SYPNOSIS — it’s a new year and the karasuno team decides to throw a new years party in the school gym

⇀ so it all started out when noya and tanaka came up with the brilliant idea to throw a new years party

⇀ and since canonically, everyone in haikyuu are losers, everyone agreed 😀

⇀ of course you invited your boo kenma 😼 and the nekoma team

⇀ and kuroo invited the fukurodani team since bokuto heard about the party somehow

⇀ the party is held in the gym, it's byoc

⇀ "bring your own cups"

⇀ cause y'all broke broke 😭😭✋🏼

⇀ kidding . . . about the cup part, y'all are broke though . . .

⇀ anyways, so the team put you in charge of getting the drinks

⇀ . . . but they never specified non-alcoholic 😼

⇀ so you, being the six foot seven giant you were, got some alcohol

⇀ it was surprisingly easy

⇀ like the guy behind the counter didn't even ask you for an ID or anything and he probably assumed you were 21+ because of your features 🤡

⇀ i mean you do be chiselled by the gods themselves 🤪🥴

⇀ so the party is about to start and you come in with literal bottle of alcohol like fUCKING JACK DANIEL'S AND WHISKEY AND RUM AND ALL THAT SHIT

⇀ and when daichi saw you with all the paper bags filled with bottles of alcohol he just-

⇀ anyways, so people start showing up and daichi panics because no sir, these minors aren't getting drink on his watch, but oops-

⇀ because babes knew that's all it'll take for everyone to be blackout drunk

⇀ fifteen minutes into the party, noya, tanaka, yamamoto, lev and a bunch of first years are drunk drunk.

⇀ suga, kuroo, asahi, and ennoshita are also drunk but like they're the chill typa drunk y'know?

⇀ he says something but you can't hear him over he loud music, so you lean closer but you end up spilling your drink all over your shirt and you just

⇀ how knew you were so foine 🥴🥴

kenma's eyes widen when you suddenly pull off your shirt, your chest still slightly damp from the drink spilling on you. he could feel heat rushing to his face the longer he stared. kenma wanted to look away, he really did, but it was something about the way you rubbed your hands over your abs and chest to wipe off the moisture and the way you looked down with hooded eyes that had him entranced. he couldn't look away, and by the sight of the other people in the room also staring at you with no shame, they couldn't either.

despite being drunk, you could tell people were staring and it filled you with a sort of confidence you only got in the privacy of your room with kenma. speaking of kenma, he wasn't fairing any better. his head was turned to the side to look away, but his eyes betrayed him and stayed focused on your chest.

you smirked.

kenma gasped as you suddenly leaned forward, your hand slamming onto the wall next to him and the other pushing him by the hip, your cold fingers slithering up his shirt and sending chills up his spine. your breathe was warm next to his ear and kenma's blush intensified.

"see something you like, kitten?"

kenma's breathing began to get heavier the longer you whispered in his ear, his chest and pants tightening. kenma refused to look up, knowing half of the people in the gym were staring, but he would by lying if he said it didn't turn him on more than he already was.

your stopped whispering in kenma's ear and began trailing kisses down his jaw and neck, leaving marks behind. kenma had to bite his bottom lip to stop noises from escaping his mouth, but his restraint was limited due to the small amount of alcohol in his system.

your fingers traveled further up his shirt and caressed his waist, pulling him closer to you. pulling away from his neck, you turned to his lips, sucking and biting on them as if it would be the last time you would be able to. kenma's neck was littered with hickies that, even in the darkness of the gym, were extremely visible.

but before things could go any further, you were ripped away from kenma by a fuming daichi, "first you bring alcohol and get everyone drunk, then you try to fuck your boyfriend in the middle of the gym? i'm gonna kill you, y/n."

