shurara is the least special of them really..... he is simply a fish guy. he has a fish tail and scales n stuff. his thing is that hes of royal blood....... kara (<- this is the name of an emoji in the server i posted yhis in)

putata is probably the most powerful of them all???? hes a shapeshifter..... he likes to take a very lionlike form bc he thinks that it makes him look cool. hes right. he can do whatever tf he wants with his shapeshifting powers but his colors and patterns usually stay the same in all of his forms. he does shit like jumping through fire hoops n also he often showcases his shapeshifting powers real close to the audience..... hes like pretty damn popular compared to the other corps so hes kinda like the circus mascot. he likes to boast about it which makes him an annoyance to others LOL

mekeke is a half puppet creature..... as u can see hes kinda like a mix of his og and his puppets design? also him and putata usually perform together because of course they do. he also LOVES to juggle and his extra arms help him a lot

dokuku is of course..... a GHOST!!!! and nuii is a posessed doll so they are kinda similiar. bc of that nuii of course has a more ghost-ly appearance..... i imagine that they perform together and sometimes w kagege

giruru is a sea monster/serpent thing with waterbending powers..... i imagine that he cant survive too long outta the water so the others just throw him in a bathtub or something after his performance is done. or a nearby lake/sea

gyororo is a dragonborn who of course..... BREATHES FIRE!!!!! and bc of that them and giruru usually perform together..... showcasing what they can do visually with their elemental powers and stuff

kagege is a ..... harpy...... gryphon ... thing i think. he looks like a snowy owl and a snow leopard at the same time basically. hes one of those magicians that does shit like cutting people in half. but ofc he can also shadowbend..... the guy below is his main victim btw

yukiki is some kind of a ...... snow beast or something idk i have a design in mind for him but idk what kind of creature its the closest to. like i said hes the guy who kagege uses in his performances the most often. occassionally he also performs w giruru and gyororo and does shit like freezing girurus water

robobo is a stone golem...... idk what they would do yet but ill figure it out soon. mind you this au exists for like only.... 3 days so i still have a lot of devlopment to do i think. i already changed the main concepts/themes in it yesterday... and i might do it again if i feel like it

As someone who agrees with like 90% of what you say, I can say that you put WAY to much importance on "having a rich history" like since when did having history make something inherently good or more valid?

this is a really interesting take and i think i kind of get where you are coming from?

but when i talk about lgbt or bi ppl having rich histories im talking aboutall the hard work and thinking and sacrifices people before us made - and how its important that going forward we always acknowledge, honour where approp, and learn about people who came before us. we dont have to copy them word for word,but its still important

having less history doesnt make smth inherently better - however when people try to change / ignore history in order to suit their views it honestly makes me really mad, and its a shit thing to do, which is why i emphasise it. additionally, our history has led up to our current movement and is thus very important

for example, the ace community does not have a history like the lgbt community does. yhis isnt to say that ace ppl havent historically existed, but that their presence generally did not require the same level of resistance for survival,and thus there are fewer historical texts / figures / movements

same with pan vs bi. and i personally am finding that a lot of current lgbt spaces, esp online, are growing more amd more ahistorical, and more likely to paint the past / the actual acronym lgbt or bi ppl as ' regressive / assimilatist ' and i want to fight against that
