Chapter 2 has finally concluded! A whole 8 pages longer than the first!! Woo!! I have a feeling they may just get longer as we get more into the story haha. Oh well! Like last time, I'll be taking a break between chapters to rest a little, get the plot points for the next chapter more polished, and try to get a solid backlog of pages ready. Going to take about of month off- POSSIBLY a month and a half? Depends on how well prepping the chapter goes (I have doomed myself by setting it in ancient Ecruteak City and am not as familiar with classic Japanese architecture as I would like hahaha- time to find some refs and do a bunch of studies!). Either way- it will be back in mid-late November! That DOESN'T mean that the comic feed will be quiet though! Like last time, there's a between chapter Interlude page that will be going up on October 11th! And after that, I plan to post some behind the scenes development stuff on days that the comic would normally update- so if folks want to they can get a look at how I put this together. If folks are interested, I could also open up the ask box for a little while? Do a bit of Q&A for comic related things (I won't be answering anything too spoilery, but you're welcome to ask!). And since it has been asked for (and rightfully so, this thing is getting long and difficult to navigate) I've compiled a pinned masterpost to make navigation easier for folks on mobile. There's been an Index Page set up for the web version since the beginning- unfortunately it's hard to get to normally on mobile, so a lot of folks didn't have an easy way to thumb through pages, and that's no good! So- fixed! I'm also in the process of going back and putting "Prev", "Next", "Read from the Beginning", and "Latest" links on each page update. Which honestly I SHOULD have been doing from the start, but hey- live and learn I suppose? Also ALSO am going to see about getting the Neocities page for the comic that I started months ago more finished so it has its own home away from Social Media- but that's a bit lower priority at the moment haha.

But yeah! Honestly, thank you all so much for reading! The response to this silly little passion project has honestly blown me out of the water, I can't believe how many people are keeping up with it now. :'D I love love LOVE reading reactions and speculation in the comments and tags! Been looking back on some moons to relearn some characters, and I'd love to know more about Lynxdawn's litter! I always feel like I forgot who's who's, especially on their designs. Luckily they've been appearing more in the recent moons but I still get confused from time to time.

Anything about their specific traits, relationships with everyone/cats their particularly close with, what their current role in the clan their the most interested in, etc.!!

Ypu obviously don't have to answer all, I'm just curious to know more about the little babies of the clan ^^

Yeah I can absolutely go over their profiles, I don’t think I ever posted their reff pics before.

So from left to right it’s youngest to oldest:

Sandkit, Coralkit, Kelpkit, Dropletkit.

Let’s start with Sandkit, she’s a very excitable kit and has adapted well to clan life. Despite being in the same litter, she’s definitely the runt, much small than her siblings even now that they’re eating cooked meals several times a day. She eats so much Lynx was worried she had a parasite, anytime a loner or kittypet joins (basically anyone who was out of clan territory and eating raw prey) they get dewormed and cleaned for fleas to help avoid a clan wide infestation. So the kits had already been wormed and bathed (most hated it lol), but Sand got two more doses of dewormer (a powder made of fennel seeds) bc of her appetite and slow growth. But turns out she just loves to eat and is a short lil lady. Sand plans to be a warrior and greatly admires Wolfstar and Snowspeckle. She’s impulsive and noisy, but well meaning, she can get ahead of herself a lot. She enjoys moss ball hunting and most physical games. She has a hard time focusing without some sort of visual stimulation.

Coralkit is a bit of a busy body, she loves watching others work and gives her opinions freely. She comes off as bossy, and she is, but she’s very in tune with other’s emotions. She is very observant and knows most of the adult’s patterns so she can tell when something is off. Some cats think she’s nosey, but she’s very sweet about wanting to help. She’s not sure what role she wants to apprentice in, she thinks she’d like to be a warrior or perhaps a camp keeper. She’s noisy, bossy, and can’t sit still for anything.

Kelpkit is very polite and quiet, but bring her some gossip or even just an update on one of the other clans and she is living. She’d love to meet Rosedrift and just listen to that cat yap. It’s not even mean spirited, most of the time, she’s a gatherer of information. She spends most of her days following her more extroverted sisters around, playing games with them, or spending quiet time with Droplet. She likes to ‘play artisan’ which means making a mess with the one muddy spot in the camp, she makes mud pies and grassy wreathes that she decorates with pebbles and feathers. She’s gotten into trouble for sneaking supplies from Snowspeckle’s craft corner. No one was surprised when she declared that she’d be an artisan.

Dropletkit is a funny girl, she’s got her mom’s flighty behavior, loner life would suit her. But she’s also a sentimental girl, she wants to stay close with her sisters and mom, she wants to love clan life. It’s hard for her though, she’s just a nervous kit, it’s ingrained in her bones. She spends most of her time watching, she’s observant like Coral, but where her sister is doing it subconsciously to be aware of other’s struggles…Droplet is doing it to predict if a cat is gonna hurt her. She’s mildly paranoid, but has some self awareness, she knows to an extent that the clan is full of kind cats who won’t hurt her or her sisters. But there’re times she gets panic attacks bc a warrior picked her up or Wolfstar spoke too loudly. It takes a long time for her to trust others but Lynxdawn has earned it. She doesn’t know what she wants to apprentice as…part of her wonders if she’d even make it as an apprentice.

And for funsies, here’s a ref for their parents! Their mom Sadie and dad O’Malley.

