3 weeks to build up my D storage, and daily D3; we're going to see if having it in a script bottle helps me remember to actually take it, vs trying to remember to take them on top of my usual meds.

Other than that, everything looks great.

Got the original dress I ordered shipped off for return today- and the new one in the correct size surprised me by arriving right afterwards this afternoon (a day early). It still pulls a bit at the buttons in the front, so I'll still have to wear a bit of a compressive bra to stop that. But that's honestly just an issue with button front dresses (and shirts) in general when you're endowed. And I can tell that if I go up one more size just to accommodate my breasts even more, the rest of the dress is no longer going to fit me. So I just have to live with it.

Either way, it's still much more comfortable and I actually fit in it this time. I am really disappointed in the other one I bought, however.

I'd ordered a second, white, dress alongside it because it's traditional to wear white on certain holidays- and it was fairly cheap, being on sale ... But I'm just ... Not loving it on me at all? It shows my weight in a way that makes me look very dumpy and I hate it. I tried taking in the shoulder seams to see if that'd help the issue since the shoulders were too big anyways, and honestly it just made it worse somehow? So I think I'm going to pick out the alterations and return it; I just won't wear white this holiday cycle.

I forgot how badly clothes shopping gives me major Dysphoria in general 😔 This whole situation with both dresses has literally been the worst for my relationship with my body again ... And to think it was finally getting better now that I was stable, and I've been excited to be gaining weight again finally after struggling with my health for so many years.

On the upside, though, we were too tired to cook after errands. So we stopped and got Burger King for lunch today- and the weather was so nice, we decided to take it out to our favorite spot at the lake and eat instead of just going home like usual. So that was really lovely, getting to watch the water and feel the cool air ... We finally talked about the Farm a bit more while we were out there, too.

I want out of this damned house. And if we're going to take the farm as the way of making that happen, then we need to start working on it. Because it's going to be years worth of work to get it back into livable condition again; we can't just sit here on our rear ends every weekend playing Baldur's Gate together and being lazy. So I pushed, and we made our final decision on it: They want someone to take care of the farm, and we want out of here. So that's that.

As far as we're concerned, however, they're the ones responsible for the major financial repairs- especially putting the damned thing back on the foundation. Because it's not only in their name still and they're the ones that have the insurance on it, but they're also the ones that let it fall into that state to begin with. That should be on them in the end- not us ... But we'll help them fix it up and do what we can, as far as we can, so long as the understanding is that we do get it at the end. And I put my foot down, too, about us getting to make any design decisions that come up as well, because we'll be getting it; it's not going to be their house. We deserve to be the ones to make those choices as we go, if we'll be the ones taking it over.

So ... I guess we'll see how this actually goes- and whether or not it'll actually even happen. Because it seems like any time someone makes plans for the farm, they eventually wind up at the bottom of the pond somehow. So we'll just have to see.

OKAY SO it may be almost two hours past midnight for me and it may be season 4 in 2 minutes BUT I am going to make this post lol. So, it's time for HSMTMTS Appreciation Week Day Four: Favorite Episode/Season!

Honestly I don't think I have one of either xD

I love all the episodes, and most of the time when someone asks me for my favorite of something (like books or movies) I just go with the one that has the most rewatch/reread quality/potential. So, some of these episodes may just be the ones I watch the most lol.

Each season has their pros and cons for me, but I will say I think I enjoy season 2 more than most people! The ending isn't amazing, sure, but it has some really great music, ship moments, acting, and Wildcat family moments :).

Season 1, they're not all family for a little while, and we don't have as much development on some of the others, nor most of the ships. But it's also fun that it's the most grounded season lol, and it just has a special charm. Also, it really focuses on the musical lol!

And season 3, obviously I miss Seb, Big Red, Mr. Mazzara, and half Nini and Ms. Jen from it :). And sometimes the drama is a lot, but at the same time, there's so many cute and fun moments, it is absolutely HILARIOUS, and the change of setting is super cool :). Since I'm a multi shipper, it's also a con for Portwell and a pro for Rina lol xD.

Anyway! Now, a few of my favorite episodes :).

