Just looked up Liverpool Comic Con and the entry tickets aren't sold out and neither are Misha's autos/photo ops. But also virtually NO OTHER GUEST is sold out either except Simon Pegg & Jensen Ackles (and they have big names there like Helena Bonham Carter and Gwendoline Christie!)

I feel like Jensen always gets sold out in Europe because he rarely does any cons there, when Misha has been doing cons in Europe frequently thus a lot more people have already met himand likely don't have the money & time to go to every con he attends. And besides fan shaming for not going to a con? Is that dude fr??????? Does he understand people have families to support???????

Tbh this whole comparing dicks thing re who is more popular and who sells better is absolutely ridiculous to me. I absolutely do not need my fave to be the most popular actor etc, what I care about is that they are a decent and kind human being and that they are treated kindly in return, which, seems to me, is not something JiB people are interested in doing.

I seriously doubt that, anon. I think it's more likely that they staged a coupe to get Misha on the facetime for the con given the track record that Jib!Con has.

He wants Misha there, the cast wants Misha there, but there's extenuating circumstances involved with the higher-ups that are frankly uncomfortable to navigate.

As with any business, of course. My hot-take is that none of us really know how any of them feel about each other but given the reality of what they've said and how often they choose to spend time together, I'm willing to bet the farm that they're all friends and on good terms/actually like spending time with one another?

I'm feeling better today, but I still can't look at any Convention photos. It hurts too much.

I'm going to JiB Con in a week.

It would have been my first time meeting Jared (and Jensen).

Anyone who knows me knows how devastated I am.

I have been waiting for this chance for three years. I could still cry. I have cried, a lot, the past few days. And that's not very like me. I'm usually rather good at focusing on the positive things in life. But right now I'm not even really looking forward to JiB Con, even though finally meeting Jensen is hopefully gonna be a pretty great experience in itself. But it's only gonna be half the panel fun. And even though Jared is no the only reason I wanted to go, he was still the main reason.

Btw, despite all the mess that happened around Daniela on Twitter, I have to say I do have a soft spot for her.

Maybe because I've seen her and know that she listens to the (polite) fans and keeps in touch with them.

That's my impression of her. (And yes, especially during JIB 12 I thought: would it be too hard to go on stage and give some updates?)

And yes, I agree, she loves the spotlight and sitting beside Jensen.

But if I could create a con and spend a weekend with Jared, I would. :)