Sadie is very lean, which Droplet and Sand take after, while O’Malley is a plump fluffy kittypet, Coral takes after his body type. Kelp is a bit of a mix between the two, though her coat was more like Sadie. Sand is light tan like her sire, but her sisters are a bit more dark/greyish. Coral’s coat pattern and color are from her paternal grandmother while Droplet’s brown is from her maternal grandparents.

Sadie was a loner at heart, she liked being alone for the most part, though she’d stay with a one or a small group of cats occasionally. But she was always roaming and didn’t really have a plan for her life beyond traveling. She was a decent hunter but when she got pregnant and to a certain point she couldn’t hunt anymore and not to mention it was leaf bare. After birth her paranoia went through the roof, she didn’t trust anyone and refused to bring her kits to a twoleg or kittypet for fear they’d be taken away. She died of starvation after arriving at the abandoned nest, she likely didn’t even realize she was on clan territory in her weakened state.

By contrast O’Malley had an easy life, he’s likely still alive, but it’s anyone’s guess where he lives. Sadie would only vaguely remember spending sometime with him for maybe a moon or two before the itch to disappear got to her. O’Malley doesn’t know about his daughters or Sadie’s demise, though he does remember her fondly. They had fun together however brief, he would’ve liked her to stay with him but she was too flighty and left when he proposed the idea. His kits inherited his fluffy coat and agreeableness (aside from Droplet lol)

YOU’VE GOT OCS??????? how did i not know this?????

Ahah, well, I don't talk about them as much these days, seeing as me and Aden have basically adopted the cast of Fast Forward as our OCs...

But yes! I do have a couple! When it comes to TMNT there's two big ones!

The first one is one of my very first OCs, Mona Lisa! (I named her before I found out tmnt already had a Mona Lisa) Look at this!! I made this with a stolen base on MSPaint when I was like thirteen!!

You guys remember bases?? Do any of you remember those?? Crazy times...

She was at first someone's love interest I think? But as I worked on her she kind of morphed into just being the 03 turtles' little sister? She had a playful rivalry with Raph and clung to Leo specifically a lot, to the point of going with him to see the Ancient One and then watching him go through his lessons like "I'm just along for the ride this is your business man" lmao

Anyways now check out her awesome updated character ref that I made when TMNT 03 hyperfix reawakened in me a few years ago! I can happily report she got fluffier! :D Also her eyeliner slays now!

(don't mind the "about a year older" note, I might make her the little sister again tbh)

She has pronouns now! Also yes she ate toxic waste. The idea is that after Splinter and the turtles left the place where they came into contact with the mutagen, a stray cat passed by and ate some of it. And now she's a little freak!

I had her participation in the ENTIRE SHOW planned out. She would affect the plot in smaller or bigger ways, notably I gave her her own dragon for the fight in season five but decided since she's not a turtle, her dragon would be fluffier, taking on her fur and horns shaped like her throwing stars, as well as butterfly/moth wings!

To this day she is my favorite, but I don't do much of anything with her these days... (Here's her ToyHouse if any of y'all care about that)

Another one I have is teeechnically my sona, Lockdown AKA Trauma! He's based on a snake-necked turtle but through trying to shape him to fit the 03 artstyle she's become a bit of a dinosaur and I love it that way tbh!! It has a tendency to wear seven billion accessories and outfits and is very very extra! (Again, TH here!)

If I ever finish my god damn tmnt video essays, this will be the guy presenting them. Also, this is the guy behind the Actions Have Consequences AU. Shoutout to my co-writer Aden (and Aden's brief tmnt sona Kafka) who used to wake up to this daily:

If they existed for real in the tmnt 03 universe they would be in one of three places: 1) getting caught by the EPF, cussing out Bishop and getting killed instantly, 2) working for the EPF and designing all those god damn mugs Bishop owns, or 3) selling illegal substances to Torbin Zixx for half the price because he's very polite and brings her treats from Earth she can't get herself. Like smuggled prized jewels or guns for example <3

Speaking of the AHC AU, an OC a regular visitor of my blog might ACTUALLY be vaguely familiar with would be Ro Glowborn! They are one of Bishop's bodyguards that look after the Kanabos and Cody, and are a Jeskyr, which is a Fast Forward alien species I made up!

(Second picture features Ritter, Aden's OC that I love deeply, and one of Ro's most pleasant colleagues.)

Despite her stature, Ro is great at stealth missions, though they have to wear little caps on their lekku (the fleshy antennae, I'm stealing the word from Star Wars) and tail because they glow in the dark! (A clue to why he's named Glowborn, aha)

Fun fact, Ro was originally a very elaborate Among Us OC I made for a roleplay! I was assigned imposter, so Ro was a kill-for-hire!

I kept their lethality and just turned them into a person with morals :) (If you wanna see more of this guy, their TH is hereeee!)

Thank you for bringing my OCs up because I LOOOVE to show them off. As the AHC AU progresses there will definitely be more of them showing up. There's already a scientist in the works, and of course there's Martha my beloved.... but that is all for the future. For now, you get to admire and love these three, haha!

Blinkie.World progress update!