Season 2 Episode 5: is this one a surprise even xD. I love Seblos, I love the Wildcats, and I love great music! What more could you ask for? Also, it's just so sweet that they'd throw a big party for one of their friends like that :'). And it's especially cool seeing Carlos be appreciated <3. Plus, it gave us "I never learned how to lie", so you know xDD.

Season 2 Episode 10: LISTEN. Again, is it partly because of Seblos lol? . . Sh xD. But seriously, it's great Seblos drama, the music is once again amazing, and I LOVE the sleepovers :D!! The recipe for my favorite episodes is really just Seblos, Music, Wildcats xD. Lol. But seriously, it's such a good episode <3.

Season 1 Episode 6: Maybe it's just because it hits home, which is weird because that makes it bittersweet, but I love this episode. It's really focused more on them being a family than any of the ships (which is interesting and a nice change of pace :) ) and it has some great music! Plus, the photoshoot lol. And of course, a few Seblos moments, and some lovely Carlos angst xD. Justice for the Seblos deleted scenes 😤😔. Lol, but yeah, I love this episode <3.

Season 1 Episode 7: Again, my Wildcats xD. I was hesitating to put this on here because the end hurts me so much, but it's just too good :). We have Carlos inviting everyone to someone else's house (for the first time, I think, lol), Ricky and Nini being chill for a bit, Gina being adorable, and the start of Redlyn 👀. Lol, remember when one of the half jokingly proposed ship names was Big Rashlyn xD? Bring it baaaack lol, we deserve it. In a good way, not as punishment xD. Anyway! The real star of the show this episode, though, is of course the party :). We love the Wildcats being family, and I seriously love them all so much <3. And again, Seblos moment lol. The music is good this episode (I adore Out of The Old), but there's not too much of it lol, so I forgot to mention it and came back here after the next paragraph xD.

Season 3 Episode 7: LISTENNN. Once again, I can do anything I want xD. I think I said that earlier, or maybe in one of the other posts, but nonetheless lol. I say it a lot regarding things like this lol. Anyway! Obviously, SEBBB!!! HE RETURNS TO ME :'DDD!! But we also have Ricky's bucket list (ADORABLE) and everyone's ICONIC outfits :D. So sorry to Portwell though :( xd. That does hurt throughout the episode lol. Oh, and of course we have the iconic welcoming of Ashlyn to the community :'). And Wouldn't Change a Thing!!! Such a slay :D. Honestly though, I love the ending, like, after the dance. I don't know if I love it more than the prom itself, but seeing the guys come together and support each other, and the same for the girls, with a BOPPING song in the background? Amazing :'D. And, of course lol, Seblos moments <3. And the second Seblos kiss!! I love them so much :). And, like I said, amazing music!!

Season 3 Episode 5: This one is just so hilarious xD. I had to include it lol. Plus, :O drama a bleeped out curse on HSMTMTS!! We don't get many so that's a slay for being unique xD. Also yes, Carlos totally deserves it 😌😤. Like, to get one lol. Just like Natalie, lol. Anyway!! Yeah, this is so funny xD. It also has great music!! The drama hurts, of course, but we love the little moments of supporting each other xd. And again, I just have to mention how FUNNY it is, those moments xD. Plus, the fact that it's all (well, yk. Mostly xD) a plot is amazing lol. I just love this episode lol.

So yeah!! I think that'll do it for today :). I probably won't be on Season 4 for a bit tomorrow, as in it'll take me a little while lol. I still need to finish my rewatch xD. But, I will watch it!!! And I'm so excited :)) 🥰.

Literally how can I put it into words that she looks like a little swallow?? Licherally just a little bird (yes i know her name means bird BUT STILL LIKE AUDJJSJS) she's so. Baby she deserves the world oh my god i am filled with SO MUCH EMOTION.

Not gonna touch on what the fuck TM is her outfit (i think it's cute but weird and i think we can all guess why lol Eden girl why did you do Hua like this...girl is flat)

Anyway 2nd part of my brainrot consists of Senti interactions with her and everyone else. Who cares why she's there or how did she even GET THERE but alright.

