Marvel Heroes’ Pets Pt 1

Tony: He’d either have a German Shepherd or some other athletic dog that would keep him active and/or a sassy but sweet Main Coon 

Steve: I think the obvious choice would be a Lab, but I see him as having a Bernese mountain dog and a corgi. (He loves both cats and horses, but can’t have either because of allergies. Strangely none of his teammates’ cats bother him.)

Clint: No one can replace Pizza Dog in my heart. But I could also picture Clint with a snake that he keeps around his neck when he’s just chillin. 

Bruce: It’s been established that Hulk loves animals, especially ones that he can cuddle. Bruce, on the other hand, is not much of an animal person, but he does have a couple fish that he watches when he’s feeling especially stressed.

Natasha: She claims to not like animals, but she has a Siamese cat that only comes out of hiding for her, Clint, and Steve.

Thor: He has a lot of pets back in Asgard, but he is no longer to keep them around the mansion since a baby dragon he found nearly burned the place down.

Sam: Like Pizza Dog, Redwing is iconic and I can’t picture Sam with a different pet. I do feel like he’d lowkey be both a dog and cat lover, but not enough to actually own one.

Bucky: He is 100% a cat person and has a Ragdoll and a mixed breed. It drives him crazy that they both love Nat more than him, especially because her cat absolutely loathes him.

Hank: The obvious one would be ants, but I think Hank is fascinated by all kinds of insects. Besides that, I could see him having a few dogs (mostly for Jan’s sake), like an Australian Shepherd and a Labradoodle.

AvAc - Tony and Steve putting their differences aside to save the Academy from Hydra

This is a very thoughtful ask and I feel bad that I only had to see the first three words to know my answer is essentially, "lmao nope." I'm sure these sorts of discussions do happen in meetings, but I don't have any plans to depict them in a serious way. Maybe some one-off gags or passing comments that allude to things you've mentioned, but I don't want to dwell too much on angsty topics. I particularly don't want to touch most Civil Wars because the debates are exhausting. I'm here for the goofy stuff like rocket skates, werewolves, dating gossip, and who can say the word "fuck."

Rather than Acts/Accords/etc, things that popped into my mind from your message are more like:

1) AA Tony and MA Tony discuss Ms. Marvel and the Inhumans. MCU Tony is like, "Miss Who and the WHAT humans?? 😑" To which 616 Tony pulls out the MCU timeline of movies and tv shows and tries to explain that actually Inhumans do exist in MCU Tony's reality. This mostly just serves to piss off MCU Tony, because he hates when 616 gets meta on him.

2) Some Tony somehow crosses paths with Civil Warrior Steve and compliments his armor. Steve bursts into tears, and Tony awkwardly edges away.

3) Whenever a Tony complains about having an argument with their Steve or vice versa, 3490 Tasha and Steve immediately suggest reconciliation sex. Tbh in my mind those two are super chillaxed compared to everyone else in their meetings because they're constantly in an afterglow. Their one canon panel of existence taken to the extreme for the lulz.

So yeah. Not much deep discussion happening in my head 😂

So I started reading Captian America comics mainly because of others saying that Steve in comics is better than MCU Steve and I was tired of yelling at MCU Steve.

I'm still yelling at 616 Steve. I love Ults Steve, love AA Steve, like 1872 Steve just fine. Early 616 Steve seems ok right now too.

I know why I constantly yell at MCU/616 Steve as well. I'm critical of 3 main reasons. His being the personified underdog, despite clearly being at top so often now, and the trope of the underdog does not fail that goes with it. This trope has truly sucked out any loss or consequences for Steve's actions. Even when Steve loses it's framed as a win, or he has lost/sacraficed nothing. His stubbornness is another thing, now most I don't mind it. But when his stubbornness and often pride gets in the way of a situation that actually needs compromise on, that's an issue. It's an issue that isn't discussed much or framed that he is in right, and that leads me to the top reason I yell at Steve.

His moral high horse. Steve is very often framed to be in the right or he thinks he is. And due to his reputation he is often unquestioned or challenged. Even when Steve deserves to be blamed and be held accountable as well he's not, and it's so often framed this way. If he apologizes for something he's done it's short, to the point. While the other character is left to go on a tangent for their apology and the next few issues that other character is stilling getting blame for the same thing while Steve is whistling show tunes.

