loser!heeseung was excited. so excited. why you may ask? because you agreed to go to anime con with him. you even suggested that the two of you cosplay. you asked to go as lucy and david from cyberpunk edgerunners, something that fit the aesthetic you two had built. so, heeseung checked himself out in the mirror, fumbling with the yellow jacket you sewed for him and fixing the pieces of his hair that fell out.

“baby, i think we’re gonna be late if we don’t head out n—”

you came out in your outfit as you adjusted the belt resting on your hip. heeseung didn’t have any words. you looked… gosh, how could he describe you without being weird? you were beautiful, even on the days you didn’t feel it. but… right now? heeseung felt ashamed to say that he understood all those nasty guys thirsting over cosplayers. holy crap, he hit the lotto. you were a vision.

“hee? do i look weird? i wasn’t sure about the wig either,” you pouted as you touched the long white strand.

“no!” heeseung shouted, then cleared his throat. “you look really good.”

you smiled and walked up to him, checking out the two of you in the mirror. “you also look very handsome. we make a good lucy and david, huh?”

your eyes glanced at heeseung through the mirror and noticed he was still looking at you with his mouth agape. you turned to him and waved your hand in front of his face. “hee?”

as he kept staring at you, you shifted. you couldn’t help but blush under his gaze. heeseung gulped. how was he going to keep all those creepy guys away from you? he can’t even fight! he’d have to cover you up! but then he wouldn’t get to look at you in this… this outfit.

you softly planted a kiss on his cheek and that brought him out of his daze. his ears were bright red when he stepped away from you.

“i— uh. um. we— you—” he stuttered, unable to form a coherent thought.

a giggle escaped you at his lack of words. you did a little spin for him. man, heeseung couldn’t help his eyes drifting down at the cutouts on your hips and how short your—no! stop objectifying her. bad heeseung. that is your lovely girlfriend, who you love very much and who, for some odd reasons, loves you too.

“hee,” you interrupted, your lashes lowering—wow, you looked ready to eat him. “i thought we were gonna be late?”

you crept up to him, your hand ghosting over his arm. you pressed into him. “i mean, we don’t have to go. i just thought you wanted—”

you didn’t end up going, by the way. your couple’s cosplay never saw the light of day. instead, they were scattered on your bedroom floor.

loser!heeseung didn’t know how to feel when you asked to play d&d with him. while he said yes (because he’d never say no to you), he was admittedly nervous. what if you thought he was a big nerd and wanted to leave him? what if you hated how he dm’d (dungeon master)? well, it was too late now. you guys were on your way to jeongin’s apartment.

contray to heeseung’s overthinking, you were excited. you finally got to experience one of heeseung’s favorite pastimes. you didn’t really understand the whole thing, but you were open to it! you did some late-night research and built your own little character. she was an eladrin sage druid at level 6. heeseung made sure to let you know that you’d be thrown right into the middle of this campaign and that all the other characters were at level 6.

when you guys arrived at the door, jeongin threw it open and you were taken aback. he was in full costume, armor and all. apparently, jeongin was also taken aback. he didn’t think you were actually coming.

“oh! uh, welcome to my apartment, y/n!” he stepped aside to let you and heeseung in. inside, you saw unfamiliar faces who were also in costume. jeongin pulled heeseung aside and whispered. “i didn’t think you were serious when you said that y/n was coming! and where’s your costume?”

heeseung gave him an apologetic look. “dude, i’m sorry. you know i can’t say no to her. and i didn’t want to overwhelm her before we even left the apartment.”

jeongin sighed. “you better still dm the same with the voices and everything. and no preferential treatment!”

heeseung nodded and went to sit by you. you leaned into him and whispered. “i feel incredibly underdressed. did you know they were going to dress up?”

he rubbed the back of his neck. “we usually do for every session.”

you pouted and looked him up and down. “i would’ve tried dressing up too if i knew! where’s your costume?”

oh, how heeseung loved you. you didn’t even bat an eye that they were all losers that liked to play dress up on a weekly basis. you were just put out that you weren’t told.