Heyo, I’m here with an update on how my site is going! For one, I made a change as to how I’m adding the blinkies. I had this old minimalist style, then I made a new dropdown menu style for multiple links and stuff. I said before that this won’t be ready on day one. I was going to just focus on getting 300 of each color before release, but I realized that’ll be less efficient overall. That’s because I was adding blinkies in the minimalist style now, and then I was going to go back and redo them all with the new drop-down style later. Problem is, I’m adding blinkies in the old style when I could just code them into the new style right now! What’s the point in coding them this way if I’m just gonna go back and redo it later? But if I made new blinkies have the new style, but the old ones still with the old, then only some will have lots of information/links and it’ll be confusing to navigate. So, I figured instead of adding a bunch of new blinkies in the old style (just giving myself more work for the future) I’m going back and making all of them into the new style now! Of course this is time consuming, but it’s more efficient in the grander scheme of things.

Also, since I’m doing that, I’m not coding in any new blinkies for now so I can keep focused on making sure the ones I have are ready to go. I’m still downloading them to my computer though. Gotta take dibs before they vanish lol

That is to say, it’s very likely that it won’t be ready by July 1st. I just want to say that now so you guys don’t get too excited about a release date that probably isn’t going to happen. I do still want to get it up as soon as possible, because I’m really excited about it, but this is a whole thing. I mean, this has been a whole thing since the get-go. What I’m trying to say is, I’m only a lad, and I can’t burn my self out on something that’s supposed to be fun. (I don’t mean that it’s becoming unfun for me right now, btw. It’s not. I’m just saying I want to make sure it stays something that’s fun and not become like some kind of job or responsibility. Prevention is the best medicine, after all.) So anyway, I might not complete it by July, and I’m not gonna start tweaking in order to force that to happen. Art fight is about to happen as well, which is both a good incentive to want to share blinkies, and a huge distraction from doing so. Ugh, ref sheets…

Another thing is my plan for site updates when it's launched! It'll go up with the blinkies that are coded in now, and I'll keep adding them for the foreseeable future! Aside from the ones on my site, I have thousands in my queue, and tons of bookmarks for even more to download! I’ll be able to add new ones consistently for a long time. I’m thinking I will make a site update page, showcasing the new blinkies as they're added once a week! I used to add 10 blinkies every day, and it wasn’t even that hard. I have no doubt I could code in at least one new blinkie every week!

Last thing I’ll mention is that if any of you were wanting to visit the site specifically for art fight, you’re always welcome to ask me for any of the ones in the screenshots! I literally have them all downloaded with their credit links. Getting them takes two seconds, so don’t feel bad about it if you really want one! I promise you it’s no inconvenience at all. I'm posting new screenshots after this post, so you'll be able to see every blinkie that's currently there! It both has more since last time, and I'm also showing color pages that I didn't before.

TLDR:

One- I used to code blinkies one way, but I figured out a better way to do it, so I am going back and changing all of them to the new style. Doing this slows down progress right now, but saves time in the long run.

Two- My site most likely won't be done by July 1st as I predicted, because it'll be impossible to make that deadline without putting an unhealthy amount of pressure on myself.

Three- Every week on the site I will add new blinkies.

Four- Reminder that asking for a blinkie from one of my screenshots is completely fine and very easy to fetch on my end.

Work I've Been Doing

Since I kind of messed up my hands a bit I've been doing a lot less art and it's given me some time to prioritize some pose ref work I've been sidelining. Here's some stuff I've accomplished in the past few weeks:

Edited the Motorcycle Tom shoot (and made two new packs from it)

Edited the Digitigrade Legs shoot (have yet to pull stuff for packs from this one but I will soon! Hoping to put it in the next poll)

Got the Dancer Ariel Pack up in the shop

Continued Promo for the new ALL PATRON Fabric Action Pack coming on April 1

Did a short video shoot to rebuild my buffer a little. I need to update YouTube as that's another thing I've been putting off...

BIG OL' UPDATE!

Hello everybody, you all know how sporadic posts have been on here, but I have been working pretty hard on updating a few things...So here's a few to keep in mind!

PAC AU LORE CARRD!

Pac Alternative lore website is still being worked! The plan at first was to make a Toy-house World section to stuff in information regrading the AU, but It was met with some... technical difficulties. ( I underestimated how complex HTML can be.) Which is why the Toy-house update was taking a bit longer than it should have.

But luckily, I discovered last second I can just make a carrd. site with all the info people need to Start with LOL. Progress has been moving very smoothly. There's of course a lot of work to do, but what we have so far is looking pretty good.

You guys deserve a preview...

UPDATING CHARACTER REFS

To put it bluntly, the character references from last year don't hold up all too well now. Call it perfectionism or stubbornness, but after taking the time to look back on my methods of doing them, I wanted to handle it in a different approach.

Each of the refs going forward are going to be a bit more complex so I can have an easier time drawing outfits for the characters and understanding how to draw their body types as a whole. Think dress-up dolls as in ( under-garments, main and casual outfit). Not EVERY character will have this, but the ones I will be drawing the most, most definitely will.

I'm already learning a ton from this way of doing them, It is going to take me a longer time showing the cast to you all. But I am happy to say that the Pac-people are ALMOST completed! I can't wait to show them off, but you are more likely to see them early on Toyhouse..,

COMIC UPDATE?

The comic writing wise is still in it's early stages...! After the site is completed I will be more motivated to get chapters 1+2+3 all written out by this or next year so I can finally start drawing out the main story! For now, though, mini comics will be more often to come out.

Sorry for this part of the update in particular taking a bit to get running, but the previous updates above are what I am the most focused on right now.

