#Power S4 Ep7: You Lied to My Face *Recap & Review*

I knew it, I knew it. Teresi wasn't snooping around just because Tariq has truly lost trust in his family. Is Tarsha tattling or moving on. Could Ghost be getting a new love interest? Let's discuss this episode of Power.

Ghost and Tariq is sitting on the train with there mind all over the place. Tariq has some blood on his collar so Tommy is back in New York. He come home to find his stash house as been rob. Not just robbed, but it was done by Ghost and Kanan. Tommy calls Ghost for answers but Ghost cuts him off. Once Tommy hear Tariq is in trouble, his focused get shift to his nephew. One thing for sure Tommy loves Tariq. Tommy rolls up on Ghost. He see Tariq isn't his self. Tariq instantly hugs Tommy. Sad to say, Tariq will never be the same. Who is really the blame for the road Tariq about to go down? I say his parents, but now he doesn't trust neither one of them. Tommy tells Ghost Tarsha was right about Kanan being alive. Ghost soon learns more then just his jail time was on heavy on Tarsha plate. He learns that Tariq was taken and held for ransom why he was jail. Tommy thought Tarsha told Ghost but it wasn't a need to say nothing. Remember, Tariq said it was joke and Dre didn't say nothing either. Tommy makes it clear to Ghost, if he was anybody else and for different reasons; he would be dead. Tommy not dumb but he really need confirmation. He asked Tariq did Dre know about Kanan being alive. Tariq covers for Dre. Unbelievable!!! Can't be mad over lies when you lying too Tariq.

John is the only person who still has his job. Mike, Saks, and Angela is all fired. I think John should have been fired to as well. It shouldn't matter if he came at the beginning, in the middle or in the end. John knew just as much as they did. He guilty too. Now he trying to clean his record by solving who killed Greg. Sadly, he sitting right in your face. Mike walls will close in soon. He only needs one mistake. I truly feel planting that gun was his big mistake.

Ghost and Tariq arrive home. Tarsha quickly jumps on Tariq about where he has been. When she said don't lie to me, she awaken a little beast in Tariq. He stepped into Tarsha face, called her a liar and was yelling at her. Tariq is really hurting over Sean's death. Everything Tariq has experience, I only see him becoming more angry. Ghost has some nerve being mad at Tarsha. I truly agree with her, if he wouldn't left his family in the first place maybe none of this would be happening. Tarsha has been his ride or die always but her hands get tired as well. I can't believe Ghost threw Shade at Tarsha about her leaving her. And where did that get you Ghost, behind a jail cell. Tarsha really has been knee deep in Ghost and Tommy business. However she had another point, killing Kanan was the better choice. Ghost should have known Kanan would have found out and not take being set up likely. Raina ease dropping t the door. She hear her parents arguing and another side to Tarsha. She knock on the door. She is happy to see her father home. How will all this affect Raina? Seems like the storyline is gearing to show her more.

Stein arrive wanting Ghost and his family to do an interview. Tarsha is against the interview. She feels her kids been through enough. Stein tries to get Ghost to do the interview Cleaning up his image is how Stein won Ghost over. Against Tarsha wishes he agreed to do this interview. This may be a bad move but time will tell.

Dre and Tommy meet up. Tommy pulls his gun on Dre. He asked him how long he knew Kanan was alive. Of course, Dre lie. That's all he is doing. Lying and being a snake. Tommy for some reason believe Dre. At least it appeared that way. Dre points out Julio car and that he been unreachable. He takes Tommy into the warehouse where Julio lay dead. Removing that 718 was the worst mistake. Dre orders was crystal clear in setting this up. He didn't want Julio's murder to look like retaliation for leaving 718. Too bad for Dre. He is truly unprotected. Tommy is thinking exactly what Dre didn't want him to. 718 killed Julio for leaving and he no longer protected by Ghost. Is there about to be a war? How will Tommy handle this. Julio is dead and Dre want his position. Tommy gives Dre the position. Tommy tells Dre to set up a meeting with 718 top dog. Dre is feeling like a winning. He tracks will soon unfold.