“i didn’t wanna pressure you when it’s your first time,” heeseung said, patting your knee. usually, heeseung would kiss your pout away, but he was in a room full of friends who were very blatantly staring at you.

a throat cleared, drawing heeseung’s attention towards jeongin. in a (poor) scottish accent, jeongin said. “dungeon master, the fellowship awaits ye!”

heeseung nodded and pulled out his notes for the campaign. when you tried to peek, he immediately leaned away, keeping the notebook shut. “the people in the campaign can’t see this,” he said.

understanding, you stopped trying to look. you just pulled out your phone with your character sheet on it. jeongin paused in his seat. “oh, y/n, did you need to build your character first? we can wait for you,” jeongin said in his normal voice.

you shook your head and waved your phone. “i built one in d&d beyond! i came prepared, sort of?”

now, jeongin didn’t have much opinion on you other than that you were heeseung’s really hot girlfriend. but, after seeing how you tried to prepare, he could say that he liked you.

once everyone settled down, heeseung resumed the campaign. it amazed you how he was able to switch between all those voices, acting out the npcs of the quest. the way you were staring at him intently made heeseung unusually nervous.

whenever his eyes shifted over to you, his dialogue faltered for a sec before he continued. he interacted with the others of the campaign before coming to a point in the story where you could hop in. you put on a proper english accent, trying to sound as much like arwen from lord of the rings (you watched it countless times with heeseung). if no one else was in the room right now, heeseung would’ve died from your cuteness. a part of him was geeking out right now. his girlfriend, the love of his life, was playing d&d with him. what did he do in his past life to deserve this?

then came the fights. as he narrated, his friends rolled on their turns, fighting against the monsters that heeseung created. when it came to your turn, you looked a bit out of your depth. you were scrolling through moves in the d&d index to see which ones you could do. everyone was thankfully patient with you.

“i use a 3rd level spell slot and call upon lightning to strike the monster closest to jeongin?” you commanded unsurely.

heeseung leaned over, careful to not expose any notes. “baby, you’re gonna hit jeongin with that spell and you gotta reference his character, not him. that spell has a damage radius of 5 feet. the monster is only 3 feet away from him.”

you deflated as you scrolled through your list of spells. you turned your phone to heeseung, showing him the spell you wanted to use instead. “can i use flame arrows instead?”

heeseung could just die from how cute you were. he shook his head and scrolled through your list and clicked on wind wall. “you can use this one and surround the monster. it’ll take bludgeoning damage once the wall forms, regardless of his strength saving throw.”

you nodded and got back into character. you acted as if you were really putting a wind wall up and commanded more confidently. “i erect a wind wall around the monster and separate him from thralladin.”

heeseung got back to dm’ing and rolled his dice, falling short for a saving throw. he took note of the damage and continued everyone else’s turn. the night was fun! heeseung couldn’t believe how quickly you picked it up or how into it you were. at the end of the night, when everyone was leaving, jeongin pulled him aside again. “dude, y/n’s actually cool.”

pride swelled in heeseung’s chest. you managed to get the okay from his friend, not that it really affected how he felt for you. you two said your goodbyes to jeongin and walked home. you were filled with excitement for the next session. “what kind of clothes should i get for illanaria? i’m thinking white robes with some sheer drapes to add a bit of flair. i really need to study up on my spells so i don’t keep wasting time scrolling through the index. should i also get a notebook?”

just when heeseung didn’t think he could fall for you any harder, you proved him wrong.

loser!heeseung has met your parents, but in passing. however, today was a dinner meant to force—he means give a chance (don’t tell y/n he said that)—him to talk to your parents in length.

“don’t be nervous! my mom’s loved you since high school!”

ya, it’s not your mom he’s worried about. your dad on the other hand? what was he even going to talk about with him? football? heeseung could barely understand the sport. home improvement? he always needed your help to build ikea furniture. there wasn’t much he could do to gain some points with your dad. he just prayed that he wouldn’t hate him too much.

after 4 years (you recently celebrated your anniversary!) of being together, heeseung was finally going to talk to your dad. no more small talk while he waits for you to come down. he was actually going to have to make conversation with your father. if his phone didn’t tell him how cold it was, he’d think it was summer with how he was sweating.

the door swung open to reveal your mom, who looked as jovial and vibrant as ever. “kids! come in, come in. it’s freezing out there. that stupid global warming is really messing with the temperature.”

heeseung greeted her warmly, awkwardly accepting her bear hug while balancing the mac n’ cheese in his right hand. she pulled away and gasped. “you brought your famous mac n’ cheese! y/n’s been raving about this ever since she had it. i can’t wait to try it!”

when she rushed off to set it on the dinner table, your dad appeared with a dish towel thrown over his shoulder. he peered up at heeseung, since heeseung was slightly taller, and stared at him for a moment.

