I have been a pack a day smoker for the last ten years and I am 40. I did not smoke in my twenties. I take a megafood brand multivitamin. I eat oatmeal for breakfast. I have eaten meat at every meal almost exclusively for the last 20 years, really, 40 years. I have schizophrenia and Tardive Dyskinesia and asthma.
With that in mind, I have quit smoking cigarettes and eating animal products except eggs. What vegan foods and spices I need to eat for my brain and lungs, and heart and to prevent stroke and cancer? What lifestyle choices including brain exercises, body exercises, other brain body connection exercises like mediation should I pursue? What of those things do I need to eat not to age? Focus on lung and brain and heart health but include longevity as a factor, common disease, preventing stroke and cancer and bladder health. Why are those foods and things good for me ?What supplements or herbs should I take? Be comprehensive. Include longevity as a goal to the entire thing, my life goal is to survive to be 77 when Halley's comet comes again. Smoking is bad for your bladder as well as your entire body so include foods good for bladder health and include mushrooms and types of mushrooms, Mention a rowing machine and why that specifically is good for you. Focus on best practices and assume the readers knows nothing about food science.