I do head canon that after the whole Herrscher of Domination chapter, Senti still holds a little bit of resentment for Fu Hua bc of that betrayal so 😔 hot girl summer is gonna have to wait until they reconcile. HOWEVER based on her bridge voice lines she does wish for Fu Hua to be happy so it's a back n forth tho i suppose most of the voice lines were written with some neutral (at least) to friendly relationship in mind.

THAT SAID... I think despite having conflicted thoughts about Sim Hua at first (before they realize who Senti actually is), she'd probably try to be cold and angry to keep up her appeal however she cannot fault Sim Hua for stuff she hasn't done 😞😭 like. Ok Hua is still Hua (as per Mei's comment) however she's still. YOU KNOW SHES THE. like she's just there she's trying her best and is more reserved and shy and doesn't speak her mind that much.

So I'd assume if a fight broke out (as we see in Elysium Everlasting, tho i suppose fight is a bit of a misunderstanding LMAO) Senti would - despite claiming to hate all things Fu Hua (her sim included) PROBABLY would threaten to beat the shit out of anyone who looks at Sim Hua the wrong way.

Kalpas better watch his fucking back. Like 🤨 yeah she 'dislikes' Sim Hua but that doesn't give anyone the right to say anything mean to her or they're gonna fucking get it !!!

I think she feels some sort of closeness w Sim Hua from the shared experience of like. (Well i know she's still been there for 50k years too but you know.) Being pretty new and despite having some experience, STILL being quite unsure where your place is or what you're supposed to do.

Her being fiercely protective of Sim Hua would be an interesting dynamic and I think that'd be really cute lol ((not a ship btw but u know just!! U look at a little scrunkly and u decide that u would kill for them that's pretty much Senti))

OH I ALMOST FORGOT - Sim Hua realizing (with some help from Elysia, Eden and Su what Senti is doing (but also she notices it herself bc Senti weirdly hovers around her and glares at Mobius even when she's just passing by) AND THEN U KNOW JUST!! A HERRSCHER HELP? literally her own future self but not really and also the thing that took away so many loved people in her life is now here in front of her (well it wasn't Senti but Herrschers by design, you get my point) and she's not doing anything wrong and it's conflicting (and sometimes a little heartwarming) and even fun sometimes if Sim Hua decides to reach out to Senti a few times and watch her fumble with words because she's not expecting it

UGH I FORGOT ABOUT THE BUDDHA THING THAT'S EVEN WORSE!!!

I actually adore the shoutouts to Buddhism that Keigo's name gives us. I have a friend really into zen buddhism/often goes to a monastery and had to grill them about enlightenment in the buddhist view and just try to see if anything they expressed about it would hit on Keigo's personality/narrative. I haven't really found much yet. It's a work in progress because Buddhism and all its branches and thought are very complicated.

And yes, there's a lot of greco-roman aesthetic when it comes to All For One. I also want to argue his robes are a shout to Adrian Veidt/Ozymandias of Watchmen, but as I was rereading today I kept thinking how much All For One fits that ideal Hellenistic Body. He's drawn a bit differently, I think, from other characters, like All Might, and there's something very "statue-like" about the way he's built.

So, with his mom's quirk - I have theories on what she does, and like I have a feeling much like a lot of the League unlocked parts of their quirk, we might have that with Keigo if he loses his mind, and maybe all the angel allusions we've been getting via Tomie go somewhere. At the same time, I think there's just so much there to pull from.

Sigh, I hate being in this pit. At least you guys are in there with me.

I had to google him and I found out that he appears in two episodes? :o Unfortunately, I haven't been able to watch "Say Awww!" yet, so my opinion of him is solely based on his appearance in the episode "The Sewers of Bikini Bottom" from Season 9.

And well, I liked him in this episode! :)

First of all, his design is so interesting! :D His name is Charlton Hawkfish but hawkfish look nothing like him, he looks more like a swordfish! I also enjoyed the way he was calling out Mr. Krabs and that other guy (Crupski?) for their cheapness! That was long overdue! :D

Charlton is a handsome, successful architect with common sense and courage (I mean... he defeated a giant snake with his nose! :D). I'd say he's pretty underrated and I'd like to see more episodes with him!