“so… you brought mac n’ cheese,” your dad said plainly.

heeseung laughed nervously. “i hope that’s okay?”

when your dad didn’t say anything for a second, you slapped his chest. “dad, stop intimidating him!”

your dad cracked a smile before ruffling your hair. “alright, sweetheart.” he clapped heeseung on the back and grinned. “i love mac n’ cheese! dinner’s almost ready, so make yourself feel at home!”

wow, he was a lot less intimidating than heeseung remembered. he thought back to all those moments in high school and wondered if your dad was just pretending to be stoic. your dad guided him to the dinner table before entering the kitchen again. as he moved around, your mom leaned forward. “so, heeseung, when are you going to ask my daughter to marry you?”

you choked on your water, water spraying out of the side of your mouth. heeseung quickly offered you a napkin and patted you on the back. you wiped your mouth and glared at your mom. “mom, that is not one of the preapproved questions. actually, i explicitly said you and dad can’t bring up anything about marriage.”

your mom tsked and pouted. “honey, you’ve been dating for so long. it’s a natural question.”

before you could protest, your dad brought over the rack of lamb, fresh from the oven. he placed it in the center and took off his gloves, kissing the top of your head afterwards. “your mother is just excited to have a son-in-law that can cook. you talk about him all the time. sue her for being curious.”

you talked about him with your parents? you glared up at your dad. “we haven’t even talked about that yet. i wonder why? oh ya, because we’re still in college!”

your dad raised his arms in surrender. “hey, i asked your mom to marry me when we were 16.”

“to which i said no,” your mom playfully jabbed. “we were far too young.”

“we’re also too young,” you grumbled, leaning into heeseung’s side. he wrapped his arms around your shoulder. he hoped your parents didn’t look at him too closely. his blush was probably covering his whole face. he didn’t realize your parents were also high school sweethearts.

“you also rejected dad until you were in college, anyway,” you added, clasping your hand with heeseung’s. ah, so not high school sweethearts.

when your dad settled beside your mom, she patted him on the chest. “he wasn’t always the hunk you see now.”

“okay, that was gross. can we eat now?” you groaned. your dad started making a plate and handed it to your mom. heeseung should also probably do this for you. he pulled away from you and started making your plate, avoiding the deviled eggs and piling on the mac n’ cheese. when he placed it down in front of you, your dad raised his eyebrow. “you still avoiding deviled eggs?”

you brought your plate closer to you, waiting to eat until heeseung had his plate. you stuck your tongue out at your dad. “i don’t when hee makes them.”

your dad looked at heeseung with a surprised look. “you made her eat deviled eggs?”

“i just added miso and switched the regular mayo out for the japanese one,” heeseung sheepishly laughed. “she seemed to enjoy them.”

a boisterous laugh escaped your dad as he leaned his head back. when he caught his breath, he gave heeseung an approving nod. “good on you, man.”

the rest of the dinner went smoothly, and heeseung felt himself relaxing. your dad wasn’t nearly as intimidating as he thought. they easily bonded over cooking and how the women in their life shouldn’t have to lift their pretty little fingers if they didn’t want to. heeseung felt relieved. your dad seemed to like him, especially after you telling him how much heeseung takes care of you.

by the end of it, your dad was inviting him back over—without you. “you should come over and we can workshop a course menu for the girls.”

heeseung grinned, promising to come back soon. you said your goodbyes and drove home. on the drive, you kissed your intertwined hands. “thanks for doing that.”

heeseung shook his head. “it’s no problem. i’m glad i got to talk to your parents.”

“nothing to worry about, right? they really like you,” you teased. “they even want you to marry me so they can trap you forever.”

heeseung hummed. he’d gladly be “trapped” by your parents if it meant calling you his wife. should he go ring shopping? he didn’t have money for that right now. maybe once he gets his return offer. he could at least scroll on through websites.

“good thing i already do wanna marry you.”

"Damnit..! I lost again" He let out a defeated sigh as he watches the 'GAME OVER' screen blinking at him in an almost mocking way.

The chat of his live stream went wild upon his fifth time losing on a game that he had been playing for hours by now and yet he still hasn't been able to beat it.

