Context: Tsukasa invited Ena for the first time to one of his shows, where she meets with Akito along with Toya (both having been invited as well) and in the middle of their confusion (almost interrogation) in the audience seats, the show begins with TSUKASA BEING A PRINCESS?!

just finished www #23: on your way, and i have many thoughts. all of them make me want to cry.
ame knowing as soon as she got back to the cottage that her actions had burned a bridge, not just with the citadel but with one of her best friends, and yet still needing to complete her tasks as the witch of the world's heart. the spirits she awakens so as not to leave the cottage untended or unprotected, and the way she asks and does not take. the note she leaves, should her friends make it there.
eursulon in the fire, followed by the man in black, who is a brother in the way all spirits are brethren, but not the sibling eursulon seeks. leaving through the burrow, fighting monstrosities, and seeing the citadel raze cities to ruin beside a jungle of rot. finding the tree. his tree. the tree that is emblazoned on his shield, his coat of arms, what he fights to protect. and inside... his sister. a family she made for herself.
and suvi. hurt but still afraid that ame will die if she stays. determined to not let that happen. conversations with steel where she says that another wizard said that the wizard sly lied, or did not tell the full truth. commiseration, but suvi holds back the full truth, and suspects steel of doing the same. an airship to fly north. to protect ame, yes. but the mage armor mean that no creature or spirit or witch will ever be able to touch her again. broken trust, if not broken love.
and through it all, the thread that the citadel represents a threat to the world's heart itself, and to all spirits beyond. the council of elders wishes to neutralize that threat. grandmother wren did not.
questions moving forward: what is the true purpose of the war on gaothmai being waged by the empire? why does kalaya's family look like suvi? is suvi going to have a villain arc? i have my theories, but i'll get into those in other posts.
thank you to the worlds beyond number cast and crew for giving us this incredible story. i'm so excited to see where you take us next.

so one character got to learn how to live again, how to reenter society after traumatizing event that will forever impact his life, got to heal and rebuild his relationship with his family even estranged father, reconnected with his old friends and was able to create reliable support system of people that also grew throughout this healing process and now can understand him more and be there for him, got to graduate and start his own business and now can even give inspirational speeches to help others
and the other one had to leave two closest people to him that were his only support after his family death bc 'friends' he had before weren't type of people worth reconnecting with, move out of his country abandoning everything he knew his whole life just to * checks notes * start a job he didn't really want and the main reason he needed higher pay was to establish financial stability for one of two people who he had to leave and that no longer wanted to be with him
okay yea okay sure both cases are about personal 'growth'

I can’t get enough of this shi and it is crazy.
This mfng song literally screams that “zoro vs mihawk” wasn’t just about Zoro failing on defeating Mihawk and in return gaining a huge cut on his chest that he’ll carry his whole life and luffy going crazy internally and worrying sick about his man; this song screams and bleeds pride and given promises, a meaning and an ending / beginning of a life. This song is the moment zoro decided to trust himself wholly for %100 for the first time and stood in front of Mihawk even tho he knew he could die while bleeding all his blood out. This was the very moment zoro felt for the first time/ finally realised that he was a half and the rest of him was a big missing, that he wasn’t enough no matter how hard he tries and needed that seventeen years old mf kid who’s been following him around like a lost puppy as his captain & a leader to follow, because his instincts already were screaming about this at the very beginning of their first time together. Luffy was the most powerful man he’s ever seen, he learned that for the first time at that moment. And he was right. This song is the end and a beginning of a life.
Opla songs should be talked about more often because these damn songs literally feels like what happens in whole One Piece.

pretty pleaseeeee ill take any crumbs from the counselling au 🥺🥺 (also love the new kofi as always vos at the crime scene)
the next chapter of the couples counseling au is going to be the one where they're instructed to hold hands!! and the counselor tells them to try to treasure little intimacies (ie. cooking together, holding hands, listening to the same song at the same time, napping together)
but also because it's told from anakin's pov it's going to involve more padmé - specifically padmé being justifiably hurt that she was once again waiting for anakin
it's gonna be interesting i think trying to write this chapter and strike a different tone than a more perfect union, when both padmés are upset about the same thing and both anakins have the same priorities (obi-wan first). it's just that couples counseling au anakin is less stupid but more oblivious almost - he's not going to come to the realization as quickly that he's in love with obi-wan, and no one's gonna handhold him through it. in all, it's a much more serious tone than a more perfect union of course, but there are enough similarities (basically 'kit's corner on a fall of anidala and rise of obikin in story format' that i'm probably going to struggle a little bit to keep the tone right in couples counseling au
