Things we wish were in the SW series:

Develop Super Wings's Hall of Fame, their motives, their achievements, their powers and abilities.

That characters like Bello, Todd, Neo or any disposable character have more prominence and importance in the work.

Tell the SW's complete biography, including official date of birth, relationship and age.

That the Series had some Spin-off telling more about the characters, like a Spin-off about Grand Albert's past

Portray more important issues in the series, such as inequality, prejudice or even racism, in addition to returning to moral lessons

Increase the age range of the series to a younger audience, or make a more mature spin-off to appeal to older audiences, without removing the free rating.

Make an episode focused on the SW Trinity (Jett, Tino and Grand Albert), fighting together and saving the day from an enemy that has wreaked havoc across all Timelines.

Put some super wings in the hall of fame, like Poppa Wheels, Megamon and others

Have more episodes of the Trio Bello, Todd and Grand Albert, THIS TRIO DESERVES MORE EPISODES

Deepen the family relationships between the members, as several did not have development as family members of some super wings. Ex: Ellie and Grand Albert, because in the series, especially in S9, with the double episode about Jimbo's retirement and the two extra episodes, in which they did not exchange ONE WORD or action that developed their relationship. I understand that Ellie doesn't depend on Grand Albert, but at least improve the dynamic between the two.

Talk more about the past of the Super Wings, for example Jett, how did he get this motivation to be a Super Wing? What were his parents like? Or, talk about the past of more characters who deserved it, like Grand Albert himself, exploring and explaining his motivations.

Canonizing family relationships between members. Ex: Poppa Wheels is canonically the father of Donnie, Scoop, and Remi.

May there be a much better Super Wings movie in the future, with a better story, characters that didn't appear, making their presence felt, like Grand Albert, Bello and others.

Being musical, important members would have solo music, teams would have music together.

• There could be more different Super Wings, a Super Wing with arts skills, different skills than any other Super Wing, or a Super Wing from another country, like Super Wing Latino American.

The Animal Team: Super Wing with animal skin, like Bello having Zebra stripes, or a Super Wing being represented by a different animal, like a Super Wing with Armadillo powers, or Bird powers, like eagle

Megamon is an ancient Super Wings who accomplished various missions since a hanfull of time.

Question do you think this should have made it into the cannon of Digimon?

Well that's a callback.

TBH the design here feels more like one of megamon's robot master powerups than a digimon fusion or alt form.

So while I'm fine with the concept, I feel liek to canonize into digimon it needs to be a bit less straightforward and/or a bit more extra.

In order from left to right:

Megamon: MegaGammamon's base evolution. A fast striker with the special move MegaBuster. Megamon will switch between the two busters in battle, although he favours the right buster. The backpack he wears stores his energy like a battery, and will show when it's low, although Megamon cannot see it himself. His Tamer must make the call of when he cannot battle because of that.

EksMegamon: A branched flight evolution. EksMegamon, while not the fastest in the sky, is the most agile. He uses bursts of speed, slashing down enemies with his BusterClaw attack. He will also kick opponents with the jets on his feet.

StyleMegamon: A branched battle evolution. While the other two evolutions use speed and agility to their advantage, StyleMegamon doesn't have that luxury. Instead, he relies on tanking attacks with the shields all over his body, and firing back with his HeavyBuster attack. The cannons on his arms are so heavy that StyleMegamon cannot hold them up for too long.

focus? in THIS adhd economy? sir, we are in recession. ash tends to operate in vaguely unfocused chaos. having said that, if the stars align just right, he can be just as single-mindedly determined. it all depends on the circumstances, no? if the stakes are high enough, nothing can wrench ash's focus away. his focus is largely steered by his emotions, so if something has him feeling some sort of way—good or bad—he's keeping sights on it. on the other hand, the lower stakes stuff? friendly exhibition matches? remembering what time he put the brisket on the grill? dialling in on a particularly difficult megamon hunter boss? ain't nothing a little caffeine and a shot of whiskey can't sort out. the latter goes double for focusing on heavy socialising. and if he needs to tear himself away from brewing anxiety and focus on this present moment, that fat rat at his side doesn't have to pay rent for a reason; a sharp thundershock and a cold flannel has snapped ash out of unfocused madness on more occasions than he can recall.

(Digi-anon) Wouldn't it be strange for a rookie Digimon to look human though? The only rookie form I can think of that looks really human is Tinkermon. What if the the NetNavis were variants of pre-existing Digimon? Like, what if Roll was a Cutemon, but was called RollCutemon, and had ribbons instead of a scarf and Navimarks in place of the headphones? It could be the same way Tai has an Agumon but Damon has an Agumon too, although he has different traits than Tai's.