"Yeahhh, thanks a lot chat! those 'L's you're spamming are definitely helpful" Micha rolled his eyes at the countless mockery his viewer was sending him. He knew it was all jokes- or at least he hope it is.

Deciding that he needed a break from the game, he cracked open a can of soda and laid back against his chair, opting to interact more with his viewers.

He had only been streaming for a few months and had gained a pretty sizeable amount of viewer and fanbase.

Bloozzclues : You should check (insert your streamer name) out! They've beaten this game multiple time and have some useful tips you can use.

"(Y/S/Name)? I've heard of them before, saw a few of their speedruns. I never understand how they manage to get that luck based glitch to work! But thanks bloozz! i'll be sure to check them out after stream" Micha replied to one of the chat and moved on to the others.

Micha choked on his drink as he tries to contain his coughs. He almost spat out the soda onto his keyboard and it would've been a nightmare to clean it up.

Scrolling through the main page of the streaming website on his other monitor, lo and behold, the (Y/S/Name) was indeed watching his stream. Specifically, the parts where he lose to the same boss every. single. time.

He felt his cheeks reddened everytime he heard (Name) laughed or giggled at him. They wouldn't just laugh at him though, they would also insert in some advices for him to improve on which made him incredibly jittery with excitement.

(Y/S/Name) also known as (Name) has always been an inspirational figure of his when he first started streaming. To be acknowledged by his idol causes him to be so overwhelmed, he almost fainted from how fast his heart is beating.

The chimes of his subscription's notif brought him back to his senses, Micha's chats were going crazy from the streamer's trance like reaction to (Y/S/Name) stream.

Collecting what little composure he has anymore, Micha decided to end the stream under the guises of him being exhausted.

After saying goodbyes to his viewers, he clicked the end stream button. Alone with his thoughts, Micha switches the screen back onto your stream.

He knew from then on, his adoration for you had grown into something more. Something deadly and dangerous.

TXT Debut a Sparkling New Chapter — and Reveal Which Previous Era Their New Album Is a Throwback to (Exclusive)

PEOPLE spoke to Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai about making "The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY"

Tomorrow x Together's latest release is an evolution and a nostalgia play all at once.

The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY (out Monday, Nov. 4), is officially the start of a new era for the K-pop group's five members — Soobin, 23, Yeonjun, 25, Beomgyu, 23, Taehyun, 22, Hueningkai, 22 — who spoke to PEOPLE ahead of its release.

They're moving out of "The Name Chapter" — two albums that reveled in the freedom and occasional chaos of youthful indiscretions — and into "The Star Chapter." Represented by a bright, shining logo rebrand, it carries messages about finding true love and lasting happiness.

“To some extent, I think it really reflects us growing up,” says Hueningkai.

"In our past installments, it was more of those magical moments, like ‘Run away together with me,’ or something that could be a little bit less responsible," adds Taehyun. "But this time around, it's romantic, but in a sense that it's grounded and more realistic.”

Sonically, SANCTUARY has a sweetness that recalls some of the group’s earliest releases.

"I think you're spot on about talking about how you thought of The Dream Chapter when listening to this album," Huengingkai confirmed while discussing their influences with PEOPLE in October. "It's something new, but it's something that also provokes nostalgia as well," he adds.

The lead single, "Over the Moon," is dreamy pop but includes some very grown-up themes with lyrics about living under one roof and planning for the future. Other tracks, like "Danger" tip into funky Bruno Mars-like territory, or in the case of "Forty One Winks," more upbeat R&B.

While there's no real rock or pop punk moments (something they've leaned into with great success in the past with songs like "LO$ER=LO♡ER"), "Higher than Heaven" does have a romping pop-rock bent.

The album's sound isn't just a reflection of the group's shifting tastes. “We have this big narrative that overarches every installment in our musical journey," Hueningkai explains.

Their discography, and the larger lore of the group, incorporates a sprawling fictional backstory that can feel intimidatingly complex for the casual fan. But the themes — the pains of growing up, the reality of facing adulthood, and the heartbreak that so often goes along with it — are universal enough that they come through easily in their earworm singles.

While TXT has shared in the past that their music is often informed by personal experience, they often keep a distance from speaking about their own relationships, instead telling the song's stories of crushes or lost loves as the tales of a “boy” (representing all and none of them) directed at “you,” an embodiment of their fans.