Allllrighty ighty, here's the bare bones of my Phighting Roleswap AU

(it is statistically likely that there are/will be other swap aus on this blog, so feel free to call it Kai's Swap AU for organizational purposes! Characters within the AU will have their character refs linked, if they have one.)

Subspace is swapped with Medkit; Rocket is swapped with Skateboard; Boombox is swapped with Hyperlaser; Slingshot is swapped with Scythe; Sword is swapped with Banhammer; Valk & Dom are swapped with Broker; Katana is swapped with Vinestaff; Shuriken is swapped with Coil; and Biograft is a bit of a special case I'm figuring out. He still has lore, though! (Just gotta wait for the number of Phighters to be even again...)

Zuka is also swapped with the Church of the True Eye's leader...wonder how that'll end up?

The factions, settings, and premise of the action (sorta) stay the same. Swapbroker and Swapscythe preside over the Phighting! tournaments under the watchful "eye" of their manager, Mx. I. There's a big tournament ongoing with all the Crossroads Phighters participating, and that's the setting for most of the AU's events.

On occasion, the fearsome escapees Valkyrie and Dominus interfere with the show, hijacking Premium Prating (Swapbroker's talk show) and interrupting Phighting matches to attack participants. These events are known as "Phestivals" - a term Valkyrie himself introduced - and end only when the siblings, somehow superpowered by godly powers, get thrown back into Banland. Oh, my!

At the same time as the tournament, multiple other happenings are...happening. Swapkit is working on his highly dangerous "magnum opus", Ultimate Healing, which acts as basically a very dangerous cancer once injected. Swapspace's poison is the only thing that is powerful enough to neutralize the spread of it, so he's hard at work too trying his hardest to keep the other Phighters in tip-top shape (when he's not mourning the loss of his career, of course).

Swapsword, son of Venomshank, is also entering the Overworld from the Undead Realm for the first time after a strange family accident years ago. Distantly related is Swapban's reemergence into the spotlight since his impromptu disappearance; even more distantly related is the freezing over of Banland and the fierce windstorms taking place over Blackrock.

Also somewhat related is a mysterious Swapsling's introduction to the Phighting! cast...he claims he's a mercenary, but who knows for sure? The brand on his hand says otherwise. Swapvine objects as well.

I'm planning to write some stories and comic some comics in order to convey the AU's storyline! Thanks for listening to me ramble, I'll keep y'all updated :)

YAY a swap au for meee- As always I think medkit & subspace are interesting.Mostly because;why would subspace of all people help his teammates? Is he trying to secretly sabotage them, or is he just forced by swapscythe , swapbroker and maybe the church. Speaking of does the true eye cult get anything from phights? mx.1 kind of seems like someone making sure they don't step out of line of whatever the cults going on. What was the accident? I would answer this but it looks complicated and i frankly don't know.

Bare with me, this is first time I’ve done one of these so it might get a little rambly /lh

I’d say I’ve improved my art over this year haha, I’ve at least say I’ve got more ambitious with my art

I’m not sure when it started, but I got the idea to upload at least one post each month. It was a way to motivate myself to actually post things and not just keep all my art to myself like I've done in the past.

This year did start a little rough for me. I uninstalled my art app and unknowingly deleted all of my art with over the years. I was able to recover some of it from screenshots and screen recordings, but still, it was a rough way to start the year.

January and February I uploaded the rest of my Gaza ponies. Where I actually had to do the strawberry twice, since I accidentally deleted all my progress on her :/

I was also working on other projects behind the scenes as well, which I hope to share with y’all at some point in the future :)

And another peek behind the curtain, I actually had the art of Center Stage’s bio finished in October 2023, but time got away from me and I take a bit to write up bios in general 😅

Then I couldn’t wait any longer and finally started one of my next gen character’s stories. Scarlet Heart’s story to be exact. Wild that he appears in a third of the months here lol

I hope y’all be prepared to see even more of him next year! :]

My infection Au is then introduced in May. I’m so glad that so many like it! I was able to explore to explore a little bit into horror and ramble about it, which I both enjoy 😊

Looking back I'm still not sure how I was able to upload so much in June haha

A DTA, two complex refs, with a incredibly complex cutiemark for one of them, and a pride piece. Still in disbelief that I was able to do that /lh

Then in July, I updated Midnight’s look. Still adore their colors.

August I did an art dump of the ShiningDence family’s early days together. I especially like the lighting and tenderness I did with late night Shining and Scarlet.

September’s art with done pretty quick for the first scene I’ve done in a while. What took the longest was the story that it came with. I haven’t written anything like it in the longest time, but I’m so happy that I was able to write in time for September’s post. Though it was a little rough the first couple of writing sessions, my adhd was killing me lol

Then even more horror in October! Hooray!! I loved sharing my messed up goobers, those silly murderous monsters :]

Most of my time in November was working on other things and coping with the usa election results, so I didn’t have much in mind for what to share for this month. I’m glad I decided on what I did. They’re so cute and it came out so well for what it is /pos

Then at the end of the year, a holiday piece that I put a lot of time and energy into and it was completely worth it. This piece is the most time I’ve spent on one artwork by far. But LOOK AT IT, it’s so cozy and nice and I like how the dolls section came out in particular :]

This year this account turned a decade old. Double digits. 10 years old. It’s a huge milestone, and I’m so grateful of all the people I’ve met over the years. Especially those I’ve met in recent years, glad y’all are here :]

I do hope Aigiel's getting better... I know you haven't gotten an update in a while, but I'm sure she's fine- the girl's taken a fair few falls, and gotten up anyways.