⇀ you were put on daichi watch for the rest of the night 😔🔫

⇀ but by the time 11 rolled around, you were a bit sober so i guess that's good

⇀ everyone gathered into he middle of the gym and counted down until midnight

⇀ kiyoko and yachi had hung some of those colour changing lights and gave the room some amazing vibes

⇀ and kenma was standing next to you, your arm slung over his shoulder as the lights hit his face perfectly and outlined every feature of his beautifully

⇀ you smiled down at him

"it's already 2021, huh?"

kenma looked up at you and immediately looked away when he saw that you were already looking at him. even after months of dating and nights spent in each other's embrace, he still got nervous when you looked at him the way you were right now.

eyes so full of love and lips pulled into a satisfied smile.

"yeah. . . i guess. . ."

you laughed and pulled him closer to your side, kenma stumbled a bit and grasped onto the new shirt you put on. it was a spare that you left behind in the clubroom one day.

"c'mon kenma! new year, new possibilities! what are your new years resolutions?"

kenma shrugged, burying his head deeper into your side, "i don't have any."

5 . . .

you smiled, "really?"

you looked back up at the digital clock kiyoko hung up on the wall just for new years, your smile never faltering. kenma loved that about you, your ability to smile no matter what. no matter the circumstances.

4 . . .

"what about you?" kenma asked, a small bubble of guilt building in his chest for not answering how he thought you wanted.

you looked down at him with the same lovesick eyes and satisfied smile, kenma felt his heart stop, "me?"

you looked back up at the clock, "hmm. . ."

3 . . .

"i think. . . " you drew out, a playful smile on your face when kenma pouted at your long answer. he slapped your chest when you laughed at him.

2 . . .

"i think," you tugged kenma in front of you and rested your chin on his head, a lazy smile drawn on your face as everyone else yelled about, excited for the new year.

1 . . .

"i think i have everything i could ever want right here."

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!

kenma gasped as you suddenly turned him around, lifting his face by the chin. everyone around you cheered as the clock hit 12 and it was now January 1, 2021.

kenma's heart pounded when he saw the same old lazy smirk on your face and the same old lovesick look in your eyes; but no matter how many times he's seen it, he would always feel the butterflies fluttering in hit stomach.

"happy new years, kenma." you whispered as you pulled him into a kiss.

what a way to start the new years.

⇀ everything after that was a blur

⇀ the party amping up as a way to start the new years and you were sure even daichi had a cup full of some unholy concoction of alcohol kiyoko made for him

⇀ when you woke up, you were in bed, kenma laying a your side.

⇀ with close on, y'nasties 👁

⇀ your head felt like it was going to explode and your stomach turned in ways it shouldn't

⇀ but you were too lazy to get outta bed

⇀ me 🤡

⇀ so you just pulled kenma closer and went back to sleep

⇀ dreaming of a happy future with the man in your arms

“As you all know, a threat has risen. Commander Johann Schmidt has his eyes on something new; they call it the Tesseract. The power it holds is unlimited and unknown. If it falls into the wrong hands, especially in times like these, this is a war we won’t win. Meeting dismissed.” Dr. Erksine said, as all the agents seated around the table got up, desperate to go home.

You had dozed out ages ago, and would’ve practically fallen asleep if it weren’t for Howard. He laid a hand on your shoulder and shook you.

“Y/N/N, it’s time to go. C’mon. I heard your favorite radio show is on tonight.”

“Thanks, Howwie. It’s just, there’s something-”

“This Tesseract thing? I know were supposed to believe everything Dr. Erksine tells us, but this is a stretch-”

“Except it isn’t, Howard. I got a bad feeling about this one. You know how strong my intuition is.”

“I know. That’s what worries me.”

PRESENT DAY, 2012

BRUCE BANNER’S LAB ON THE HELLICARRIER

The Hellicarrier is quiet as it floats across the night sky, and you absentmindedly type some data that Tony had given you a few minutes ago. You weren’t going to lie; you were scared then, and you are scared now. It seems like history is repeating itself; some bad dude wants to get his hands on the Tesseract and if he isn’t stopped, a lot of people will die.

Only difference was, you didn’t have a brother this time.

Blinking back the tears that were about to escape, you kept typing as Dr. Banner was scanning the scepter for gamma radiation, and Tony was solving several different equations and theorems and god knows what all at once.