Explaining the meaning of their latest album, for example, Beomgyu says, “It’s a chapter where the boy finally recovers his name and remembers the promise he made with you. And they finally reunite in this album. So it's the rejoicing that they all feel with this reunion.” 

All five members wrote lyrics and music on SANCTUARY, something they've been increasingly passionate about over the six years since their debut.

Taehyun admits to doing most of his writing in the car and on planes, amid their busy schedules. They still find space for collaboration though. "We tend to work separately on lyrics, but when we get stuck, we ask for help from the other members," says Soobin.

Seemingly non-stop promotions can be draining, but they're candid about how they keep their minds and bodies healthy. "Sleeping well is the best thing you can do for yourself," says Beomgyu. Adds Soobin, "We eat a lot of supplements, too, and try to work out a lot so that we can stay healthy and keep up our stamina."

That work ethic has gained them a mountain of accolades in relatively short career.

In 2023, they headlined Lollapalooza in Chicago, then performed at the VMAS in New York, where they also took home the award for Push Performance. Their last album debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, making them only the second K-pop group to enter the chart 10 times, with the only other being their label mates BTS.

Asked if that sort of accomplishment is exciting or intimidating, Yeonjun explains, "We feel both. We feel both elated, and also we feel a sense of responsibility. And I think both are needed, because only when we feel that responsibility can we grow as artists and evolve as artists. So because so many people are giving us love and support, It's our duty to grow and evolve, and show new sides of ourselves as artists."

Adds Taehyun, "We are eternally grateful to Global MOA who always provide us with a lot of love and support. And with this album and the albums going forward, we're going to pay back to them by providing really good music and performances."

˖♬୭ speaking of which, she made sure that she left a good impression with your parents the moment she met them, or atleast tried. she was so nervous to meet them, especially with the whole language barrier thing, but she was quick to call your parents her suegros, taking them by surprise at first but they quickly grew to like her.

˖♬୭ she adores your mom, always offering to help out in the kitchen even if she has no idea what to do. she has a low spice tolerance, but you best believe she's trying the mole when your mom asks her to taste it.

"esta.. muy bueno..!" she'd say, sniffling as she leans onto your side and offers your mom a smile. you'd tease her about it later, and she'd reply with a 'it wasn't that spicy."

˖♬୭ she likes the Carne asadas your family has now and then, finding the music, food, and just the amount of family being there comforting. she didn't have much of a sense of community other than joel growing up so it was something she welcomed once the two of you became serious and she spent more time with your family.

˖♬୭ You'll either find her running around playing with the kids or joining the men playing pirinola or with the tias in loteria. If she happens to win, she'll run up to you, a cheeky grin on her face as she wraps an arm around your shoulders.

˖♬୭ she found it an honor the first time she got to be in charge of the piñata. though she made it easy on the little kids so that they could hit it, she didn't hesitate to pull the piñata out of reach for the big kids when it was their turn.

˖♬୭ The first time you brought ellie to a quienceañera she was stunned, in a good way of course. Again, she was in awe of how everyone played a part in making it happen, and would definitely ask you all about yours as she wished she had met you sooner so that she could have been a part of it.

Ellie didn't know how to dance, not being able to do much more than sway to the rhythm, so when she saw the way you looked at the dance floor, she tried her best to push you to go even if it was without her. she really didn't want to embarrass herself in front of your family, and she didn't want to hold you back, but you were too stubborn to leave her.

it all started with subtle and soft touches. taerae found himself yearning to become closer and closer to you. he noticed how he would think about you more often and he would smile to himself whenever he received a notification with your name on his phone. he didn’t think much about it at first, considering that it was just because he cared for you a lot, as a best friend.

but then his mind would get completely clouded when you’re with him. his heart beating faster and faster when your thigh would slightly press against his. when your fingers would graze his neckline and when your lips would be ridiculously close to his ear at night. taerae thought he was starting to go crazy, his crush on his best friend becoming so intense that it would actually distract him in his daily life. so one day he decides to let you know, through small actions at first to test the waters, in hope that you’d feel the same.

it was getting late but taerae and you were still outside in his backyard. he had begged the rest of the friend group to find a way to spend the evening alone with you while they went partying and taerae was both happy and flustered when he noticed that you didn’t take any second guesses on the situation. bottles were almost emptied after taerae and you played several games. it was getting a bit chilly outside so taerae had draped a blanket over his legs and yours. and as the night grows darker, you subconsciously throw a leg over his, looking for some warmth. taerae twitches in his seat and clears his throat, clearly embarrassed about how this small action had such an effect on him.