For new additions to the group this year, though...

Ephim finally convinced Minato to tag along. (I don't know what they're doing in the photo either, but I think some part of him was enjoying it too.)

A new pair- Safira and Higashi, bottom left of it. I gave talking to them a try, and they seemed familiar somehow nice. Apparently they helped stop the natural disasters of the air continent.

There's also Feysara, the Eevee girl- that's her talking to Auren on the right. She's polite, if a bit quiet at times. I have a feeling you'll like her.

Now, for some more fun stuff- I don't have refs or anything but I can at least give a lowdown on the picture.

Chronoconvergence is my current idea for a collective name for my PMD stuff, likely to be replaced once I think of something better, but it stands for now. ...I am still too lazy to update tags though.

As said in the letter, Ephim the Lucario is doing ...whatever that is with Minato (Bulbasaur) on the left, with Safira (Skitty) and Higashi (Wooper) talking with Minami (Grovyle, yes, The Grovyle PMD2) right below.

Taking center stage are Everus (Fraxure) and Spark (Ninetales), my Gates team, with Ephris (Mew) hovering close by alongside Serri (Celebi, again, yes, The Celebi PMD2). also nearby is Feysara standing far off to the right

Lastly, is one that might require a bit of explanation- Auren (Dusknoir, you know the drill) talking with... Feysara, the Eevee mentioned in the letter. Just one small problem. Feysara is someone else's name.

Well, Feys (as I've effectively renamed her) is the protagonist of the fic I've been trying to write for a while now called An Empty Reflection which is also meant to serve as the opening act to a grander story called New Future's Dawn. Her story is yet to be told, but I hope to do so soon!

I want to promise when my next big thing or whatever will be but really, I'm probably gonna end up liveblogging Vivid/Stasis Chapter 5 for a bit so I might be occupied with that. As this goes up, I'm probably just finishing up what is effectively meant to be me re-familiarizing myself with the game as a whole.

But just know that writing is not abandoned, and art is not abandoned, both just planned to be pushed to the side as I write this. I'm probably at least thinking of writing by the time you're reading this, so not all hope is lost.

And as a last note... This combination of characters being alive and such is not canon, even if we all (or at least I) wished otherwise. Well, Happy New Year. It's been a hell of a ride so far and I can only hope it gets better from here.

AUBREY!!

updated ref image, only thing that really changed was her age- the original age sheet was made (I think) before I knew Ted's canon age (44 if we follow the game's backstory timeline for him. 19 when he met that woman (ew) 5 years in Europe and then 20 years of conartistry = 44). I wanted to make them closer in age + this makes more sense for her LOL. She was previously 29, now 37, improvements babyyy.

For some Pre-AM lore, she's Mexican-American (just like me fr fr) and became a nurse (previously had her as a doctor buuut I realized that wouldn't fit the time period as well. so, nurse!!) She's very happy about the career decision, she likes helping people, and she copes fine with any discrimination tossed her way. (one reminder that she controls their medication and people usually back off)

As for the reason she's wearing roller skates: she enjoyed sports a lot, especially roller skating! She was originally celebrating a minor promotion with some skating. And then the world fucking ended, oops. (at least she looks happy here)

Post AM lore: From what can only be described as several crisis' (mortal crisis, mid-life crisis, the works) she cut her hair and her clothes. She also thanked herself for having a single roll of bandages in one of her pockets. It wouldn't help much but it was something.

she falls. a lot. Downside of being stuck in skates for eternity; one pebble and it's over. She struggles a lot skating through rock, sand, mud, and ice. The roll of bandages came in handy here.

Those are more funny things I wanted to add before getting into the more angsty meat of her story, so HERE'S THAT!! While the 5 survivors were AM's experiment on human behavior when stuck together in harsh conditions, Aubrey was the solo test. What would happen to the human mind and body when completely and utterly alone, in a post-apocalyptic earth, stuck in the core of the planet, tormented by a machine? Well, AM didn't get the exact reaction he wanted. Aubrey already had a pretty high pain tolerance and seemed to like the loneliness for the most part. That second part became less true over time, we are a social species after all. She wanted other humans to talk to, she knew they were out there, AM always complained about them. But he never let them meet. Unfortunately for AM, Aubrey is smart. She didn't want to live this miserable existence, she didn't want to be this machine's doll, and so she made a plan. 50 years into everything, she made and carried out a plan.

Every day, slowly, she gathered a pile of rock, metal, and shrapnel, putting it in a pile. AM thought nothing of it. Why would he? It didn't look suspicious. That was until, on a small rock pile she amassed, when AM wasn't looking, when he diverted his attention onto the others, the others she was sure she'd never see, she jumped. Plummeting the left side of her body onto the pile, it shredded through her skin and broke some of her bones, causing harsh damage to many organs. She knew she'd bleed out, and had accepted that death.

AM would not allow such a thing.

Though he wasn't able to stop what happened, he was quick to act. Removing her limp body from the pile he immediately began to "fix" what was "broken." Snapping bone back into place, sewing up organs, hooking up wires to her heart to send electrical currents so it'd keep beating, moving wires to replace missing and ruined flesh- he couldn't save her eye, but he didn't mind it. It was a miracle her brain was almost completely undamaged, rattled sure, damaged? Not really. After some work, when she was in stable condition, he strapped a spare monitor to the left side of her face, the final piece of the puzzle.

