Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Alex Pangburn is now the director of curation for the RiNo Art District in Denver. Pangburn has an animal science degree and her work focuses on local flora and fauna, raising awareness of their presence wherever she's painting. She has now completed more than 50 murals. In 2019 Alex was back in Lexington for the local PRHBTN festival and painted this fox and Kentucky Warbler on the side of Jefferson Street Coffee at Jefferson and W 5th Streets.

I won’t be going into @xcessevansville tonight after all. I’ve still had the flu aches & pains, been sleeping all day & now I am have pains in my right ear. Like, wtf is next?I fear I wouldn’t make it through the night. ☹️ So I won’t be back in until November like I originally planned a month ago. I probably need to recoup still from whatever I’ve been dealing with. So far my medical tests have said I have extremely low iron & apparently I haven’t been getting enough protein in my diet. 😅 So much for eating plant based! But I’ll still steer clear of the dairy for my stomach’s sake. Any recommendations on dairy free protein shakes?
