Their just a bunch of doodles for fun, I did have multiple doodles for the same day for brainstorming a drawing, or to visualize story’s in my au.(Eclipses Corruption & Other)

This one is a version with the stage level and Bebe Blixer. They had to drink their dads blood to grow since they were the bones of each of their parents arm. And since bones do have blood inside of them ai think I can figure out a way for that to biologically make sense for a necromancer, who I can’t decide to be orange or purple.

for the two parts I did use the bases, the one for annihilate was from a ground one, but for the one with Blixer getting their innards looked at was mainly using bases as reference heh.

Decided to tweak Chimera's design a bit-

Some Notes:

Chimera isn't his birth name, but it's the name he chooses to go by, make of that what you will-

Chimera is a dumbass and a bit of a himbo, but like one that's also down to fuck people up if needed (a... harmbo if you will)

shape equivalent of a mutt, nobody knows what he is, much less himself.

Very down bad for Gorgon- very flirty and touchy towards them

if you dare hurt Gorgon he can and will take it personally and will hunt you down-

tree forbid he thinks you've KILLED them (player shapes in this au found that out the hard way)

at least he's reasonable with it, he's just focusing on the ones responsible-

likes to wear dresses and fishnet stockings/sleeves, he just likes them. gender roles be damned.

post first corruption he just sorta went numb, he couldn't really think, and didn't want to either, the grief got him h a r d.

v clingy towards Gorgon during second corruption and definitely got some separation anxiety towards them, it eventually gets better

bro needs some therapy post-game events- with everything that happened- GL with that though, since Gorgon would 100% be down to murder someone for making Chimera distressed

no pouch, which is an anomaly when it comes to shapes.

Keeps his wedding ring in his collar, and was actually pretty distressed at apparently 'loosing' it- (one of the ppl taking care of him in the caves went out and found it for him)

a good few of the corrupted/others actually are pretty fond of him, his stupidness and general chaotic harmbo nature won them over

tail acts on his own subconscious desires a lot

Rouge my beloved-

Seriously though, I'm really liking how this series is going so far and I'm having a lot of fun doing these like album covers.

My whole idea behind the character distribution was basically SA2 Hero Story v.s. SA2 Dark Story, which I thought worked out really nicely. I also like the different art style (detached shapes) that I'm using, so I'll be continuing with that for these posts.

Some notes:

they can partially control their 'blooming' though it also tends to happen during spring/summer whether they want to or not

as Treespawn they don't really NEED to eat, as long as they can find a patch of nice dirt with enough sunlight they can just sorta chill and take root there to feed themselves.

Alnus/P1 can and will eat garbage though. it's a regular occurrence at this point in time.

All of them are low-imprint treespawn, which well, doesn't help with them being off/ potentially unsettling to some shapes

they rarely wear clothing in general, and honestly, only wear things when it starts getting too cold for their comfort, and even then it's only their 'casual' clothing.

mostly just vibing and hanging out, they're a bit... oblivious and still learning about the world, (being popped out of the tree at basically an adult physically & mentally but having no knowledge about the world does that)

they all can and will bite if annoyed/stressed, and will also bite to show affection.

they can and will burrow themselves into your garden if you let them.

Each of them are a different sex, bc plant/fungus reasons. they just all go by either nonbinary pronouns or the same set of neopronouns.

(might go into more detail on Treespawn anatomy later, but that's a different thing-)

A quick note for how the shape bodies work- they don’t have bones and their body is made of something like energy. Take a glow stick for example: you crack it and it glows. That works for if a shape broke a bone minus the glowing; it’d release a type of healing energy. But the bodies are easily infected with corruption since there’s really no system like a human that works to keep them healthy. Eating isn’t needed but they do it anyway because their ancestors did, as they didn’t have the same body make up as the people now

Smiling Critters x Jsab Au

Sooooo- for anyone who doesn't know, I love jsab (Just Shapes and Beats) and since I like Smiling Critters too, I went on to do designs for them in a Jsab theme Au for em! It's still in development as I'm planning to include the rest of the toys in Poppy Playtime for the au as well! But have the main characters designs, which are the Smiling Critters!

To clarify

Dogday (P1), Hoppy(p2), Kickin(p3), and Crafty(p4) are the four main heroes of the story, in game known as the players.

Bobby (cube/sad boi), Bubba(Boat), and Picky(Heli) would pick the roles of the friends in the game.

While Catnap would be the main bad guy (Blixer).

That's all I have for now! As I mentioned, it's still in the works, I hope you like it :)