he uses the slight breeze outside as an excuse to slide his hands under the blanket and draw patterns on the skin just above your knee. he studies your reaction from the corner of his eye, a red color prominent on his cheeks. "i am so sleepy" you turn around which makes taerae immediately averts his eyes from you. "are you not sleepy, rae?" you settle your face on his shoulder and look at his face from under. the boy starts sweating, his back becoming completely straight and his tight fists resting on his thighs.

rae?? the nickname made him scream internally. was this a hint of flirting, was it pure friendship? should he make a move or should he wait for you? should he risk a confession and possibly ruin your friendship? "what’s up with you today?" you suddenly sit up and watch beads of sweat roll down the side of his face. "do you have a fever, rae?" you softly grab his jaw to make him look at you and his eyes widen as you place your cold hands on his forehead first then on his cheek. "i-i i’m fine, leave me alone" he stutters as he stands up and walks to the door. "but you’re red, let me take care of you" his legs almost give out and his heart was jumping out of his chest. "i…’ll… just! rest!! that’s fine" he tries to act composed but he struggles at even putting the key in the hole.

"rae, don’t be reckless. best friends need to take care of each other" you wrap your arms around his waist but taerae grabs your wrists right away, turning around to face you. his grip softens as he tries to calm himself down "never have i wanted to be your best friend." he says, much more serious than he was before. tears start to poll in your eyes, clearly hurt by his words but before they even start to roll down your cheeks, taerae speaks up. "i’ve liked you every since i’ve known you and i’ve always wished we could be more than best friends" he stutters a few times and avoids eye contact with you, his hearts immediately beating faster again.

"sorry for being too oblivious" you look at him with soft eyes and chuckle, finally realising that all of his actions was him trying(?) to flirt. taerae finally locks eyes with you, blushing at how they shine under the moonlight. "can i kiss you? i also want us to be more than friends" you blurt out. "i mean. i’d like it but. i guess if that makes you comfortable. i mean. we don’t have to do it! you don’t have to do it to make me happy-" taerae starts to rant as you lean in. "you’re a loser" you giggle before pressing your lips against his.

TXT (Thoughts on title tracks) Energy Reading

So, the first card I wanted to pull is how they feel about their songs as a whole. The card they got was the 3 of wands. In this deck, I have keywords on it. The keyword that called to me was lack of effort, so not sure if they feel they can't put in the effort, or they as the company don't put in a lot of effort in the music. I also am getting waiting for their moment to come, and it is a long journey to where they want to be musically, I feel. Okay, not let's go into each song, so I did all their title tracks. I also added their 2 english songs, because I was curious what they thought of that.

어느날 머리에서 뿔이 자랐다 (CROWN) (7 of Wands)-It seems they felt they were up against a lot with this debut song. I guess that makes sense. There were worries on how they would do. It feels there were lots of obstacles in their way. It was like they were playing defense, weird, not sure what that means, but I guess being BTS' brother group. I can feel their tension, it was like up against a lot of odds here. Interesting.

9와 4분의 3 승강장에서 너를 기다려 (Run Away) (The Wheel)-This is like the WOF in the original tarot. They saw movement, a positive change happening with this song. They felt much better with this song. Wait, was this the one where there was a delay between comebacks? I remember there being a comeback where there was a delay, feels like it was this one, anyway, this song feels like a fresh new start for them, a sense of relief from the setbacks they had in the past.

 세계가 불타버린 밤, 우린... (Can’t You See Me?) (Transformation)-This card is similar to the Tower card. Umm, this song brought some significant changes to their lives, kind of a break down in what they have known, or what they have done in the past. Lots of changes happening with this track. I am hearing, some sort of reformation, had to look that up, which means changing old systems, which is weird, like what old systems did they change though? This is interesting. I know they had difficult time with song, because I remember the members saying so on interviews, so these changes may have been the reason, not sure why though, or what changes they were. I also have a headache doing this one, so pretty sure this one was stressful for them mentally.