Tommy tells Ghost about Julio being dead. Ghost gives Tommy some advice on how to handle Julio's death. Tommy and Ghost talk about the tape. Tommy didn't know Luiz was wearing a wire the day he killed him. Which is why Ghost was in Greg's place in the first place. Then again was he in Greg's place to protect Angela. This story change back and forth between his reason for being in Greg's place. Tommy told Ghost he handled the situation with the tape. Unfortunately, Tommy left that up to Proctor? Did Proctor really destroy the tape is the question.

Ghost meets up with Proctor. He learns how Tommy handled the recorded tape of Luiz murder. He also learn Tommy killed a Homeland Security Agent in Proctor's home and presence. Can Proctor really be trusted or will he throw Ghost and Tommy under the bus to save his self? Proctor is now an accessory to murder. If the right pressure is put on him, will he crack? I see him cracking. I am 100% sure he didn't destroy that computer either. I guess we have to see. Ghost told Proctor to continue having his place clean. Looks like Ghost don't trust Proctor either.

Man, I just love me some Tommy. Tommy is one wild boy. Tommy meets up with the leader of 718. He brought a scrub to Tommy claiming he killed Julio. Tommy doesn't believe he killed Julio but he shot him anyway. Now he got that out the way,he want some territory. It only makes sense to get his the territory back that Ghost gave up for Julio. Since 718 broke the deal, they lose the territory. Make alot of sense right. Well, since the leader of 718 doesn't have that kind of authority; Tommy tells him to set up a meeting. Tommy doesn't care about nothing and has nothing to lose. He tells dude, " I can shoot you in the face now. Then they will come looking for me or you can set the meeting. Either way, we will meet. Valid point he made. Dre makes it clear to the 718 leader, if this doesn't go well we all lose. He wasn't suppose to make it look like 718 killed Julio. I guess the beef and anger was too much to resist. We soon meet the top dogs of 718. Ironic, they are the ones who leave a card after they kill someone. Remember Lobos stabbing. As you see they are one crazy brother and sister.

Saks meets with John. John let's Saks know he is aware of his private meeting with Bailey. Saks trying every way to get on John good side but John see him guilty and maybe a suspect. The interview with James St. Patrick was done. Tarsha reached out to Terry for help. Terry truly doesn't want to defend Ghost anymore. Since he is attracted to Tarsha, he agreed to help. The interviewer points out Tarsha isn't wearing her wedding ring. She was stuck for a minute. She didn't know how to answer that. With help from Terry, Tarsha came up with an answer. You can see Tarsha is over Ghost. Too much has happened. Too many betrayals and the trust is gone. I don't know if Terry is the better choice for Tarsha tho. They are night and day. Once again, Tarsha saves Ghost and play the happy devoted wife. Looks like the smoke screen is working and landing Ghost in a better position with or shall I say for Stein.

Dre meets with Tariq. Tariq truly saved Dre but why? We all know how Tariq met Kanan. Dre asked Tariq why he cover for him. Tariq has learned a little something but it also puts him in a dangerous position. He covered for Dre because he wants answers from Dre that Ghost not Tommy won't give him. Dre has no choice but to give Tariq the answers he seek. The flipped side of that is Dre can kill Tariq. Tariq hold his life in his hands. He can tell Tommy Dre knew and Dre would be dead. So to avoid that, Dre can kill Tariq. However I think Dre like Tariq too much to kill him. Really didn't see Dre become this shady guy. Tariq question Dre about his father, Tommy and Kanan selling drugs. He told him Kanan told him about everything. He wanted to know who was in on setting Kanan up to go to jail. Looks like Tarsha secret is out now. Dre didn't tell Tariq Tarsha help Ghost set Kanan up, but the look told him enough.

Tommy meets up with the Munez Family. He thought it was brothers in charge not a brother and sister. They get straight to business. Tommy asked for his territory back, 6 Torros corners and access to their port. He share the news that Jason want him to run the West Coast. Did y'all peep Dre stunning look on his face? He was shock to see how big Tommy getting. Tommy points out how he killed Lobos. They thought they killed Lobos. Nobody knew Lobos didn't die after that stabbing. Mike make sure of that. The Munez Family need time to think about Tommy offer. I wonder will they go for it.

