#ok ignore me #I’m in my feelings today #I went over to help my sister move and stuff #and idk why I feel like such an awful sister right now #I mean I barely helped tbh #but my sister wanted me to be on cat duty so she didn’t have to worry about them #so it’s not like I volunteered to do the easiest job #I had a mini melt down just cause I was a little overwhelmed and my emotions are at an all time high lately #also moving has been a little triggering for me #it was when practically everyone left and I was just talking to my sister #but still I feel bad I didn’t mean to make it about me?#like idk #I feel like I always play the victim card #but sometimes I just need to cry #sometimes it’s because of something and other times it’s literally just cause I needed to cry #anyway she was just asking me what my plan was for the night and idk why I just broke down #eventually went to my car and smoked and calmed down #but like #why???? where did that come from #I stayed and helped a little bit more #but really they just bought dinner and I helped a tiny bit and then left #I just feel like I didn’t do shit #they’ve helped me so much and the past #i wanna help them in return but I just can’t handle life right now #and then that makes me feel like an awful sister and friend cause I should be able to be there for her #shut up rosie

I’ve dealt with depression/anxiety most of my life but I wish I could go back and tell teenage me that everything will be okay.

I have family who would do anything they could for me, I have the love of my life, and I wake up to my chihuahua jumping on me excited. I’ve lost so much recently but I’m loved and my world hasn’t stopped and for that I’m grateful ❤️🌹

I love working for the airlines because you meet SO many good, amazing people, but then the airlines make me sad because our entire business is moving people around and sometimes - many times - the people you grow to love move too

And you can’t even be mad about it because they’re usually (finally) transferring to a base near their home, or they’re transferring somewhere that gives them a much better schedule, or going to a new airline that’s better for them long term

It’s the nature of the industry but every “see you later” is still so hard and there are just so, so many of them

yknow what really gets me? the fact that we all seem to think that robin doesn’t enjoy jock things. while she’s canonically seen enjoying and cheering at the basketball game in s4 and more importantly, SHE PLAYS SOCCER!!!! she literally says so in s3?!!!! don’t come at me with your “robin is a music nerd ONLY” because she’s so much more than that!! and we should explore soccer player robin in fics bc i’m pretty sure whoever you ship her with will have an aneurysm watching her play soccer

thinking about being Shouto’s girlfriend and slowly teaching him how to play video games in the UA dorms together during some downtime. Choosing something cute like Stardew Valley where you can play co-op. And asking him “hey, can we get married?” And for him to freeze for a second and then go “…I think we could. There are some technicalities to work out with my father and we may need to wait until our third year to get our license but we could definitely start our engagement and…” and he goes on and on about how he’d be happy to marry you but surprised you brought it up this soon, not that he minds because he loves you and is serious about you. Except he doesn’t realize you were talking about getting married in the game. Shouto took your words in their most literal sense, as he often does. So when you finally do correct him (after quite some time because he’s insistent on making sure he knows what kind of wedding decorations you’d like) he goes quiet, the tips of his ears turning completely red. But before he can begin to despair you give him a little kiss. Telling him that for now, you’d like to get married in the game, and focus on your relatively new relationship with him outside of it. But that, if he still feels the same way in a few years, you wouldn’t mind getting married in real life, too.

I miss you blockbuster I miss you cds I miss you little buttons that played song previews in walmart I miss you vhs tapes I miss you blocky tv with rabbit ears that only had 10 channels I miss you scratched dvds from the library I miss you envelopes of developed photos from a film camera I miss you flip phones covered in stickers I miss you physical media

#edit for clarification: I do still engage in physical media. i know many of these things are still around today #i still buy cds and vinyl and read paper books from the library and I own a film camera #this is moreso about the culture as a whole shifting to value convenience over experience #listening to cds on my own will not change the culture back to when physical media was the norm for everyone #I’m a nostalgia-ridden person there’s a specific feeling I’m missing that I can’t achieve by myself #g
