Earlier this week Stephen Miller was screaming inside the White House about ICE only going after criminals instead of raiding “7-11’s and Home Depot’s” where the working class is.

Today ICE rolled up to a Home Depot in Los Angeles in military vehicles tossing flash bang grenades to scare off the public. In Los Angeles the police and county sheriffs as a matter of policy refuse to cooperate with ICE so the storm troopers were on their own. Wolf got out and the people of LA mobilized into two very large protests and marched on ICE HQ from two different directions and merged into one massive protest. Parts of the city were shut down as several thousand angry citizens protested in a very loud manner while the ICE Gestapo hid inside their building.

An estimated 10% or one million people in LA County are believed to be undocumented and most work, pay taxes, and are good people. They helped battle the wildfires in large numbers. To illustrate the cruelty and injustice of ICE storm troopers they abducted the mother of a decorated member of the LA fire department who has been here for thirty years and promptly deported her.

First it was Minneapolis and the citizens battled them in the streets and forced them to retreat, then it was San Diego, and today it is Los Angeles. We the people are sick and tired of fascist Trump and his Gestapo and we are finally fighting back.

BREAKING— A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to return Abrego Garcia, a 29-year-old Maryland resident who was mistakenly deported to a maximum-security prison in El Salvador. The ruling comes after it was revealed that Garcia, a U.S. resident, was wrongfully removed and imprisoned under severe conditions.

The Trump administration noted in court that he was deported by mistake due to an administrative error yet they still refused to schedule his return.

They accused Garcia of being a member of MS-13 which his family denies. He was falsely accused by an informant looking to lessen their prison sentence.

Garcia fled El Salvador in 2011 due to gang violence and was allowed to remain in the United States under a court order as long as he made regular check ins with Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Garcia has no criminal record and is married to a US citizen which they have a 5 year old disabled child together.

As I understand things, one can cancel a foreign student’s visa for expressing support for an organization considered to be a terrorist organization by the US, legally speaking (whether one should do so morally speaking is another matter). One cannot do so for a green card holder like Mr. Khalil, and anyways it’s unclear if he ever said anything that could be considered supportive of Hamas (the only quote this article has of him is him opposing “Israeli apartheid”, which is not supportive of Hamas in my book). This is shameful and another step on the slippery slope towards all sorts of restrictions on free speech.

And, beyond the moral horror of of the act itself, speaking as a Jewish supporter of Israel (if not the current Israeli government) this kind of thing is going to be used by pro-Palestinian folks as an excuse to not clear their movement of people who view advocating for the murder of Jews to achieve political objectives as acceptable (which, again, is not Mr. Khalil). This isn’t even gonna stop pro-Palestine demonstrations from being antisemitic!

One family's lawyer said that the child, 4 years old with stage-4 metastatic cancer, was deported without medication or access to their doctors. None of the children were afforded due process rights.

This is another blatantly illegal move in the Trump administration's rush to overwhelm the country's legal immigration / deportation apparatus.