“Well, we’re going somewhere now. The gamma readings are definitely consistent with Selvig's reports on the Tesseract. But it's gonna take weeks to process.” Banner said, letting out a sigh, laying down the object he was using to measure gamma readings on Loki’s scepter.

“We bypass their mainframe and direct route to the Homer Cluster we can clock this at around 600 teraflops.” Tony replied from across the room.

“And all I packed was a toothbrush.” Bruce said, going back to the computer.

“You know you should come by Stark tower sometime. Top ten floors, all R and D. You’d love it, it’s Candy Land. I’m talking to you too, Auntie. Paris must be as boring as-”

“How- Tony, I can promise you its not. Paris is fine.”

“But Pepper and I miss you in New York. Think about it, will you?”

“Sure will, hun.”

“Thank you for the invitation, Mr. Stark. But last time I was in New York- I sort of broke Harlem.” Dr. Banner said.

“Well I promise it’s a stress-free environment. No distractions, no surprises.” Tony says, while poking Bruce in his side with an electric current.

“Tony, leave him be!” you say, taking the current away from him.

“Hey! Are you two nuts?” Steve says, scolding Tony as he walks in.

“Oops. Jury’s here. Tell em your secret, Dr. Banner. Bongo drums, mellow jazz, bag of weed?”

“You think is is funny, Mr. Stark? Threatening the safety of everyone on this ship? No offense, Dr. Banner. You neither, Y/N.

“None taken, sir.” Bruce says, while still working on the scepter.

“Don’t worry about it, cap.” you say, while finally snatching the current from Tony’s hand and placing it down on the countertop to continue working.

“You- you don’t have to worry, capsicle. Last time I checked, you spent over 66 years stuck in the ice. You don’t know how anything works here. This little gadget-” he getsures to the comm in his hand. “will let us know everything S.H.I.E.L.D has been hiding from us since the beginning of it’s existence.”

“This is going to cause trouble.”

“Ding, ding, ding. We got a winner. Congratulations, you’ve just won a free box of popsicles. Or is that too cold?”

“What have you three been doing all this time?” Fury’s voice cuts in as he walks into the lab. “You’re supposed to be locating the Tesseract.”

“We are. The model’s locked and we’re sweeping for the signature now. When we get a hit, we’ll have the location within have a mile.”

“You’ll get your cube back, director.” You say, crossing your arms, after hopping to sit on the table with Tony.

“No muss, no fuss.” he passes you the blueberry bag, then looks at the screen “What is ‘Phase 2′ anyway?”

At this point, Steve has had enough and decided to intervene. “Phase 2 is S.H.I.E.L.D uses the cube to make weapons. Sorry, the computer was moving a little too slowly for my taste.”

“Captain Rogers, we have gathered every part of information possible related to the Tesseract. This does not mean-” He’s interrupted by none other than Tony.

“What about this Nick? What were you lying?” Tony said, turning the computer so Fury could see it clearly.

Steve takes one look between the two men, but keeps his gaze on Tony, and says “I was wrong director. The world hasn’t changed a bit.”

Thor and Natasha enter the room and Bruce asks them “Did you two know about this?”

“Dr. Banner, you might want to think about removing yourself from the premises.” Natasha said.

“I was in Calcutta, I’m pretty sure I can handle this, Ms. Romanoff.”

“Loki’s been manipulating you.”

“And you’ve been doing what exactly?”

“Dr. Banner, You didn’t come here because I batted my eyelashes at you.” She fired back, crossing her arms.

You hopped off the table, and on the hilt of the sword on your left side, if tensions just so happened to go to another level.

“And I’m not leaving because you’re getting a little twitchy. What I do want to know is why S.H.I.E.L.D is using the Tesseract to build weapons of mass destruction!”

NEW YORK, JANUARY 1943

SSR HQ

“Starks, Ms. Carter, General Philipps, should the case arise that we get our hands on this - ‘Tesseract’ - as it appears, it shall not, under any circumstances, be used for weapons of mass destruction. It goes against everything we stand for. Everything the SSR stands for.” Erksine says, addressing the group.