Tariq is drinking more syrup. Ghost come in to check on him. At this point Ghost keeps lying to Tariq. It's no need to lie at this point. He knows the truth just want to hear their side of the story. Ghost doesn't want his kids to know his double life. Unfortunately, Tariq has been informed of your street life and had a taste of it. Ghost isn't saving him by covering the truth. Teresi calls Ghost. He give him two days to get that phone to Tommy. It just seems like Ghost and Tommy life has gotten more turned up then ever this season.

John asked Mike a few more questions about Saks and Donavan. Looks like John may be considering Mike a suspect too. He points out there is uncounted time for Mike whereabouts the day Truth was searched. Finally you barking up the right tru. Tarsha enjoying a night out with Terry and his friends. They talk her into singing for karaoke. We all know Nautri can blow. Remember 3LW and Notorious BIG movie. It was nice to hear her song on Power tho. I wish they would have let her blow a little more tho. I was enjoying that. The night end with her and Terry Shari a kiss.... oooooooouuuuuuu. That's a relationship doomed from the start. Tarsha isn't the nice woman he think she is. Ghost gives Tarsha a wedding ring. He felt she deserved it for her fake performance doing the interview. Amazing how Ghost left Tarsha, threw it in her face and gave her separation papers. Now she suppose to forget it all. Tarsha has to play the past so she wear the ring. How will Terry feel?

Tariq asked Tommy about his past. Tommy doesn't give him answers. Everybody sheilding him from answers he already knows. Since his life appears to be one big lie, he drinking more and more syrup. Raina tries to talk to Tariq but he is just so mean to her. More then a typical brother and sister fight.

At Truth, Ghost and Stein is hosting an event. Ghost meets Council man Rashad Taylor played by sexy Larenz Tate. Stein doesn't like him. He orders Ghost to stay away from him. Terry is at the event and he notice Tarsha ring. Terry gets in his feelings and leave. Tarsha tries to explain but Stein interrupts them looking for Ghost. Mike goes to Donavon's home to kill him. Good thing he wasn't home. Mike trying to cover his track. Saks arrive at Angela's apartment. Before his arrival, Angel and Donavan see Mike going up Truth stairwell on video. Finally, Mike innocence is coming down. Saks reveal Mike's suspicion of Donavon to Angela. Too bad he wrong once again. Tarsha and Terry have sex. I wonder how Ghost will feel about that. I mean it's been awhile since Tarsha got her back blown out.

As the episode get close to the end, Tommy and Ghost talk about the throne in both of their ass. Teresi needed Ghost to get close to Tommy. The perfect opportunity happened when Ghost killed Officer Marshall. Teresi may have set that but he didn't Bank on Ghost being that hard. So Ghost need Tommy. Tommy killed a Homeland security agent and Proctor played clean up. Since Proctor and Ghost is close, he has to handle Proctor. Again Tommy and Ghost need an other. John shows up at Proctor place. He question him about Bailey. He asked Joe what happened to Bailey. Little did Proctor know, Ghost was there watching. Tommy called Teresi. Just like I thought, Teresi is Tommy's father. Tommy doesn't believe Teresi but he said Kate name. Kate is Tommy's mother. Looks like Kate has some explaining to do.

We getting close to the end of the season. Some secrets will be kept and some secrets will be revealed. Keep tuning in. It's about to be a war, how will Tommy and Ghost survive the webs that keeps them trap with each other.

#Power S4 Ep1: When I Get Out #FreeGhost

Season four of Power is here. Ghost is being processed into jail. Just can't believe Angela arrested him. She knows he didn't kill Greg. She going hard over man who hidden intentions was to take her and Ghost down. As Ghost is being processed, he is thinking about all the warnings he was given about Angela. Tommy and Tarsha tried telling him Angela was a snake. Tarsha is blowing up Ghost phone. Tariek has been kidnapped and she need Ghost. Ghost can't even answer her call and Angela denies him a call too.

