What if there was a Borderlands cartoon instead of a movie? Here's my take on it, I drew some "fake screenshots" showing what it could've been. And there is a hidden frog in there 🐸 It's also my AU stuff mixed with canon, in case you were wondering.

Btw, the loader here is the Loader Bot from Tales. I was thinking how he's slowly started getting conscious, that's why he's looking at Jack like that. Generally speaking, I prefer older Borderlands games, so this art is my ode to them. Hope you like it

my idea was that rhys, for all his dumbass ideas, would have the good idea to use his gun-trained killer robot friend to help him test his wacky-ass no-aim-no-brain guns.

it's not strictly canon per-se but since LB isn't in BL3 or new tales that just means i can do whatever i want lol.

Tales from the Borderlands is a good game but I wanted more romance options. 10/10 though. This is the kind of story I wanted in future borderlands games. Looking at you borderlands 3.

Okay I've been thinking about this for weeks

In Tales, when you make the choice to go to Hollow Point, the chase with Athena ends when Loader Bot fuckin yeets her across town

The "stranger" immediately goes "that doesn't sound right....Loader Bots can't do that" to which Fiona basically just goes "you weren't there so shut up"

But

The Stranger IS Loader Bot. He WAS there.

I wanna know what ACTUALLY happened I'm so painfully curious. It was clearly one of her embellishments, but LB couldn't truly contest it without blowing his cover. So like....what happened there. Please I wanna know so bad.