“But Dr. Erksine, The rise of facism in Europe is a threat to our national security, and if the SSR can not make weapons of not necessarily of mass destruction, but weapons to protect the country, how are we to protect the nation?” General Philipps said from across the table.

“Excellent question, General. That’s were Y/N and comes in. Y/N, if you will.” Erksine said, gesturing to you.

Straightening yourself up, you opened a file. “I’ve thought of this concept for the past couple of months- although just a concept, It would, has General Philipps mentioned, make weapons not of destruction, but of protection. This is why, I’ve decided to name the concept- S.H.I.E.L.D. Get it? A shield is supposed to protect, and that’s what this will do.”

“And what does it stand for, Y/N?” Peggy asks.

“Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division.”

“And it’s purpose?”

“To Protect and Serve, Dr. Erksine.”

“I like it, but we will discuss it further on Monday. Meeting Adjourned.”

PRESENT DAY, 2012

BRUCE BANNER’S LAB ON THE HELLICARRIER

“And I’m not leaving because you’re getting a little twitchy. What I do want to know is why S.H.I.E.L.D is using the Tesseract to build weapons of mass destruction!”

“Banner, calm down.” Natasha said cautiously.

“No, Romanoff. He had every right to be mad and confused. With all respect, director, me and my brother did not start S.H.I.E.L.D so we could pull stuff like this.” you said.

“But we have a reason, Stark. It’s because-” Fury points to Thor “him.”

“Me?” Thor questions.

“Yes, you. Last year Earth had a visitor from another planet who held a grudge on a small town. We learned then that not only are we not alone, but we are hopelessly, hilariously, outgunned.” He finishes, diverting his eye to you, but saying nothing.

“Your work with the Tesseract is what drew Loki to it, and his allies, as a signal to all the realms that Earth is ready for a higher form of war.” Thor booms.

“A higher form of war?” Steve questions.

“You had us in a corner, Thor, we had no choice. We had to come up with something.” Nick fired back.

“A nuclear deterrent. Cause that always calms everything down.” said Tony.

“Remind me again how you made your fortune, Mr. Stark?” Fury asked.

“I’m sure if Stark industries still made weapons you both would be knee-deep in-” Steve was cut off by you.

“That’s enough, Steve! Leave it alone!” you exclaimed.

“No, hold up capsicle, how is this about us?” Tony asked, in a tempting manner.

“Are you midgardians really this naïve?” Thor asked.

“Oh please, are you that immature?” Natasha said, looking between Thor and Fury.

“Everyone, we’re a mixture for chaos. A ticking time bomb waiting to explode.” Bruce said.

“You should step away, Doctor.” Fury said to Bruce, before being overlapped by Tony. “Why shouldn’t the guy let off a little steam?” Tony asked, putting a ahnd on Steve’s shoulder.

“You know damn well why!” Steve yelled.

“I’m starting to want you to make me.” Tony said, coming face to face with Steve.

“Big man in a suit of armor, take that off and what are you?”

“Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist.”

“He’s not wrong-” Natasha said, shrugging her shoulders.

“Thank you, Romanoff! Someone with sense on this ship.” Tony said, thanking Natasha.

“I’ve seen guys none of that worth ten of what you are. The only person you fight for is yourself. You’re not one to make sacrifice play, to lay down your life for someone else. You better stop playing the hero.”

“Steve-” you began, now both hands on both swords, both of them on your waist.

“No! You better stop acting so cocky, Rogers. You’re a lab rat, everything special about you came out of a bottle.” Tony fires back.

“If you think your think you’re so special, put on the suit then, lets go a few rounds.”

“I’m not afraid to hit an old man.”

“Stop it you two! You’re acting like children!” You yelled, cutting both of them off.

“You are ALL acting like children, man up, all of you!” Fury said.

Bruce kept his eyes firm on Loki’s scepter. It seemed to glow even more now, but all of you had to resolve the argument first.

“Something’s coming. Something bad.” Bruce muttered. “I can feel it.”

“Keep calm, Banner.” Natasha said, and both her and Fury put a hand of the holster of their gun.

