Happy Friday! I’m late posting today because I just had to finish the new Orphan X book coming out on Tuesday. I love that series by Gregg Hurwitz and I’m so thankful to #stmartinspress (Minotaur Books) and #netgalley for the chance to read it early and share it next week. . Another wonderful book that I read recently was Last Seen Alive by Joanna Schaffhausen (based on Ted Bundy) and I was lucky enough to attend a virtual event with her after which she sent me (via the bookstore) this lovely signed copy of her book. 😍😍😍 . And that brings to mind a qotd: . Do you read signed copies of books or do you try to keep them in as pristine a shape as you can? . Until I started getting Fairy Loot boxes, I always kept my signed books in a special place and would never dare read them. Today I started a new Swimming Course which is an improver's course so that I can get a little better at swimming. It went really well and I had a really good time which is always lovely. Happy Thriller Thursday and I have two wonderful mystery/thrillers with Last Seen Alive by Joanna Schaffhausen and The Appeal by Janice Hallet. Both are 5-star reads and authors who I’d like to read more of❤️ . I recently learned that Last Seen Alive is based on Ted Bundy, one of the US’s most fascinating serial killers. . What serial killer through time do you find most fascinating? .
