relationships: jay/nya tws: none wc: 212 extra: hi! thank you for liking my oneshots, i love writing jaya so much!! i have a lot of thoughts about them, but honestly whenever i try to write them down they all fly out the window. still, here are a few! ty for the request!

Jay has accidentally shocked Nya an insane number of times. He practically radiates electricity, and as the master of water, her body practically behaves like it. 

Not to mention, she can tell when he’s walked into a room most of the time because of that very fact. 

They both cringe when someone brings up their early days. Jay’s first reflex is to apologize for his actions back then, before Nya shuts him up. She’s long accepted his apologies (otherwise, why would they be together?). 

They go on dates at arcades. They love the dancing ones, of course, but they tend to play anything that catches their eyes. 

Nya wins most of the time. 

It may seem like Jay is the one who’s the most in love, but Skylor, Pixal and Cole had to ban any mention of Jay during their hangouts at Chen’s Noodles, to stop Nya from rambling about him. 

Skylor once said that Nya had a smile that made her sick when talking about him. 

They have matching accessories that they wear with their casual outfits. They also match outfits too on some days. 

Jay tends to be clingy, especially when he’s tired. It’s not unusual for the ninja to see him hugging Nya from behind when they’re eating breakfast.