She woke up, disappointed and confused. How the fuck was she not dead? AM explained it all, and noted the monitor was for surveillance. She'd never be able to pull a stunt like that again because he'd be able to stop her. She immediately tried to break the monitor, but then he told her about the wires attached to her heart. He could stop and restart it as he'd like, grant her the sweet release of death just to bring her back. She sighed. "Anything else for me you psycho?" "YOU'LL FINALLY GET THAT WISH OF YOURS."

AM sent her to the others. The other survivors. The 5. It took three days and two nights but she made it. The first impression was... rocky. No one trusted her. Especially one special paranoid, who immediately questioned if she was another one of AM's AI, sent to mess with them. She drew some blood from her arm to show she was, in fact, human. This only made them slightly less jumpy. Thus began her rocky integration

Now see the funny thing about her and Ted and the fact they eventually end up together.

They HATTTTEEED each other. For a decade. Ted's paranoia worsened around her, and she didn't feel like dealing with his shit. He was whiney, and always pointing fingers, and she'd always have a snappy comeback. Aubrey had even taken one of his roles, the youngest. Now SHE was the youngest, and Ted was terribly spiteful about that. One of the only things he had going for himself, gone. Not only, in his eyes, was she a disrespectful toy of AM's, but she was stealing his place. In her eyes, Ted was a bitchboy, and she couldn't fathom being that miserable. Thus a tension formed that didn't go away until...

One particularly bad panic attack. Ted was no stranger to these of course, and the group had grown accustomed to them. He'd scare himself half to death, run off, and usually Ellen would go get him. Aubrey never understood why she did that to herself. Until one day, she was the one who went. She didn't want to, no, but what the 6 had just endured was a particularly bad torture session. Ellen was busy calming Benny, and Gorrister and Nimdok were in no shape to try and comfort Ted. Reluctantly, Aubrey went looking for him. She made her way rather far, wondering how his skinny weak-looking legs carried him so far... and then she found him. Now, she had seen him messed up before, many many times actually. But she had never seen a proper breakdown of his. She wasn't a monster, she had empathy, and what person wouldn't immediately feel bad upon seeing a man curled up sobbing and shaking? Once she made her way to him, she did her very best to calm him. He was jumpy and hesitant at first, after all he still didn't trust her, but the comfort of another human was all he wanted at that moment. Well, it's kind of hard to see someone the same after they go limp in your arms sobbing, mumbling apologies and lamenting their current feelings. After who knows how long, Ted had calmed down, but was still shaken up. Aubrey still held him, comforted him, and ran her undamaged hand through his matted, dark hair. Safe to say something became much different between them after that. The air had shifted. There was less animosity, more openness. Ted was never open with any of the others, but something about having a blank slate, someone new to talk to- it made it a bit easier. Aubrey was just happy to be able to talk. They interacted more, talked more, and learned more about each other. They stopped despising each other and, well

LOVERS!!!!

The enemies-to-lovers arc completed after about 5 years of a song and dance between the two after that initial moment. The morale of the group boosted just a bit, because they were happy, and the others got some benefits from that; Ellen didn't have to deal with any of Ted's shit anymore, Aubrey basically took over on that front. And the others didn't have to sit through his paranoid ranting. All in all, it was beneficial.

AM hated it. Greatly. There was nothing he could do about it though. No matter how much he tried to fuel Ted's paranoia, no matter how much he manipulated Aubrey- they stayed together. He was furious that the morale of the team went UP. And seethed over the fact he couldn't do a damn thing. As for how the ending changes with her there; she's the first to die. Stab from Ted, right through her monitor, he couldn't risk AM stopping him and Ellen. It was quick, painless, through the skull and into the brain. Impaled to the ground when her corpse landed. After Ellen's death, he couldn't help but take one last look at her- her face was just as distorted from shock and pain, but he knew she was happy upon death. Her body jerked a few times when AM tried to revive her, no such luck. He regrets not being able to hold her. Aaaaaannnddd that's everything so far chat, I didn't go into how she interacts with the other five, but that can be delved into later. Consider this the big Aubrey info post, she is in fact a diva, thank you for the ask :DDDD

The Basics: (or the General Info)

This blog serves to be a more creative way for me to share all of the ideas that I had planned out for the Rockers, along with some other guys, mainly following a story-esque format that follows their "backstory" and how they had originally met up to become the well known rock duo they are now!

Following up on the text above, just to clarify and put it straight, the blog will not start out with the both of them right away, and will likely follow the perspective of one or the other.

While there will be art for a bunch of the asks, especially for standard posts that are needed to progress the story, I cannot guarantee that there will be something drawn for each ask, though I do wish to try and do so. That applies to whether it's a colored sketch, actual drawing, a simple doodle, etc.

Some characters may have different names than some that may be commonly used as a fan-name from the fandom, the main case of this going to Student (name being Jamie.)

This whole blog's going to be a headcanon fest, considering how a majority of this is me making shit up for the most part, so please keep that in mind if you see different portrayals for one thing or another.

