“For the Son of Man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” —Luke 19:10 (KJV)
“A Prayer for Loved Ones Far from God” By Debbie McDaniel:
“If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” —John 15:7
“As believers, we know where true hope is found. We’re incredibly grateful for the love and forgiveness of Christ. We’ve been set free; redeemed for His purposes. And yet, as most all of us know so very well, not everyone shares our desire to walk close and stay connected to God. Which often leaves us with an ache deep inside. The truth is: many are lost. Still wandering, searching, or drifting farther away from God. God reminds us again and again that prayer is powerful. Praying God’s Word over those we love is speaking His truth over their lives as it builds our own faith.
A Prayer for Friends and Loved Ones Who Are Far from God:
Dear God, We’re thankful that you know our hearts, you hear our prayers, and you care about all that concerns us. Thank you that you understand these burdens we carry and how we want, more than anything, to see our loved ones come to you. Help us to remember that you love them more than we ever could. And that you desire to extend your great love and forgiveness to the deepest part of their soul. We are forever grateful for your healing power, for your gift of mercy, and your message of hope.
Thank you Lord that nothing is too difficult for you. Thank you that your power is unlimited, and you came to set the captives free. Thank you that you wait, arms open, for the prodigal to return, that you look for his arrival to lavishly celebrate that he’s come home. We praise you for you are Redeemer and Rescuer, Savior and Lord. We know and believe that there’s no pit so deep that your love can’t reach us still. We understand that your mercies are new every morning, and your faithfulness is great.
Dear God, we ask that you would stop every plan of the enemy over those we love as we bring them before you right now. We pray that you demolish his schemes and that your plans for good, for a future and hope, would prevail. Please open up blind eyes that they might see your truth. We believe in you to rescue those walking in darkness, and to heal the deep wounds of all who have been hurt. We pray for the miraculous intervention of your Spirit to draw them to yourself, to work strongly on behalf of our loved ones who are lost and wandering. For you came with good news, to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for captives and release for the prisoners. Though we deserved penalty for our wrong, you stood in our place and took the blows on our behalf. You chose to die so that we can live forever, and we could be free.
Lord, forgive our unbelief. Please forgive the times we’ve doubted that you could ever change a distant heart. Forgive our hard-heartedness, our weariness, or forgetfulness to pray continually. And thank you God, that you never give up on us. Remind us again of how you’ve changed our own hearts; how your miracle of life and hope has sprung up deep within our souls. We love you Lord; we need you today and every day. We thank you that you hear our prayers and believe that you are at work even now. Powerfully. Faithfully. And miraculously. Doing what only You can do. Thank you again for the most wonderful gift of our Savior, God with us. Thank you for your great goodness and love.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.” 🙏

Are You Pointing to the Father?
Are You Pointing to the Father?
By Adrian Rogers “For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”  Luke 19:10 I heard of a tragic event. A father went to the hospital to pick up his newborn baby and wife. He left the automobile running with the keys in the car, and their three-year-old in the back seat. Read More

"THE IMPORTANCE OF UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE"
THE HOLY SPIRIT’S WORK IN JEREMIAH: God’s call and anointing upon Jeremiah’s life as a prophet began in the womb. God reveals to Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5 AMPC). This reveals that the…

Best part of Obi-Wan Kenobi series is definitely the little nods to the Original Trilogy, from Leia’s outfits and hairstyles to Luke’s toy skyhopper
Funniest part of this is that we see Luke fall unconscious in the Dune Sea twice, and both times Obi-Wan watches him with concern and is only really convinced of his wellbeing when he wakes up/makes noise, because Luke just doesn’t fucking breathe

Luke 14:26 KJV
If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
Matthew 19:29 KJV
And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.
Mark 10:29-30 KJV
And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,
But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
This is not someone who is selfless and only thinking of those he loves. Parents put their own needs, wishes and desires behind the needs of their children. They don’t make their own desires priority number one. It’s children who seek to have their needs met however they can; this makes sense for a helpless child, but not for an immortal demigod.
Jesus is explicitly clear: humans don’t matter. Not your wife, not your children, not even you. Nobody matters but Jesus, and his unquenchable thirst for adoration.
Screw everything important in this world. Feed his endless hunger for applause and praise, and he’ll reward you for leaving them to fend for themselves -- in first-century Middle East, no less.
This is a taker, not a giver. This is someone who wants what he wants, is willing to burn everything to get it, and won’t take no for an answer. The Jesus character is a narcissist and a sociopath. Which is in keeping with an insecure, needy deity who creates humans for the primary purpose of supplying worship and praise.
It’s a good thing all of this is complete fiction.

“For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.” —Luke 19:10 (NLT)
“No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.” —Romans 8:37 (NLT)
“But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.” —1 Corinthians 15:57 (NLT)
Friend, when you think you're losing the battle, you're not, because you already have victory through Jesus Christ. When Jesus came down to Earth and died on that Cross, sin and death were defeated; the battle was already won. Anything else is just the devil trying to convince you that he has any power. He doesn't. You have the power, through Jesus Christ, who came to save you.
When the battle gets too tough, remember that you are not battling alone and unarmed. God is with you (Deut 31:6). The Holy Spirit lives in you (1 Cor 3:16). Jesus is with you always (Matt 28:20). And Angels watch over you (Ps 91: 11-12). That's a whole lot of reinforcement, right there.
As if all that wasn't enough, God gave you all the armor and weapons you need (Eph 6:10-18) and this promise spoken by Jesus:
“And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”—Matthew 16:18‭-‬19 (ESV)
So you can't lose that battle. The devil might want you to think that you have lost, but through Jesus Christ every battle you face, including whatever battle you are fighting right now, were already won long before they ever began.
Brave soldier in Christ, keep fighting and ignore those lies of the enemy, because you will always have victory through Jesus Christ who loves you. Amen and Hallelujah! 🙌🙌🙌

the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost...
1 And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho.
2 And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich.
3 And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature.
4 And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that way.
5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.
6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.
8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

Revelation 6: The Second Seal
Reading about the second seal gives more context to the first seal, the first horse, and the first rider. If they are part of a set, then how does the first rider fit in? #Revelation6 #SecondHorseman #SecondSeal
A Fiery Red Horse Then, when He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Go, you!” And another horse, flame-colored, went out, and to the one sitting upon it was given to him to violently remove peace out of the world and in order that they would kill one another, then a great sword was given to him. Revelation 6:3-4 Reading about the second seal gives more context…