Good to see Keisha is alive. Tommy hid her from Mulan verses killing her. I wonder if Keisha going to be Tommy new love interest. Tarsha calls Tommy while he is with Keisha. He makes it clear to Keisha to do not tell Tarsha he hid her from Mulan. Tarsha tells Tommy about Tariq. Tommy heads straight to Truth to question Andre. Meanwhile, Andre calls Karen to smooth over the fact Ghost was just arrested in his club. Before he can work things out with Karen, Tommy shows up. Now we all know Andre is playing both sides. I don't understand why he doesn't pick a side. But then again, maybe he did Kanan side. Tommy asked Andre about Slim aka Kanan. Andre reminds Tommy, "you told me it was family business, so I fell back". Tommy did say that however Andre know Tariek being around Kanan is dangerous. Looks like Kanan taking a son for son. Tariek is missing Shawn. Shawn was loyal to Ghost verses his father, Kanan. Looks like Kanan will have Tariek loyal to him verses Ghost. Andre tells Ghost he knows how to find Tariek. Tommy tried to go with Andre but once he tells Tommy that Ghost was just arrested by Angela, Tommy has to tell Tarsha.

Angela is home and looking all sad. Girl bye, you did what you wanted. So don't feel sad. Ghost called Proctor to informed him he is locked up for killing Greg. Ghost is in jail for killing a fed; the cops are going to treat him so bad. Proctor tells Ghost don't say anything to anyone. Charlie Murphy is playing a CO. This was his last role before his death. Proctor calls Tarsha to tell her Ghost is in jail. She learns that Angela arrested him. Tarsha tells Proctor about Tariek. Proctor says Tarsha do not tell Ghost that. Tarsha gets in her feelings, but after Proctor breaks it down, she gets the point. I agree with Proctor tho; Ghost needs a clear head in jail.

Andre pays Kanan a visit. He can't believe the moves, Kanan, making with Tariq but he knows not to ask or say too much to Kanan. He tells Kanan he won't be getting any ransom money because Ghost just got arrested. Kanan gives off this big smile. He loves that news. Jukebox feels that's a good thing now they can put pressure on Tarsha. Andre tells Kanan he can get him money if that's what he wants. I can't figure Andre out. Who side is he on or is he just about his self. Hmmmmmm. Andre has to give up $50,000 a week just to get Tariek home. He agrees to it. Before he takes Tariek, Kanan yells Tariek his father was arrested, and he can't tell his mother where he was. Tariek shows loyal to Kanan by agreeing not to tell Tarsha. It looks like Tariek is headed down a path his parents didn't want for him.

Tarsha and Tommy tried to figure out who took Tariek. Tarsha asked Tommy are you sure it's not Kanan. Tommy assures Tarsha Kanan is dead. However he isn't. Andre takes Tariek home. Tariek lie about who he was with and what he was doing. Tommy question Andre about Slim and where he find Tariek. Andre told Tommy he text Tariek and he called back. Tommy doesn't believe Andre. He shouldn't either. Tommy knows Andre is lying but he let it go for now. Andre appears to have it all together but once he get on that elevator and the door close. He lets out a sign of relief he made it out of there alive.

Kanan is happy about Ghost being in jail. He tells Jukebox the story of how Ghost first night of imprisonment will be. Jukebox tells him to make sure Andre keep them payments on time. Jukebox is headed back to DC.

Proctor tells Ghost the evidence Angela has on him. He also tells Ghost about the fingerprint. Ghost tells Proctor he was there, but he didn't kill Greg. He isn't lying about that. Proctor tells Ghost he will get him on bail. He calls Tarsha and tells her to have $2 million dollars of clean money available for bail. Tarsha goes to the bank to discover, Ghost has taken all the money and stock. Tommy takes Keisha out of hiding, but with the news of Ghost killing a cop, she doesn't feel safe.

The cops and Angela arrive with a search warrant to search Tarsha's house. Tarsha tells Angela you know he didn't kill a cop. Angela has truly convinced herself that Ghost killed Greg. She really doesn't know Ghost. Raina arrives homes while the cops are there. She asked Angela why is she doing this. Angela has no words for Ghost daughter. Her and Ghost really don't have a Chance after this. If he retakes her, he is crazy. Tommy makes his move for his business. He has a business meeting to assure everyone Mulan is out and Ghost being arrested doesn't affect their business. It's business as usual.