Early 616 Steve doesn't seem to have this issue yet, which is refreshing. Ults doesn't hide Steve behind a moral high horse like 616 and MCU, which is very refreshing and probably why I got a little attached. AA and EMH don't hide him behind this either but it just might be toned down for kid's showes.

Now don't get me wrong I do like Steve, but I think he works a lot better when he has someone to play off of, or in a group dynamic like the Avengers where someone will call him out on his shit. Often it is Tony, those two play marvelous off of one another, but at this point I believe that's what everyone in universe and out of kind of expects. They expect Tony to be the one to put Steve in check when he needs it and vice versa. They're an iconic duo all through out the multiverse.

I don't know maybe I like fandom Steve the best. Especially since they've been able to update his character in a way that Marvel has yet too.

Okay I'm completely new to comics (I'm mostly just here for the fandom tbh) so treat this like that. Could you explain the different marvel universes and which one's which? I know mcu (that's where I joined the fandom) and 616, ultimates and noir to a point, because of fics. (the goal here is to read more fics and understand the setting xd)

emh/earth-8096 - universe of the animated tv show avengers: earth’s mightiest heroes, mainly based off of 616 (if you dont have disney+ you can download it here)

aa/earth-12041 - universe of the animated tv show avengers assemble. well known for literally being an animated mcu-avengers-as-family fic (if you dont have disney+ you can download it here)

avac/earth-TRN562 - universe of the game avengers academy (but you can’t play it bc it shut down a year ago), where most of everyone is a student (and i think nick fury is the principal ??). also i just watched the trailer for this and it’s actually really cute???

1872 - various marvel characters live in a western town called Timely in 1872. steve is the sheriff, tony is the blacksmith, and bruce is the town doctor. this universe only appears in the marvel 1872 comic 

noir/earth-90214 - essentially, peter parker is an edgy detective man and tony stark is indiana jones. the time period is around the time of world war 2 (it’s one of my personal favorite universes tbh)

earth-65 - universe where gwen stacy got bit by the spider instead of peter parker (in 616, gwen was peter’s first girlfriend and died really early on). also matt murdock is a villain and goes by “murderdock” which i think is super cool

aniverse/earth-8311 - universe where everyone is an anthropomorphic animal (spider-ham, iron mouse, captain americat, etc)

marvel adventures/earth-20051 - comics universe targeted towards kids which is why everything is fairly wholesome compared to the other marvel universes (hulk has a litter of cats he takes care of in his free time)

earth-3490 - the infamous universe that appeared in like one panel in a fantastic four comic where the superhuman registry conflict/civil war was averted by steve and natasha stark getting married

If anyone don't know 616 is the prime universe which is like the main universe for marvel comics. I'm quite critical towards MCU and their fucked up story arcs of my all time favourite characters. So ya lil warnings I wanna give about me regarding mcu. Because fuck MCU.

Loves EMH, AA AND Heroes United. Into superior Ironman (White suit is awesome don't @ me). Also liked secret empire (though I was on the edge while reading it). I LOVE (more like obsessed with) Hawkeye - life as weapon and Hawkeye - Little Hits. I also want to recommend, that is if anyone even want to read, Tales of suspense - Hawkeye and winter soldier (which takes place after secret empire), Loki - The God who fell to earth, Ultimates, Avengers Prime, Capitan American and Ironman: Night in Madripoor, Hawkeye vs Deadpool, Avengers Endless war time, The Avengers (2010 - 2012) by Brain Michael Bendis, definitely Secret Empire (2017). (Will add more in the future), Hawkeye : Freefall is in my wish list.

SUPERNATURAL [ 𝗠 ] 一 Everything about sam / dean and the about the show. I ship sam and dean (wincest shipper). Yes! You have problem with it gtfo of my blog and if want to ask the all time question of "why" I ship it then look ─ HERE. Also which is only a fictional ship to me. I treat their Canon relationship as a pure platonic love which in my opinion goes beyond hevean and hell. I love them so much, both the characters and also the actors that played the said characters. Look at THIS and tell me they're NORMAL!!

BL series 一 As for the bl series, you won't find much here. I'm sorry to disappoint you on that. My fav bl series are sotus, sotus s, together with me, together with me (next chapter), tharntype, 2gether, still 2gether, my engineer (kingram and mekboss).
