Tips For Best Interior Photography
Pick the Right Point of view
Before you begin snapping your business' space, require a second and conclude what impression you might want to give your watchers. Would you like to give them a warm greeting by shooting your office's entry? Or on the other hand perhaps your noteworthy space requires an all encompassing perspective? Whenever you've sorted out the thing impression you're hoping to make, you'll make some more straightforward memories choosing where to actually put your camera to accomplish your objective.
Utilize Right Lighting
How about we talk lighting. While shooting inside spaces, finding the right light for your motivation can be somewhat interesting. Likewise with numerous things in interior photography, the hour of day you take your pics impacts how your photographs end up. Endeavoring to set a more heartfelt or serious state of mind? Plan your go for the night. Going against the norm, in the event that you're hoping to flaunt the high-energy of your pilates studio, you'll need to use regular light and open those window blinds for a morning shoot.
As a guideline, you want to adjust the light in your space so you stay away from both over-lit and under-lit spots in your shot. Once in a while everything necessary is some additional light lighting and a draw of the shades to accomplish the mind-set you're later.
Wide Points
Hoping to catch a ton of room with a tiny bit of piece of hardware? Nowadays, even most cellphone cameras accompany a scene line choice. With just the right amount of training and a cautious eye, you can make a cool broad perspective of your whole space.
For a full view impact with a tomfoolery bend, you can likewise utilize a wide-point focal point. Taking everything into account, going from 16mm to 24mm will offer you an ideal wide chance of the inside. More extensive than that and you risk viewpoint mutilation.
Feeling extravagant? Get a 10,000 foot perspective of your space by utilizing a robot.

NCT Dream on their honeymoon!
AN: someone requested this one. GASP, THANK U. Mentions of sex lol because what's a honeymoon without sex. (Implied that you two already did it, but the first night meant having sex as a married couple, why am I explaining this jksdfkjsdk)
Mark Lee
Mark would probably take you somewhere in America. Probably LA or Miami, somewhere in the coastal area. Just you two enjoying the beach and spending the day at the carnival or fair land. You two are young lovers enjoying the night life in America! It'll be full of alcohol, giggles, and just spontaneous foodtrip! You two will book an airbnb with the cutest and coziest interior design. Also the first night would probably be more intimate and you two are nervous but at the same time, clumsy because you two wouldn't stop laughing ?? as if you two didn't fucked before lol.
Huang Renjun
Since your wedding with Renjun is during the summer or spring season, he would definitely take you to Japan for the honeymoon. It'll be during the cherry blossom season! It's cute and something about seeing the first bloom makes it exciting for both of you. You two will book a nice expensive hotel room and just spent the duration of the honeymoon sightseeing and of course, taking pictures around cherry blossoms trees. The first night with him is just like the first time you two had sex, but this time, you two are now married and much experienced. So it's much more special!
Lee Jeno
Jeno would take you to Japan too because he knows how much you love the culture there. He'll book a nice traditional house, (for the vibe he said.) and just take you to places like Tokyo Disneyland and Ghibli museum because you're a child at heart! He'll enjoy it too of course! You two also did A LOT of shopping. Also his looks are so exquisite, very tourist husband vibes with the shades and camera. OKAY so the first night with him is VERY much intimate, like you two just sitting in front of each other before you tell him to please take care of you. And he'll just smiles and say the same thing.
Lee Donghyuck
I like to think that you and Haechan probably fucked after your wedding, and that's because you two were so drunk after the reception LOL. But despite having a beach wedding, Haechan will still have a beach destination for your honeymoon. Bali, Palawan maybe. Anyways, you two will book a room in an expensive resort that's overlooking the beach. It's just a honeymoon full of beach activities, playfulness, and just you two being lovey-dovey!! Will kiss you under the sun set at some point. Also the first night will be much more romantic compared when you two were drunk.
Na Jaemin
Jaemin would probably take you to Europe for your honeymoon. Somewhere in Amsterdam or Paris because he's a romantic. Definitely a city tour especially during night where the city's much alive, filled with people and just bustling with noise??? yeah, you two would be holding hands giggling as you two venture out the city. Will also be that photographer husband who takes cute photos of your cute fits. He'll book an expensive hotel room for you two and for the first night, he was very very careful of you, like he was such a gentleman because he wants to show how much he loves you.
