This pose cracked me up. It's called "What's your damage?" I couldn't figure out what to do with Val's hand. Initially I thought she was supposed to also have a cigarette, but the fingers were too spread out. Possibly no one else figured it out either, because I looked at the mod page to see what other people else did, and well, not many people used the pose.
