Speaking of crossover ships between different Soulsborne games, which one(s) do you guys like if any? There are some more apparent ones like shipping iconic female bosses together, and iirc Malenia x Gwynevere became popular, stuff like this! Unfortunately it’s like that over there. A few weeks ago someone made this lovely character analysis thread about Malenia and it sparked so much discourse from the “Radahn won by the way” crowd that it got Malenia trending 💀

Just insane really. Zero reading comprehension, zero nuance, just good guy vs bad guy apparently. It’s a shame it’s been over two years and you still see shit like this. Maybe the DLC will add story content that will answer some of the questions we’ve all been asking for the last couple of years. Not that I think it will change how people act. These are the types of fans who already argue that the games text is always lying to you. They take the things they like and say without a shadow of a doubt it’s real and true and nothing can possibly dispute it. But the things they don’t like or agree with are obviously wrong and Miyazaki is clearly lying to them. Classic Fromsoft fans.

I feel like I'm the only one who didn't have any 'Bloodborne vibes' while playing Lies of P, for me Lies of P has its own unique atmosphere I've never experienced in any other games. I don't know, maybe it's because I didn't play Bloodborne a lot (I speedran the last part of the game 💀) or something like that 🤷

Forge Beetles

I’ve wanted to make something like this for ages but never had motivation or something to make it for. Until now! I decided to elaborate and explore more about my OC’s species, more specifically his tribe. Hrelgere is a Forge Beetle. They’re a species I made up that are based on the predaceous diving beetle! These bugs hail from the Wild Land and are easily the most dangerous sapient species there. They’re essentially orcs in bug form.

Very happy with these monstrous freaks of nature. Would like to make more about them in the future! More specifically my dedicated OC.

I first encountered Bloodborne around 3 years ago, I think? I have always liked horror, video games, plagues(historically- not catching them haha) and post-apocalypse works, so I stumbled across it in the form of boss fight videos on youtube that caught my attention.

I started with just one, and then ended up watching every cutscene in the game. Then I read the wiki, thought “oh my god, this is the best thing ever?!” and I just sort of stumbled down the rabbit hole from there! I’d say it became a hyperfixation of mine twice before now, once when one of my teachers revealed himself to be a fan(the highlight of my year) and again when Jacksepticeye uploaded his playthrough.

I made my first Micolash fanart on February 18, 2022. It’s this silly little meme! I’ve posted it before :D

Before, I never really had a way to enter the BB community, so I repressed my love for the game for quite a while. Now thanks to tumblr, all that pent up BB obsession energy is spilling out x,D I’m so happy to be in a space where people are just as obsessed with this game as I am, everyone is so kind and sweet and talented and it’s just incredible!