Zhong Chenle
Chenle would think that it's fun for you two to stay within each other's comfort place, so he'll probably take you to Shanghai or maybe Singapore city. It'll be city tour too! Since he's very confident with talking with locals, you two will have underrated food trips and just take you to interesting places that he found while canvassing the area. He's the type to hold your hands because you tend to get lost in the crowd. You chose the accommodation, so you found a cute airbnb that suited each other's taste. The first night with him is full of playfulness! Chenle would constantly tease you but it was still lovely nevertheless.
Park Jisung
Jisung would also bring you to Europe because he thinks that the 'honeymoon' vibe is just there. Probably in Rome or Barcelona. You two would book a nice hotel that overlooks the entire city, it was breathtaking when you two entered the room. You two would go sightseeing, try local foods, and just take pictures of each other. Jisung has his arms around your shoulder when you two are walking, and both your outfits coordinate! Also he likes to steal kisses from you. The first night would be romantic Like Jisung prepared EVERYTHING and you just lay there and be pretty for him.

Simryn Gill | Dalam, 2001
Type C (chromogenic colour print) photograph, set of 260
Dalam (Malay for ‘deep’, or ‘within’) is a suite of 260 photographic images, the result of Malaysian artist Simryn Gill’s sojourn across her home country over an eight-week period. She went up to the homes of complete strangers and asked to photograph their living spaces. Dalam is an expansive yet uncannily intimate survey of Malaysia at the turn of the century, a mélange of disparate ethnicities, religions, ideologies and allegiances. The title itself alludes to the depiction of interior spaces as signifiers of the individual lives that inhabit and activate them, but, even more importantly, it suggests an exploration of the social fabric of contemporary Malaysia. As the artist observes: “In conceiving the work I had wondered what the 'inside' of a place might look like. Do lots of people held together by geography add up to the idea of a nation or single unified group?” Dalam questions what historian Benedict Anderson famously dubbed “the imagined community”, or the various divergent structures that shape the modern nation-state.
Simryn Gill (b. 1959, Singapore) grew up in Malaysia and moved to Australia in 1996. Her work often deals with the historical legacies of migration, and with the realities of life in the tropics. She has exhibited extensively worldwide, with solo exhibitions at Tate Modern, London and the Smithsonian Institution, amongst others. She represented Australia in the Venice Biennale of 2013.

Cunard Celebrates 100 Years of World Cruising
undefined
youtube
This week Cunard launched a special photographic exhibition to celebrate a centenary of photography taken aboard their ships. The occasion acknowledges the introduction of onboard photographers, who have been sailing with Cunard’s ships since 1923.
Throughout a century of shipboard photography, many unique moments have been captured aboard Cunard ships.
From images of one of the modern Queens visiting a new port of call, to interior shots of the transatlantic liners, to dramatic photographs taken of troops during World War II, photography has captured both joy and danger from the decks of these ships.
The launch of Cunard’s photographic exhibit coincides with the 100th anniversary of their first ever world cruise. Undertaken aboard the Laconia, the voyage departed in late 1922 and sailed through the early months of 1923.
Run in partnership with American Express, the first Cunard world cruise sailed completely in the northern hemisphere – venturing only as far south as Panama and Singapore. However, it did encircle the world, and included transits of both the Panama Canal and Suez Canal.
That first world cruise proved so popular that another Cunard world cruise aboard Samaria set sail in 1923.
In the 1970s, Cunard’s world cruise presence was bolstered when their then-flagship QE2 commenced regular world cruises. She was joined on the world cruise circuit by other Cunarders including Sagafjord and later Royal Viking Sun.
Today all three Cunard Queens undertake long duration global voyages. I was lucky enough to sail recently aboard all three Queens as a guest lecturer, speaking about Cunard’s long and illustrious history. Given the centenary of world cruising as well as the centenary of photography aboard Cunard ships, I thought it would be fun to share with you a few of my best snaps from the three Queens.