I was taking a bit of inspiration from the end of Adventure 02, where everybody has a Digimon. So everybody has a D-PET, and a Digimon partner. The NetOfficials are the only people allowed into the Digital world, and tournaments are a thing. It would be interesting for Hub to be a Digimon all his own because of his human origins, but slowly look more like Lan as he Digivolves. And maybe the Battle Chip system can be replaced with the card system from Tamers. Then Lan gets into the Digital world for whatever reason and messes things up. (For the bad guys.) You're right about the name 'Megamon' though What about Rokumon, StyleRokumon (style changes) MegaRokumon, (Full Synchro) and HubRokumon (Perfect Synchro/Biomerge)?

Those aren't bad ideas, Anon. You really put a lot of thought, and I like that.

When thinking about my concept stuff I did think, "Well humanoid rookies aren't really a norm..." and that's kinda when I thought, "This feels more like another AU but with Digimon elements," so I'll give it to you there. Like I mentioned before, that was just stuff I thought of in the span of 15 minutes last night while I was exhausted from a hard work day

I did think the rookie forms could be little robot-type digimon...but then my brain was like, "You're thinking of Metabots, dingus!"

I also thought of Cutemon as Roll, but whenever I think about how that would be Roll's default and how she'll be represented mostly to the audience, it felt kinda weird to me (for reasons I can't really explain because with the Pokemon AU she's a misdreavus/mismagius so it's the same concept, but it's different I just don't know how to explain why it's different jdkfjdkf)

I will say, calling Hub/Megaman "Rokumon" is really good. I wish I thought of that (instead of trying to get around using the name "Rockmon" without being associated with the lesser Rockmon...)

NEW IDEAS FOR THE DIGIFORMERS AU (cos I keep changing stuff for it and currently the only character arcs that are set in stone are Sky, Star, Soundwave and Jazz)

So... rather than Optimus being a digimon I was thinking of making him one of the Digidestined. He carries the crest of Hope cos I can’t think of a better trait to embody OP.

His digimon used to be Megamon (who I sort of have been imagining as a BlackAgumon in his rookie form). Optimus was one of the first kids ever to travel to the Digital World and he’s been there the longest (and thus got the nickname of being ‘the Prime kid’).

The two of them were perfect partners but eventually Megamon started to change, becoming more obsessed with power and eventually turning evil (oh noes! I still have to figure out the details maybe I’ll make Unicron the final villain and he affected Megs). After that point Optimus left and took a Bumblebeemon as his partner instead, probably rescuing him after Megamon attacked a Beemon village.

Since Optimus left Megamon has never been able to reach the same level of power. However, he still keeps searching out ways he can get to the higher levels again, but now tries to recruit new human partners to join with him to reach the same levels of power.

Jimbo and Grand Albert: A lasting friendship

After I watched the Jimbo's Wedding episode in S9, one of the moments that caught my attention the most was the brief story of friendship between Jimbo and Grand Albert, making me reflect on this, showing that it has been a solid friendship for many, many years.

In the episode, after Taki says that Jimbo's bride has not yet arrived to begin the ceremony, Grand Albert takes over and begins to tell a little about Jimbo's story and how they both met, building a great friendship.

Grand Albert says that he met Jimbo as a child and that he said that the future captain was somewhat peculiar and that he liked to play pranks, showing that he was a hyperactive child (showing that he wanted to live an adventure, explaining about his departure from the Airport during the some seasons to be able to live his adventures).

Grand Albert is also an adventurer who always travels the world and I theorize that they both have traveled together, where both of them did not do this just once, but several times and I dare go so far as to say that Jimbo began to think about traveling around the world, Inspired by the travel stories Grand Albert told when Jimbo was younger.

Another point is that Grand Albert probably followed his entire childhood, adolescence, his inauguration as captain of World Airport and also as we saw in S9, his farewell party and his wedding, as we saw later, Even though he was always traveling, Grand Albert always had time to be with his friend, just as he does now with the current generation, visiting his friends like Dizzy, Donnie, Jerome, Jett and others.

I also theorize that Grand Albert and Megamon may have a long friendship as well, as in the theory made by @worldairportwonders where states that the two probably already knew each other, due to the fact that Grand Albert does not have the same reaction as the other Super Wings (Including Jimbo himself), but I go a little deeper, saying that they both had a great friendship and respect for each other.

I also theorize that in addition to Grand Albert following Jimbo's entire life, it is likely that he also followed him throughout Sky's childhood, adolescence and her arrival at World Airport.

Jimbo and Grand Albert certainly have one of the longest-lasting friendships in the cartoon, having been friends for years and years, always loyal and respectful to each other, besides, of course, lots of adventures and fun between the two.

I sincerely wanted to see more of this friendship and develop this generation of Jimbo, Grand Albert and Megamon, I really wanted it to be developed like Tino's generation was in S8/S9.
