Tenney got a bed!
I’ve been imagining using Molly’s Jenny Lind bed for Tenney for years.
When this beautiful handmade quilt came into my life I thought it would be perfect for her.
I made the stripe pillow from a Kirsten mattress that had been almost totally destroyed. The green pillow came with the quilt.
I feel honored to take care of this quilt for whomever it was originally made for ❤️

On The Outside Always Looking In - Jenny Lind/Charity Barnum Western AU
A/N: Here's day 3 for @yeehawgust, Western AU again. GIF made for me by @whoreofthecottage
Jenny Lind, The Swedish Songbird, cowgirl and woman on the outside of society, had never cared for society rules. She was, however, very aware of the delicate young woman Charity Barnum who had been desperate for help.
Charity, the daughter of the local lawman, had been expected to marry. Marry for money and to make her father’s bond to the man stronger, her unhappiness would not matter. Jenny had watched the woman from afar for months, meeting her only when she risked coming to town for supplies. Now she had been packing up her planned supplies, buying both simple slacks and a soft purple shirt that would suit Jenny and tucking them into the top of the pack before seeking the girl out.
Charity moves swiftly when she is away from her family, accepts the clothing change, throwing her dress into the pack and changing swiftly before letting Jenny lift her to the horse, the woman’s arms tight around her as she kicks into gear. She had always wanted to break away from the herd, from society, now she could.