Queen Elizabeth – we sailed from Sydney on a cruise around New Zealand in January. I particularly liked seeing the ship docked at Lyttleton, near Christchurch. I actually called in here on my first ever cruise aboard QE2 back in the 90s, so the visit was full of nostalgia for me. Queen Elizabeth also looked impressive in Tauranga. While we sailed back to Australia, we were followed by a water spout, which was pretty exciting!
Tumblr media
Queen Victoria – on this short cruise, we sailed from the Bay of Islands to Sydney. Queen Victoria looked particularly impressive at anchor in the Bay of Islands. When we arrived into Sydney, we witnessed a special drone light show before berthing at Circular Quay. It was great to see Queen Victoria near the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Tumblr media
Queen Mary 2 – one of my all time favourite ships, it was fantastic to be back aboard Queen Mary 2 after a three year hiatus. As many of you will know, I was aboard QM2 when the global cruise shutdown commenced, so it was great to be back and see things running so well aboard the ship.
Tumblr media
There are so many wonderful things to see aboard this ship, and I loved taking photos of QM2’s bridge and bow, as well as watching the remarkable sunset that I captured while we were at anchor off Busselton.
If you want to check out the full Cunard anniversary photographic exhibition, I’ve linked it here: https://www.cunard.com/en-au/inspirat... It’s worth checking out.

5 Things from an event photographer before hiring a photographer
By selecting an event photographer, you are choosing a partner with whom you entrust your brand.
To ensure your event's success, especially in marketing, it is crucial to select the right photographer.
Additionally, taking pictures at events can be thrilling. It can assist you in producing an event that people will remember, thanks to innovative capabilities like live projections, immediate downloads, and holographic prints.
This article outlines the five tried-and-true steps for selecting the top event photographers. You can also search for cheap photo studios Singapore.
1. Comprehend your event.
Understanding your event is a prerequisite before looking for the ideal event photographer.
The 5Ws are a good place to start.
What? Which event are you preparing for? Is this a tiny get-together or a sizable conference? How much the photographer needs to cover depends on the size of your event.
Why? Please find out the objectives of your event and why it is being held.
Who? Who is on the list of your guests? Visitors of many kinds come to events; VIPs may attend conferences, or celebrities may attend galas.
Where? Where will your event be held? A smaller room may be available indoors; however, the weather may affect an outdoor event.
When? How does your schedule look? Even more so if they are outdoors, venues appear considerably differently throughout the day and at night.
2. Request referrals
Getting a trustworthy event photographer is frequently made easier by a personal recommendation.
Contact other planners, your family, and friends to find out if they have any recommendations.
Remember that there are several photographic specialties. If you want to capture an event, you should not hire a photographer who excels at studio portraiture because event photography calls for a different set of abilities.
3. Search on Google and other search engines.
Several studios and independent contractors are accessible with a basic Google search.
Studios often (but not always!) use their in-house event photographers, which can provide a guarantee of high quality. Even while some companies have typical packages with prices mentioned, you should always request a quote for your unique needs.
As an alternative, lots of photographers are active on Facebook or Instagram. Contact an event photographer if you like their style and want to talk.
As an alternative, you can consult our list of Singapore's best event photographers or can search for a photo studio in Singapore near me.
4. Place a Job Post
If you need more time and have a particular photographer in mind, you can publish a job listing and wait for applicants.
Event photographers can list their services on several employment boards.
These could be excellent choices for promoting your search if you have social media profiles on Facebook or Instagram.
As an alternative, there are lots of vibrant online forums for photographers on Facebook; always make sure you can post jobs there first.
To let potential photographers know what to expect, you should keep your posts short and to the point.
5. Check out the Portfolio
Have you found a photographer for an event you like? Check out their website to learn more about their services and prior experience. Please pay attention to their skill sets.
Can they use flash, which is essential for low-light situations—like interior venues and evening events—?
What kind of photography do they do—do they excel at capturing unposed group photos or natural moments? Consider more than the highlights. By selecting only the best images to display, any photographer may present themselves well. To verify consistency in their work, ask them to provide pictures from a particular occasion. Having a few standout photos is fantastic, but it only works if the other images are equally strong.