Additional Notes:

If you are running another character-based blog, it is completely alright to interact with this account! Just keep in mind that this is technically taking place in the past, which means that any asks that are sent that mention anything that could be in regards to any present matters /foreshadows anything about the Rockers will likely be ignored.

While it may not be prevalent for the long run start of this blog, I do ship the Rockers together, and would probably come up at some point very later on when the time comes, so be weary of that if you don't like the ship and such.

This blog is only being run by me, myself and I ( @submaskudari ), so things might be a bit slow depending on the situation.

I will also answer asks that are out of character for those who wish to know anything from me specifically ^_^

Infiglo's FNAF AU Masterpost 😃

Making this in an attempt to be more organized with my AU and so that people can look at this before asking any questions I might have already answered before. It will include links to posts (explanations, references, important art), FAQ, and other details.

Brief Summary

My AU is basically just my interpretation of the FNAF story, with some changes from canon/what is largely agreed to be canon. (It does not always reflect what I actually think is canon.) I kind of think of it in 2 separate parts, one about the kids before and after they die, and another about Michael (and some other characters) after the murders, finding out what happens and dealing with the haunted animatronics of course. The first part is my main focus majority of the time, and usually follows Cassidy, Charlie, and Evan.

FAQ

Are you planning on making a webcomic? - I gave a longer explanation about what I plant to do with my AU here, but the short answer is that I plan on making short comics about specific events/situations, but not one continuous comic telling the entire story.

How many games does your AU include?/Does your AU include Security Breach? - My AU only goes to UCN, so no it does not include Security Breach, Help Wanted, or Fazbear Frights if you believe those are canon. I will include some characters like Vanessa, Gregory, Cassie, Jake, and Andrew as background characters in my AU just for fun, but they are not really relevant to the story.

When did the kids die? - I'm still making sure I'm happy with the exact dates and death orders, but as of right now: Charlie dies in 1980, Elizabeth and Evan die in 1983, and the MCI is 1985.

What ages were the kids when they died? - I answered that here. Please note this is an updated version where I changed a few ages, and there might be an old inaccurate answer to this question up somewhere.

What are the FNAF 4 nightmares in the AU? - They are Evan and Cassidy's agony ghosts, or extensions of them since the only ones they themselves turn into are Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare. Cassidy is helping Evan torment Michael because Evan agreed to help her with William. and she also thinks it's funny.

Is Andrew part of Golden Freddy in this AU? - No, I have a second, side AU where he is, but it has nothing to do with my main AU, where Andrew doesn't end up being killed.

Is Sammy in this AU? Yes, he is, and he's still Charlie's brother. I based him off of the spring bonnie kid from FNAF 4. He is also not super important though, because he moves away with his mother in 1983 after Evan dies.

What order do the events of the games happen? FNAF 4, FNAF 2, FNAF 1, Sister Location, UCN, FNAF 3, FNAF 6

I put everything relating to this au under the "main au" tag. Besides that I try to tag the names of the characters in the post, the game it relates to, and will tag "spirits" or "agony ghosts" for posts about either of those. When I make longer posts where I just explain things in detail I tag those "explanations".

I tag all the questions I respond to as "answered", although a lot of these aren't related specifically to my AU.

Other details I feel like I should mention

My FNAF 1 Nightguard is not Mike, it's actually Cassidy's cousin, Mina because I wanted them to have a bigger connection to the MCI. The events of FNAF 1 and Sister Location happen pretty close together, because Mina is at Freddy's and Michael is at Circus Baby's.

My version of the FNAF 4 Chica Bully (Raina) is Gabriel's older sister and is the nightguard that replaced Jeremy in FNAF 2, and she's also the Fnaf 3 nightguard.

Jeremy Fitzgerald is Susie's older brother. The two of them moved to Hurricane in 1983 (before Evan died).

The Toy animatronics are not possessed by seperate kids, although the MCI victims' agony might take control over them sometimes.

My Mrs. Afton is named Eleanora, or Nora for short.

Elizabeth and Michael were born in the UK so they do have British accents, but Evan was born in the US and doesn't really have one. (Nora is also American and was born in Hurricane.)

Charlie and her agony ghost self are much more connected than anyone else is with theirs, and her agony ghost acts a little more human because of this. They can also generally convey ideas to each other but cannot directly communicate. Usually if Charlie's agony ghost does something that doesn't relate to her goal of stopping William, it's because she's doing it for the real Charlie.

Time does not work the same for the spirits as it does in the real world.

Elizabeth is the only spirit who never has contact with any of the other spirits until right before she's set free.

The agony ghosts can change how people see other things, as extensions of themselves basically. This is how they make the animatronics eyes turn black, Charlie gives the puppet tears, and Elizbeth changes Baby's eye color. (What happens to William in UCN is different than this, since it's Cassidy's agony trapping him in one of his own memories and then changing it however she likes - so it all happens inside his head.)

Another pleasant episode. It's really fun to see how much the Team has improved over the years while still being the show. It is a remaster so it's pretty much the same storyline, but the animation and editing and voice acting and so much more. Go show some appreciation for the Team!!

As much as I'm here for the loreeeeeeeee, I wouldn't mind if the rest of the year is just filled with silly episodes. it's the silly meme show after all... but Team, was it really necessary to remind me that these characters had trauma from previous episodes? well, guess what? it's day of the dead for me so your plan failed aha!!! /silly

Yeah, I do look too much into stuff sprinkled in the background or the episode in general, it's kinda my thing. Don't mind me overanalyzing the bingo numbers from the last episode. Anyway, it was nice of Ben (the thumbnail artist) to show some of the behind-the-scenes.