Now to my favorite ships...

My absolute OTP is Squidbob! I unironically love everything about this ship and I just love the grumpy x sunshine dynamic so, so much! Plus, Squidward is my favorite character and he deserves so much love after everything he's been through! 😔❤️ And well, Sponge has got tons of love to offer (and he's obviously into him, but don't get me started on that haha :D)!

Other ships I really like are Plabs (this one's such a classic and I consider them as canon since the episode "Married to Money" from Season 9 :D). And Karendy of course (these science girls could make each other so happy!). Patindy (Patrick x Princess Mindy) has a special place in my heart too! :)

Recently I've also gotten into Squillward (Squidward x Squilliam) since they have so much in common and I like the thought of hate turning into love! Plus, they're obviously exes so they might as well start dating again :D

I forgot to mention Fred x Tom! But that's more of a crack ship to me. Still I strongly believe that they're dating! 🤭

Xillia update no. mighty 9! A real loooong session, so I'm putting it under a cut:

I can't remember much about what we did at the beginning, like Fenmont and stuff, except that Wingul was uncharacteristically nice to Elize and then minutes later tried to have us arrested. Him and Gaius just flip flop like that.

My sister's current ships basically include whichever two characters are on the screen at the same time, but particularly Gaius/Muzet. Her: "They're a power couple."

Since Alvin was out of the party I started playing Rowen and he's quite fun! I especially like mashing the button for more fireballs and rolling around the rock. I just wish his arte tuning didn't make that high pitch noise :/

We defeated Muzet with his bell arte. "Live más, bitch."

We finally defeated Ivar too and it seems like he will leave us alone for good. My sister still wishes we had killed him when we had the chance.

As soon as we got to the mountain behind Milla's shrine, the characters started warning about how slippery and dangerous it is. Her: "We're gonna have a cutscene of us falling aren't we."

After the HARD Presa/Agria fight, Alvin actually did rejoin the group. She thought he might just stay away or become a villain. Tales games don't usually permanently retire such a long-lasting party member, but to be fair the other Tales game we played was Zesty, which does.

We debated which character to have leading on the map but she wanted to admire Jude's butt, though you can't really see it with his costume. You can't see any of the character model's butts really. Me: "Except Presa." Her: "True, she has a nice butt. But maybe we shouldn't speak ill of the dead. Me: "We'll pour one out for Presa's fine ass" 😔✊

A lot of bleeding hearts in this group. Jude pitying Muzet's lack of purpose, Leia feeling bad about Agria's intentional death. I am trying to use my sister' dislike of good-hearted protagonists as a reason to play Berseria next 😈

We finally reached Maxwell. Jude: "We've come a long way to ask you something." Sis: " 'Why are you such a dick?' "

He really looks like an evil Dumbledore. Also his name is not very godly or intimidating. I explained it's like a series staple easter egg (like Aifread) but yeah it's a kinda lame name

The way Jude starts pointing accusingly at Maxwell is EXACTLY like Ivar. They're rubbing off on each other!

Milla is back! And The Four work for her now. Their design are also not very godly, she noted. Sylph has glasses, why would a spirit need glasses.

Elize died right as we beat Maxwell, RIP her EXP

Maxwell is going to dispel the schism! Me: "We did it, we beat the game!" Her: "Really?" Me: "No :)"

I forgot Gaius really just shows up and tries to crown himself the next god. Sis: "Good for him."

As soon as the group woke up in Elympios: "Juuude! Make me something!!" lmao

We wondered how all of their meals keep fresh for so long. Me: "Maybe it's like astronaut food. It's just yakisoba-flavored dried food."

The East vs West theme is not subtle, this place is literally New York and all of the music is jazz. She kept noting how colorful everyone looks in comparison to the drab grays. The other themes aren't subtle either like developed vs undeveloped worlds, global warming destroying the planet, etc.

She pointed out that the Torbalan Highroad has Balan's name in it. Maybe the game developers thought "idk what to call this road it's just the one that goes To(r)balan. That's what we'll call it."

