I have now turned the Majestic Rep Ride The Cyclone Cast into both Stardew Valley characters as well as Legos. This is how I have spent my weekend. No further questions.

Had my first MRT (brain scan) today but I am a bit claustrophobic 💀 My therapist prepared me well for it tho. Explained everything and even offered an anxiety pill but I wanted to try without. Also she recommended me to close my eyes before I get shoved in the tube.
I opened my eyes one second inside and went nope. Eyes need to stay closed 💀 Bet I will get nightmares of this.
Anyways, had a few minutes anxiety going. And then asked myself "do you want to stay these 8 minutes in here with anxiety or try to do something about it??" And the only logical thing that came to me was going into my "mind place". AND IT WORKED!
It's a method a former therapist taught me for exam anxiety... which didn't help at all in the exam situation...
You have to imagine a place for yourself where you would want to hang out and feel comfortable and save. You do that before you get into an anxiety moment. Try to make it as vivid as possible in your mind, mentally sit in there for a while already to get used to it. This is now your very own place where you can do whatever and make it look whatever you want.
For me it's a misty cliffside with a lighthouse, the sea is filled with high but slow waves (little connection to a breathing method I also use sometimes... breathing in the rhythm of slow waves)
Yea and the point is to mentally go there in high anxiety moments. But I think it only helps if you are in a situation where you can close your eyes.
---
When I calmed down I actually kinda liked the MRT sounds! Very stimmy, even scan and clicking sounds. That's almost like those binaural sounds you can find online... just so much louder and more intense.... Still feelt like a brain massage. lol. I would like MRT more if it was just that without the part where you have to be fixated and pushed into a small tube 💀
BUT also I take anxiety meds since a few days generally. And I feel that they muffle my anxiety symptoms a bit. I don't wanna know how high my anxiety would have been in the beginning if I didn't had those already in my system.

The person who released the Evil Genius. It was inspired loosely by the clothing eccentricity of @kanyewest @pharrell as well as other rappers back in 2016… and Mr T!! The producer wanted him to be voiced by Maitre Gims in France. The project, developed with the French studio @watchnextmedia was a new vision of the Aladdin myth and the 1001 nights tale. It was never sold unfortunately. So I can share with you the making of a visual development for a series! :-) #characterdesign #visdev #visualdevelopment #btod #bertrandtodesco #artistsoninstagram #aladin #aladdin #rap #rapper #hiphop #goldchain #chains #kanyewest #pdiddy #pharrellwilliams #maitregims #mrt #1001nights #1001nuits #tale #tales #clothes #clothing (at Los Angeles, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CqIz6VaL5an/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

time travel.