Tarsha tries to temporary dissolve the kids trust fund. Whatever she hear wasn't good news. Tarsha world is falling apart. Ghost love for Angela has caused so much damage for his family. Ghost has clean out all money for the deal with Karen. Where is Tarsha going to get his bail money from now?

Proctor talks to Angela. She feels very proud of herself. She also seems very confident that her secrets can't be exposed. I hope she goes down as well. I mean all the way down. Proctor introduced Angela to a lawyer named John. Oh yeah, we know him as Juan from the Fast and the Furious. What will he bring to Power?

Tarsha went to see Ghost. She told him there is nothing she can put up for collateral. She mentioned the necklace she found that he brought Angela. He told Tarsha that wouldn't be enough. If I were Tarsha, I would still pawn it. Ghost tells Tarsha to see Dean to get his money. Now Dean is Mulan and Mulan is dead. How is that going to happen? John, the lawyer, has been appointed to prosecute Ghost case. He wants Angela to help on the case but not as second or third chair. He just wants her for information. She feels John in on Ghost and Greg relationship.

Andre got more problems on his plate. Julio brings in his girlfriend to work at the nightclub. Don't know how Andre is going to explain all this to Ghost or Karen. His problem is building on all levels between Tommy not trusting him, helping Kanan and running Truths. Tarsha meets with Tommy. She learns that Ghost is trying to get the money he paid to the security fund to Mulan. Tarsha told Tommy to talk to Todd and make sure he understands this is his problem. Tommy convinces Todd to help Ghost. That saved them from explaining Mulan disappearance. Tommy gets the check from Andre. He asks him is this money clean. Andre tells him yes. Andre has become a good business man under Ghost wing. Will he run Truth by his self? Andre informs Tommy about Julio's girlfriend working at the club. Tommy tells him to do what Julio said. Andre doesn't understand why Tommy is not using him especially after helping him with Luiz. Tommy doesn't trust Andre. He proved that by asking Andre, "who is slim?" Andre lied again.

Proctor tries to get Ghost out on bail. Tarsha is at the court hearing for support. Ghost plea "Not Guilty". Sadly the real killer is in the courthouse and his name isn't James St. Patrick aka Ghost. Proctor gives a good fight for Ghost. Ghost almost got house arrest but John argument won in the end. Regardless of no proof of anything Ghost has done, the judge use Ghost as away to prove a point about killing a federal agent isn't acceptable. Ghost has to remain in jail. Wth?? As Angela walk pass Ghost, he tell her " you know I didn't do this." And she says, " You right Jamie. I know you didn't. " She one snake in the grass and I hope her day truly come. Her heart is broken that's what all this is about. She knows he didn't kill Greg. Why would he when it was too risky? He had plenty of times to kill Greg if he wanted to but he didn't. Angela needs a good ass whipping and I pray we get to see her and Tarsha have a cat fight this season.

Dre meets up Kanan and makes his payment. He asks him again to stay away from Tyriek. He doesn't know if Tarsa has Tyriek watch. Dre keeps trying to reason with Kanan, but it's no reasoning with Kanan. He told Dre he would stay away from Tyriek, but he lied. Soon as Dre walked away, he texted Tyriek. Tyriek responded with "when can we link up?"

Tommy trying to conduct his business but with Ghost being in jail that may be hard. Ghost and Tommy may have parted ways, but the streets don't know that or perhaps not believe that. Tarsha arrives home, and her house is still destroyed from the police searching it. The episode ended with Ghost taking a beating from two correctional officers because they think he is a cop killer. Damn, Ghost. How is he going to stay out of trouble locked up and officers coming for him?

This season is about to be powerful and probably one of the best seasons of Power. Ghost locked up, and everything is truly falling apart in his world. How will Ghost get out jail? How will Ghost survive in jail? Questions we have to stay tuned in to get.