(sorry for mistakes) I know I'm not most people, but I'm incredibly interested in Kei and Yani relationship (for at least a month now)! I have thoughts that either Kei created Yani, or Kei resurrected/saved a life Yani (considering how Yani parents treated them, I wouldn't be surprised if Yani was actually dying at some point). And your words that Kei previously performed medical interventions suggest that these interventions were performed on Yani. (there were also thoughts about the fact that Kei is Yani older brother, but Yani (judging by the sheet “Understand my ship in 5 minutes” Yani is older) (just stupid thoughts out loud)

A lot has actually changed since I made those "Understand my ship in 5 minutes" And they need to be updated, which I do plan of doing when I eventually finish all the refs! For now though, I will say that Kei and Yani are actually the same age! And these aren't stupid thoughts, I LOVE and ADORE theories and love seeing all your questions about the game so thank you for sharing your questions and thoughts!! <333

MAJOR SPOILERS BENEATH(like seriously I basically explain everything about Kei and Yani do not read if you want to figure everything out in the game)

You did get it right! Kei created Yani, Kei created the entirety of "Mine" actually! See Kei is in love with YOU, the player, not the MC, and made "Mine in order to get your attention and communicate with you! I don't have plans to go into how he knows you in the game cause I think it'd be more interesting to see what others come up with(For example maybe he was just an oc you saw online, or maybe Kei's a virus which is personally what I headcanon him as, but once again I'd be really interested in seeing what others come up with for Kei :3) but he's real, he exists and he made "Mine" to get your attention. Kei created Yani based off of Kei's obsession with you, Yani is Kei's obsession with you personalized and therefore Kei and Yani can do anything they want in this world. This does leave a few questions like "Why did Kei make other love interests then?" or "Why doesn't Yani destroy Kei?" for the first question, Kei loves the feeling of his obsession, he loves his extreme love for you and he wants it to grow and grow, he's a bit of a masochist ig LOL. Watching you get with these nobodies that he created, it drives him up a wall. Another reason to it though is to see what kind of person you like so Kei can base himself off of that(Though he has a bit of a hard time copying Hoshi and Habiki since they're so rude to you and you don't deserve that, rather their more so to prove that Kei is better than them and to make you fall in love with him more) Secondly, Yani can't destroy it's creator or the game itself will be destroyed. Truthfully, no matter what route Yani goes for they're bound for misery. They can't get with you or Kei will erase them, you can't get with Kei or Kei will erase them, and Yani can't kill Kei otherwise they both die. So Kei and Yani are the only ones aware they're in a game and they're the only ones that like YOU, the player(Although if the others knew they were in a game they would like you, the player, as well and rather see the blank slate MC as a way to get closer to you and talk to you) Somewhere along the way I realized that Kei and Yani have a lot in common and decided to make them one, they did both start out as their own people though. It's been mentioned that Yani has an older brother before who was good at everything and looked down upon Yani, well that older brother is a manifestation of who Kei used to be before he met you, perfect and studious doing no wrong and being loved by his parents. Yani was ruthlessly abused by their parents, and although I haven't mentioned it yet to avoid spoilers, Kei went through a lot of what Yani did, forced to sleep outside(so Kei could be away from his computer and therefore you), starved and beaten(To try and knock some sense into Kei. That's what the blocked out spoiler is LOL

I've really been pushing their similarities for a bit, even if a bit subtly, I've been trying to make them say "Y/N" in recent posts while everyone else says "MC" and everyone else birthday ends in "th" while Kei's ends in "st" and Yani's in "nd" similar in the sense that they're separated from everyone else but different enough to not just be the same person. And the binary in Yani's section for the birthday post being creation date since that's when Kei made Yani.

At first Kei was just interested that he could see you and hear you from your computer, but he also couldn't go anywhere. So he just watched and listened to you and fell in love slowly, you were the first thing, the first person that Kei had ever had any kind of contact with and he fell in love with you HARD. He wants you so badly but he can't leave the computer so he created a "physical" him and made a story and game that suits your tastes, something that would catch your attention and draw you in hence how "Mine" was created by Kei!

whewww okay!! gonna be a busy summer!!!

sorry for the lack of art!! i'm on break right now so there'll probably me more soon (and if not, after july— i'm participating in artfight! just gotta make refs.....)

until then, i have a lot to do... i finally decided i want to make more refined HTML codes for my oc's toyhou.se profile, so i'm in the process of staring that. I also need to finish coding the main paraforum pages... i'm making an ARG!! >:D it's based off of my already existing characters, centered around a smaller group of them. it's a stereotypical found footage thing but it's gonna be fun for me so who cares :33

the neocities page is up (though it's incredibly empty right now— here it is!) i hope people love cassie as much as i love her💕💕

in terms of my upcoming plans:

- MORE PARAFORUM PAGES. ughhhhhhh. i have a chat log page up right now that i do plan to release but it's bothering me w/ the formattingggggg

- and cassie needs more development. she's a bit of a shell right now (but there is a lot more to her that hasn't yet been revealed..... >:)

- and finally, make the youtube channel! the website won't be the only form of content, there will also be stuff posted to the channel (in video format obviously,) and i'll probably end up posting sneak peeks to my tumblr lol.
