All Dark Urge Barks
Patch 7 expanded on the point-and-click voice lines for Dark Urge (and also added them for voices that were lacking them, like Voice 8. Had to use a mod prior to patch 7 to hear those). From what I've seen they seem to also trigger more frequently than in the past? Not sure, but it feels more frequent.
Voice 1 - Joshua Wichard
Voice 2 - Lynsey Murrell
Voice 3 - Ken Nwosu
Voice 4 - Emerald O'Hanrahan
Voice 5 - Neil Roberts (not that Neil)
Voice 6 - Muki Zubis
Voice 7 - Pieter Lawman
Voice 8 - Tina Barnes (my personal favorite)
1 and 4 - I like the contrasts with these two; quiet and mostly whispering to themselves out of combat, screaming psychopaths in combat.
2 and 7 - at first I wasn't a fan as they're both very downplayed, but given Dark Urge's assassin background, there honestly should be choices for a more reserved and sneaky, less vocally homicidal maniac type of durge. It's the difference between "I'M COMING FOR YOU (threat)" and "im coming for you (promise)". Both their "Kill, kill, kill again." have that Luke Skywalker Smiling "oh boy here I go killing again" energy, and yeah we need examples of that in the voices.
3 and 6 - Nothing in particular stands out for me with these two. Not necessarily a bad thing, they could work with basically any kind of durge.
5 and 8 - Neil Roberts the voice of default Dark Urge, and Tina Barnes the voice of Alice. Okay not literally, as Alice is my oc, but I mean, voice 8 IS her as far as I'm concerned, so I was very excited to hear her Dark Urge lines, and wasn't disappointed. In my opinion these two are the best, hands down. I know they're not necessarily the most popular, but in my experience everyone who uses these voices, it's their favorite.
I especially love the contrast Tina makes between Tav and Dark Urge, it really helps creating the impression she's both Going Through It, and that Something occasionally just speaks for her. I'm loving it as resist durge, but it could be fantastic for embrace durge as well. And Neil's Hannibal Lector-like delivery is both entertaining and kinda sexy imo, plus if you haven't seen his bg3 streams, he has a TON of fun with reading every durge line with that strained unhinged tone.

Iain de Caestecker as Arthur in The Winter King 1x08

Excellent episode, the best so far! Everyone’s acting was on another level - Iain was amazing and it feels like he’s looking hotter and hotter with each episode🔥 the ending was brutal and I’m really curious where everything is going. I know I will suffer because of Arthur and Guinevere but right now I just love them too much to care 😅

#tavqotd: What would your tav/durge's voice sound like? Do you have a voice claim for them?
Halion Voice edit: Ngl i am smitten with Tav 3 (Ken Nwosu) he's just the right balance of softness and authority- his delivery for some silly lines is amazing too, fits Halion perfectly~

