Frisk, a once idealistic princess with a heart for the common folk, made the harrowing mistake of attracting the affections of the cruel King Roman. Her hand in marriage was traded for peace treaties and political power... but when she oversteps her boundaries, decrying Roman's tyrannical rule and trying to help their desperate subjects, she is exiled to the wilderness to die. Jaded and on the brink of death, Frisk is ready to give up... Until a mysterious entity sweeps her away into another world trapped in the chasms of the Abyss.

Can she reignite the dark kingdom's hope and save them from eternal darkness? Or will her cynical heart turn black along with them?

Here are some aesthetic concepts for the revamped KOTCS story moving forward. As any of my long time readers could tell you, my work takes a darker tone. I will post KOTCS updates sparingly, mostly art, moodboards, music, and when the time is right, writing.

These are my aesthetic concepts for Sans, The King of Nothing... and Frisk, the Banished Consort. I will post art of my redesigns very soon. I would like everyone to know that I ran all changes by @kodizzzle and we are both very excited with the new direction!