5시 53분의 하늘에서 발견한 너와 나 (Blue Hour) (Knight of Cups)-Lol okay, this is an interesting card to get for this song. I don't necessarily see romance with this song, but maybe it means they poured their hearts into this one, or this song just showed a softer, loving side to them. They felt this brought in fans, this showcased their charms in ways the others didn't. I can see them liking this one, it is like there is an emotional investment into this one. It is kind of like did they have to show more emotions or a romantic side to this one, really? I mean, I guess I can see that. This one isn't one of my favorite title tracks, so I don't remember it too much, but yeah, I can see the romantic and love undertones to this one.

(투모로우바이투게더) – 0X1=LOVESONG (3 of Pentacles)-Hmm, not sure I remember if they wrote and participated in this song, but this card gives me that. It seems they are proud of this one, like their hard work paid off, or they are getting recognition for their work. They may feel they crafted something great here. The message on the deck, recognition for the highest quality of work sticks out to me, like the quality of this song sticks out to them, they think musically this is one is one of their best works. I do remember this song being recognized as one of the best, I think it was number one on one music list of Kpop songs that year, so makes sense.

LO$ER=LO♡ER (The High Priestess)-Okay, this is my favorite TT track from them, but what is this!? What do they mean by this card?! All I kept saying is what! when I saw this card, like wtf. Umm, it was like they were hidden with this song, why do I hear, hidden gifts? I don't know, they may have done a lot of inner work with this, or lots of behind the scenes with this one. Were they not that active with this one?, did they have to keep a mystery look with this one? Ya'll I am confused, moving on.

Good Boy Gone Bad (The Emperor)-Why did this make me laugh when I see this, it is like boys will be boys. This song definitely showed their tough and masculine side, and they like it. Lol I shouldn't be surprised by this. This gives me, this song showed their masculinity and power in some ways. Did they have some control with this one? Not sure why I am getting that but moving on. I feel this one is straightforward.

Sugar Rush Ride (Queen of Wands)-This seems like their favorite, their darling. This is the only card that flipped/flew out enthusiastically. I knew once it did that, they got a lot of love for this song. Another one that shows their fire and charm. They feel really passionate about this one. They felt they really shined with this one. I believe this is one, if not, one of their biggest title tracks. They just feel really powerful performing this one. Also, this shows a seductive side to them, which we can see with that song. The QOW's energy can be that way. I am getting, this is my time to shine, it is like this was their time to shine.

Chasing That Feeling (Knight of Pentacles)-I wasn't expecting much from this one, so not surprised by this card, had to laugh when I saw this card though. I like they keyword apprehensive on the card, like yeah, I don't know about this one man lol Yeah I mean, they put in the work for this one, they weren't passionate or enthusiastic about this one tbh. It kept them going, lol why did I get, but at what cost lol, my god, the messages I get here has me laughing. They did the song, it did its thing, but yeah, I don't think this song was it for them. Moving on.

Deja Vu (3 of Swords)- I was nervous about this one, since I really like this one, up there with Loser Lover, at first, I was like what! Why 3 of Swords! I feel they would feel connected to this one and like it. I believe it was one of their best tracks, anyway, end of tangent. I think the 3 of Swords means, that this song may have been therapeutic for them, or they felt connected to the song lyrics. So, had to read the lyrics, because I pay more attention to the sound, than the lyrics lol and yeah, it is a sad love song, so this song may trigger those sad feelings, or they muse with that sad energy when they perform this song or think about that song. I don't know, but I feel most of them relate to this song. It is like when I think of the 3 of swords, it is like communicating your hurt, this is their form of doing so.

Do It Like That (5 of Pentacles)-Lol this is too funny. Umm, don't think they like this one at all. But also, some dark undertones here as well, there is a message in this card, that is calling to me, which is 'fears surrounding money, call for others for assistance.' So, like did they just do this because of money concerns, and this would help with that?, weird. Actually, this could be for the Jonas Brothers, or the producer they were working with, wasn't it Ryan Tedder?, maybe they were helping them out, since they needed the money from this, that might make more sense. Interesting sh**. I don't think they really cared for this one, it was kind of like an obligation for them to do it to be honest.

Back for More (Queen of Swords)-Bruh, not sure what Anitta sign is, but this feels like her, her presence is strong here. Okay, I see she is an Aries, but still feel like this can be her. Okay, getting a lot of different things here, on one end they liked her witty, funny, humorous energy, on the other end they may have not liked her judgmental, critical, or matter of fact energy as well, they also felt this was a smart move to do this song and collab, but I don't see any emotional investment here. I also don't think they still have any contact with one another now, it is very matter of fact, straightforward here, it is like we did this, that is great, moving on. This was like a smart investment.