“Dr. Banner, please-” You began.

You were once again cut off, but not by anyone talking. Thor, Natasha, Bruce, Fury, Tony, Steve and yourself were knocked down to the floor, scattered all over the room.

“What the hell was that?” Natasha asked.

“Engine’s been blown off. I didn’t want to say I told you so, Agent Romanoff.” Bruce said, while helping you up from the floor.

“You alright, Tony?” you ask, as You help Tony up.

“Just fine, aunty. You?”

“Barely hurts, tones.”

“What the hell was that, Fury?” Natasha asked.

Fury looks out the window before running out of the room.

“Agent Barton.”

Could it be more obvious.....

Come on guys, it’s not that serious.It’s going to be OK. If there was ever an obvious PR stunt, it would be this one. I’ve seen lots of folks saying how disappointed they are in Camila for doing this. I was hoping like hell THEY wouldn’t go there with her, but I also completely expected it.

The main thing I’m pissed off about, is the “who” they paired her up with. Really! A 30 year old, self pretentious milksop, who charges 8000 Pounds, that’s over 11,000 dollars, AN HOUR to tell women how to nab a guy, then tell them how to keep the bastard. A self proclaimed “love guru” who has more gay rumors than Camila. He even said in one of his bio’s, that he switched up his vocation from telling men how to get women, because that wasn’t his forte. A guy who can’t tell other guys how to pick up women? No wonder there are gay rumors swirling around him.

Hell, people who know him, aren’t even buying this shit. Those beach photos were so staged it was laughable. The fact that E News got the scoop makes it even more laughable. You can even tell exactly how it was all planned.

One thing we need to understand though, is those of us who have been following Camila and the girls, for a while, can see how obvious all this is. The General Public have no idea who Camila is. They are just now getting to know her. THEY are projecting an image of her, to the GP, that THEY want her to have. That’s the main reason we are getting this stunt.

The stunt, and the timeline to set it was, was really simple. They started following each other on SM in October of last year. She was supposedly a “fan” of his work. So, they have had this plan in their pocket, since October of 2017.

January, 11, just before the release of her album, it was time to put the plan into motion. During her interview with Elvis Duran, she brought his name up for the first time. It was love all around for someone named Matthew Hussey. The very next day, release day, she was performing on GMA. Guess who happen to be scheduled for a segment on the exact same show. Yep, Matt Hussey himself. How convenient!

Then we come to the Zane Lowe interview, on January 15. Remember, back in May, she did her first Zane interview, and she said then that she needed to find a boy and experience the loving portion of her album. During her second appearance, low and behold, he asks her if she has someone special in her life.

That whole segment was set up, just for all this crap. He asked her about the last note she made on her phone. We get the, “I can’t say your name without smiling”. Then he asked if there was someone special, and we get the “maybe” heard around the world.

We knew then, we were getting ready to get hit with some more bullshit and Industry fuckery. Most were hoping it would be Shawn Mendes, but no, we get this schmuck who preys on women’s insecurities. Yay!

Anyway, then we come to the Zack Sang interview. Here, she said a few interesting things. She laughed off the fact people thought her songs could possibly be about Austin Mahone, because she was young and it was a long time ago. FYI, all the Michael shit happened LESS than 6 months after the Austin shit. Just let that sink in for a minute.

Then she said, she likes to keep her relationships a secret. The Mahone fiasco taught her that she didn’t want to do any more public relationships. Oops! Less than a month later, she is plastered all over the headlines with her “new boyfriend”. See, how in all her interviews, she is constantly contradicting herself. Remember what I said before? “The truth never changes, and a false narrative rarely sounds the same twice.”

That’s how this whole thing was set up and presented to us. For those of you thinking the photos weren’t staged or that they were leaked. NO!!! That’s not how this shit works. They went to that beach, they performed for the camera, and E News was given the exclusive for the story. That’s what happened, whether you want to believe it or not.

Now, why is she being told to do this. For a couple reasons. One has to do with the existing fandom, and the other has to do with the GP.