Ben Whishaw (“Paddington”) and “Happy Valley’s” Sarah Lancashire are set to join Keira Knightley in Netflix’s upcoming spy series “Black Doves,” Variety can exclusively confirm.
More details about the series, which was written and created by “The Lazarus Project” showrunner Joe Barton, have also emerged.
A story of friendship and sacrifice, “Black Doves” is set during Christmastime in London. It revolves around Helen Webb (Knightley), a politician’s wife, doting mother — and professional spy. For years, Helen has been passing on her husband’s secrets to the Black Doves, the shadowy organization for whom she works. But when her lover Jason is assassinated, Helen’s life is turned upside down and only her old friend Sam Young (Whishaw) can keep her safe.
Helen and Sam set out to discover who killed Jason and why. But Sam, a suave, champagne-drinking assassin, also has problems of his own. Out of the game since his last job went wrong, he soon realizes his past is coming back to haunt him.
“Together, they set off on a mission that will lead them to uncover a vast, interconnected conspiracy,” reads the logline. “One that links the murky underworld of London to a looming geopolitical crisis — and leads them to question the cost of the moral choices they’ve made.”
Lancashire will play Helen’s enigmatic spymaster Reed.
Joining Knightley and Whishaw in the six-part series, which began shooting in London last week, are Andrew Buchan (“Carnival Row”), Omari Douglas (“It’s A Sin”), Andrew Koji (“Warrior”), Kathryn Hunter (“Andor”), Sam Troughton (“Chernobyl”), Ella Lily Hyland (“Fifteen Love”), Adam Silver (“The Diplomat”), Ken Nwosu (“Look the Other Way and Run”) and Gabrielle Creevy (“In My Skin”).
“I started writing the scripts for this show over last year’s Christmas holidays, fuelled by turkey sandwiches and discarded bottles of cream liquor,” said Barton. “To be now going into production with a cast and crew full of people whose work I admire so much is unbelievably exciting and I couldn’t be more thrilled to get to see this show come to life.”
“Black Doves” is produced by Joe Barton’s Noisy Bear and Elizabeth Murdoch-founded Sister (“Chernobyl”) for Netflix. Barton exec produces for Noisy Bear alongside Jane Featherstone (“This Is Going To Hurt”) and Chris Fry (“Giri/Haji”) for Sister and Keira Knightley. The series is directed by Alex Gabassi (“The Crown”) and Lisa Gunning (“The Power”). Harry Munday (“Kaos”) is producing.

(BG3's custom character voice actors are Josh Wichard (Voice 1), Emerald O'Hanrahan, Pieter Lawman, Tina Barnes, Neil Roberts (Voice 5), Muki Zubis, Ken Nwosu, and Lynsey Murrell.
However, as far as I know, we don't officially know who voiced which Voice; I think Wichard and Roberts were confirmed via interviews.)

👄🔮🖋️for étoile!
Thank you for the ask!
👄: How do they talk? What’s their vocabulary like? What does their voice sound like? Any accent, verbal tics, etc?
I previously said this about Étoile's voice: [x] [x]
And it's probably somewhere between Tatanka Means and, who I now know is their voice actor in-game, Ken Nwosu. Here's Ken reading an excerpt from a story about a soldier (dismemberment tw (hands), heavy material), At Night All Blood is Black by David Diop: [x]
I have a link to a good voiced section in game, but it has act 3 spoilers.
I wanted to write that Étoile's accent could be mistaken for native Baldurian, but I think that's impossible between these two voices and how I picture them compared to the rest of the cast. So they have an accent that would remind others of their cultural associations and social geography — that they are a high elf originally from further north-east than their primary setting.
They have a very rich vocabulary. And people are surprised by their higher voice when they're distressed, so often soft-spoken and composed in a deeper register.
🔮: If they were to feature in the art of a tarot card, which one would it be and why?
Answered here.
🖋️: What does your character’s handwriting look like? Do they write letters often? What other contexts do they usually write in, if any?
I hope this is the ask you meant. I see a hand with a pen in the list but not a pen alone.
I think both their cursive and their plain script is in italics. They can't write straight and it is small angular letters that aren't particularly neat or messy, but still somehow hard to read. They wrote legibly enough for any exams related to their paladin order but have fallen out of practice, now mostly only writing letters to their mother every seven months or so.

i'm so genuinely glad that people care enough about raphael, haarlep and astarion to read and support fics with a non-binary character
i also want to add that in bg3, festé had the "tav 3" (ken nwosu, shoutout!) voice so please imagine a moderately femme-looking tiefling speaking in a rich, low, deep voice while reading those fanfics

Silly Question: what actor/ voice actor would you want to voice Halion (and your other characters, if you like!) ?
It's something I always try to figure out for my OC's, it's almost an obsession by now 😂🥲
Genuinely I am in love with Tav voice 3 (Ken Nwosu)! I think it suits Halion really well!
He has a combination of authority and a softness in his voice which just works for the sunshine boy!
youtube
As for my other OCs im genuinely not sure djdjdks its something i find very difficult to find, since im picky and not only do I want the vocals to sound similar but like, the mannerisms which 9/10 arent correct-- so I cant say 😂