Oh, very interesting. I like these readings! Going to do Enhypen next and see what I get here, but this was fun! Definitely want to venture into more groups after my faves.

Tomorrow X Together concludes tour with fun, fiery PH concert

MANILA — The production for Tomorrow X Together’s (TXT) recent concert at the Philippine Arena was nothing short of grand. Pyrotechnics, bursts of confetti and eye-catching backdrops complemented the song-and-dance numbers for a potent feast for the senses.

But more than these embellishments, it was the lighthearted interactions shared by the K-pop stars and their fans that made the concert a truly unforgettable experience.

Donning princely costumes, Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai kicked off the evening — the final show for their second world tour “Act: Sweet Mirage” — with a “dance break version” of the euphoric disco single “Blue Hour.” The boys spared no time in getting close to the fans, moving towards the B-stage halfway through the song.

“We’re so happy we can spend time with MOA in Bulacan this year following last year’s concert in Manila. Na-miss namin kayo (We missed you),” Beomgyu said, drawing loud cheers from fans called MOA.

He was referring to TXT’s two-night concert at the Mall of Asia Arena last October 2022, which also marked the final stop of the group’s first tour “Act: Lovesick.”

The 26-piece setlist for “Act: Sweet Mirage” incorporated songs that the boys performed in “Act: Lovesick,” but also drew from TXT’s extensive catalog to include newer performances. It also covered all of the tracks from the extended play “The Name Chapter: Temptation,” the group’s only Korean release in between the two world tours.

After removing their tops onstage to reveal more casual and colorful shirts, the boys continued to dish out fun and catchy tracks, such as “No Rules,” “Cat & Dog” and “9 And Three Quarters (Run Away).”

The group also brought angsty punk and pop-rock offerings “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You),” “LO$ER=LO♡ER,” and “Dear Sputnik,” and boasted its members’ dreamy vocals in “Anti-Romantic.”

In the genre-shifting “Eternally” — which remained a concert highlight in “Act: Sweet Mirage” despite having been performed in the previous tour — white and blue lights surrounded the boys as they delivered the soothing verses. But the moment the song swerves into its throbbing electro sections, the scene turned just as menacing, amplified by red lights and flames bursting from the stage’s front.

Filipino fans were also treated to a performance of “Do It Like That,” the group’s collaboration single with the Jonas Brothers released just last month.

During the encore, the quintet sang “Blue Spring,” an unreleased song dedicated to MOAs, and capped the show with a surprise performance of fan song “MOA Diary.”

The Philippine leg of “Act: Sweet Mirage” — which ran for more than three hours and was produced by Live Nation Philippines — was also a testament of TXT’s growth as entertainers. Compared to the previous concert, the members seemed more confident onstage, not only in their performances but also through their interactions with the crowd.

Concerts have always been a way for K-pop stars to strengthen their bonds with their dedicated fan bases and TXT’s show was no different, featuring engaging talk segments that displayed the boys’ cute and goofy sides.

After “Cat & Dog,” which had the crowd barking, the members gave their own canine impressions. They later whipped out their lightsticks and each took turns in leading the audience to doing playful movements.

Before performing “Happy Fools,” the group also taught the song’s choreography and asked audience members to do the dance challenge, which were flashed on the venue’s big screens.

The Bulacan show also took place a day (or just mere hours) before Huening Kai marked his 21st birthday. As a surprise, the crowd chanted his name during “Dear Sputnik” and joined his bandmates in singing to him near the end of the concert.

“Actually, it’s on my wishlist, to have my birthday and concert happen on the same day,” Huening Kai said.

‘Beautiful’ last concert

As the night drew to a close, the boys thanked fans for making the final stop of their tour a memorable one. “Thank you so much for decorating our last concert this beautifully and to the point that we were able to finish this concert very well,” Yeonjun said.

“Last year, we were able to receive a lot of comfort and love from you guys. I’m so thankful that even today as well, you were able to give us a lot of comfort and love,” Beomgyu said.

Taehyun said the local crowd was “the best [in] singing, dancing, cheering and screaming for us,” adding that he was already looking forward to the group’s next performance in the country.

“‘Act: Sweet Mirage’ in Bulacan ends here but we will come back [for] MOA again to show you how much we have grown with the love that we received so please wait for us,” Soobin said.