We found two separate monocles there. If we put them together we can have a pair of glasses.

Cramped holes remind Elize of her miserable life in the shack which she decides to bring up randomly. Like "Hey everyone, remember how I'm an orphan?"

I keep laughing at cutting off the character's level-up expressions. Rowen saying "Never stop--" and then Elize saying "I won't stop!" Like good I guess she's listening to him.

And Alvin remarking "It just keeps getting better" while Balan is in danger and the worlds are warring and Presa just died like Alvin what part of this is getting better for you. You shot Leia.

She's enjoying the story a lot, or at least finding it more memorable than Zestiria's. Tbh I find the actual story of both to be sorta forgettable but man do I love these characters ❤

We talked about Tales characters for a long while, especially Alvin. I appreciate how his background is actually more unique in the series, being a sort of refugee or an immigrant really. We discussed the recurring character archetypes like the good hearted protags and the suspicious sad bastards and the quirky genki girls while also noting what makes each individual character unique. Man I love Tales characters ❤❤

We kept laughing though because of the lofi jazz music in Elympios and I kept imagining Alvin playing saxophone in the back and cackling

It's funny that Elize scared of the dark when she's the dark magic user. Sis: "You grew up in a shack, you should be used to this!"

Gaius actually considered Jude's approach and tried to use the Volt spyrite. Sis: "He used WWJD: What would Jude do?"

Fought Volt with Rowen's rock arte and we had TWO spheres rolling around. Me: "We're basically just playing marbles."

Everyone keeps crediting Jude for asking Balan questions about spyrixes. Like Jude didn't invent this technology (yet), he literally just asked how it worked and now they have a solution to the entire power crises. Yay! Good work, Jude!

one day, your teacher announced that the class would be having a new project. “class. today we’ll be having a project. it will be due in a week so please prepare your projects and your presentation speech as well.”

since the teacher thought the topic was hard for some students, she decided to give out partners.

you were just hoping to be done with it all. “kazuha, go over to [name]” the teacher said as she walked by. kazuha was a mess inside but managed to get himself together and sit with you. (SIMP)

you gave him a friendly smile before introducing yourself. “hey, I’m [name].” he replied with a faint “kaedehara kazuha”. you thought he was just being shy but you just ignored that.

“soo let’s get started?” you broke the silence between you two awkwardly. kazuha nodded and started discussing with you the things that you two would do for the project.

after the bell rang, the teacher dismissed the class and you all packed your stuff. you saw kazuha at a table during lunch and decided you’d sit with him.

“hey, do you mind if i sit here kazuha?” you asked him. he shook his head no and you sat down infront of him. you talked to him about whatever and he listened to you, nodding and responding every once in a while.

before your lunch ended, you told him “let’s meet outside after school’s done. let’s finish the project at my place.” you smiled at him before leaving.

kazuha was stuck there. you were ACTUALLY inviting him to go to your house! he tried to calm down and managed to do it (after failing for 5 minutes).

once school was done, he went outside the school and waited for you. not so long after, kazuha saw you walking out with a few people. you waved goodbye to them before going to kazuha.

"hey, let's go!" you held his hand and dragged him to your house. you failed to notice the blush slowly spreading on his face. as you reached your house, you took off your shoes and went in. kazuha followed. (yes i am asian, don't step in my house with shoes on or i will literally spank you).

he then followed you to your room, where you two would finish the project. you got a chair and started working with him on the project.

after you two do what you planned for the project today, you cleaned up the area. as you were doing so, you remembered some moments with him

* flashbacks*

the way his hand brushes against yours every once in a while had your insides moving. his soft voice speaking to say some things he wishes to improve about the project had you screaming in your pillow.

you don't understand. why did you suddenly feel this way after he came over? why did you suddenly feel like you're inlove? what's happening? those were the questions in your head.

you just ignored it for now and went to the table for dinner. you forgot about it for a while as you ate.

when it was time for bed, you couldn't sleep. all you could think about was kazuha. you walked around for a while but you still couldn't sleep.