First, let me explain the main reason they do these stupid PR relationships and stunts in the first place. IMAGE! They use them to control the way the fans and GP see and connect with an artist. If there is no connection, it is less likely the GP will become fans. They will just hear your singles, and if they like them, they might put it on their playlist and give it streams, but they most likely won’t purchase it. If THEY give you a reason to feel a connection to an artist, then you will purchase their music. That’s what THEY want, because there is more money to be made from purchases than streams. A connection will also get you out of your houses and into the venues for the live shows.

That being said, the GP is just now getting to know Camila. The only thing they know about her, is that she came from a manufactured girl group, and she went solo. They have to introduce Camila to the GP, and they basically have a blank slate with which to do so.

The GP have no idea who Ausmila or Camichael are. They don’t even know who Austin and Michael are. They have no idea who Camren is. THEY would like to keep it that way. Thanks to the E News exclusive, and every damn entertainment magazine picking up the story and running with it, he is the only person, she has been connected to romantically, and that’s exactly what they want.

As for those of us who have been fans for a while. Well, Camila hasn’t exactly been stellar at keeping up with her hetero image. Her, and her gender neutral pronouns. Telling people the songs are about people she has secretly dated. The fact she has told everyone, the longest relationship she’s had is a couple of months. (Seeing someone for a couple months, does not add up to the lyrics for “All These Years”, and “Consequences”.) The ever changing stories as to who the songs are about. Her idea of a good time is staying at home having a twerk party with her girlfriends. Saying she loves girls, on national television. It goes on and on.

How many women do you think will spend over 11,000 dollars an hour, to get love advice, and know how to nab and keep a guy, if the person giving that advice hasn’t the foggiest idea what men really want from women. Especially when he is telling them, he is an expert on the subject.

Those of you who are all pissed off about it, need to get over your selfish asses. She isn’t going to be able to do what you want. She isn’t out there queerbaiting her fans. She does nothing but show love and respect to each and every one of her fans. To bad some of you can’t show the same for her.

This isn’t the playground or High School. This isn’t your collage fraternity. This is her career. She is under contract with people who have control over her public image. She does have more creative control as a solo artist, but she does not have full control, yet, over her image and career. If THEY think it is best for her career, and their pockets, for her to have a PR relationship with a damn man, she is going to have a PR relationship with a damn man.

To prove my point that she has to do and say things she is told to say; She said in a recent interview that CITC was her choice to release as her first single. She was told to say that, so everyone would think she has complete control over her career. Her A&R must not have gotten the memo, because he admitted in a recent interview, that CITC was not her first choice as a single.

The sooner some of you realize she isn’t the one in control right now, the better your lives will be. Once you accept the fact, the Music Industry is a shady business, that will do whatever it takes to generate more money, the sooner you can accept all the bullshit for what it is, and laugh it off, instead of getting all depressed and butthurt because she did something you didn’t particularly want her to do.

Instead of burning her CD’s, why don’t you enjoy the music she did give us, and laugh at the fact, Matthew is no where near the Latin boy, she has been telling us she’s going to move to Spain and fall in love with. That’s why they worded the story the way they did. The one about this “relationship” taking her by surprise. I’m sure it did. I’m almost certain she could find someone better than a guy who charges the hell out of women, to tell them how to lie down and roll over for a man.

P.S. Just because I know some will ask, this is the perfect example of the different ways they do PR. They allowed Lauren to come out as Bisexual, and then promptly hooked her up with a guy. They do it ALL THE TIME. The difference with Lauren/Ty and Camila/Matt, is the targeted audience.

They wanted to target a select fan base with the Tyren PR stunt. That’s why they let it play out mostly on Social Media. They controlled the news outlets that ran stories about them, and controlled the message that was generated through it.

With Camila/Matt, they are targeting the GP. They can’t keep it concentrated to SM. They need the media outlets to pick up the story and run with it. They will control the narrative the media projects through their reporting. Don’t be surprised if you see him on her arm during the award show red carpets, and other public events that garner media attention. If they want to push it hard, they will publicize the hell out of it. It’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out.
