Ok but I was just looking at the comic pages where Deadpool blocks off Thanos with Lady Death and I got to thinking......

The best- BEST- idea for an Infinity War parody/redo of that ending would be Thanos snapping his fingers and... nothing...... nothing happens....

He's like "??" and snaps again but nothing

So he looks down and thE FREAKING STONES ARE GONE

He looks over and there's Deadpool with the stones juggling them or inspecting them or something (or even just one stone in theory would work)

And he's just like "Oh hi there, just your freindly neighborhood Deadpoolman, I bet you're wondering how I got in this franchise, well, that's another story for another day, but I bet you're ALSO wondering how I got these pretty little rocks that'll get me billions on the black market without anyone seeing me, and the answer this: Plot Device"

And Thanos is just "YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Hi Thanny-baby did'ya' miss me?"

"What the hell are you even doing here!?"

"Well it's a funny story, see, Marvel is making too much money off of this franchise- way more than they ever thought they would, so this ~great climax~ they've been building to all this time where a bunch of people die kinda can't happen now, so to combat the worst case of blue balls EVER, they sent you out for foreplay and ME out for the grand finale`, now everyone got their big ol' ~ultimate teamup~ against you but none of those shaking money-makers actually have to bite the dust, plus with MY gorgeous mug this movie will make even more money than it would have if you HAD killed half of everyone, isn't that GREAT? I mean it was either this or PRETEND to kill half of everyone just to bring them back in Avengers 4 but really, haha, who would want to see THAT?"

"Look here you hideous insect-!"

"Anyway, I've got a date with Death- literally- so I'm going to go pitch these things off a cliff so we can spend the next decade looking for them again! Oh and also? Killing your own daughter? Happy Christmas Eve everyone! And to celebrate let’s play the Holiday Tag with the loveliest, Elise and Natasha, shall we? They are adorable humans, and I hope they do have a great time with their loved ones, or whoever they’re spending the Holidays with. Elise does seem to have an awful lot of fun hiking in California -she did go somewhere warm after all- and our freindly neighborhood Natasha is having cosy times with Charlie, which is sweet. As for me, 

Are you on Santa naughty or nice list?

Mmm, depends what Santa considers naughty. I’ve had lots of sex with lots of girls this year -but I do remember all of their names, so it wasn’t that wild- and I’m generally a nice person, methinks, a good and loyal friend at least. So, probably on the nice list.

Where do you usually celebrate the Holidays?

At home, with my sister Jules, Mom and Dad. It’s nice, getting to have a few days bonding, cooking, playing board games, drinking, baking, watching movies, just being together.

What’s your favorite Holiday Song?

Last Christmas and, as for a carol: The Twelve Days of Christmas (and Ding Dong, Merrily On High!) I do like this version very much too!

Do you prefer giving or receiving gifts?

Both. Obviously, I like getting presents. But I also really like giving gifts. Like Elise, I usually put a lot of thought into a gift, and generally assemble a few things together within a theme for a person, and always, always make something edible! For instance, I made my dad a “Spy Kit’: a couple of spy novels (”for the long travels to the mission destination”), a nice shirt “in need of a quick change”, Brandy Apple Mulled Cider for stakeouts in the cold... all of that in an attaché-case adorned with ribbons!

What’s your favorite Holiday scent?

Whatever is roasting or baking in the kitchen. I love cooking, and baking cookies or brioche, roasting a goose or a duck and potoatoes, putting together chocolate treats, making mulled wine or cider; all of this brings me heaps of happiness.

Does your family has a favorite Holiday recipe?

We try to make new things every year, and lately I’ve been in charge of the dessert a lot, but years ago my mom used to often make a Chestnut and Chocolate Yule Log that was to die for! And we do love a Sweet Potato Casserole! 

What’s your favorite Holiday Movie?

Carol, Love Actually and Meet Me in St. Louis. I always watch these three during the Holidays. Carol is a recent tradition, but it is one nonetheless, like reading Dickens’ Christmas Book. When I was in high school, each year the week before the Holiday Break, our Lit teacher would bring us candy and read A Christmas Carol. A tradition I’ve upheld to this day.

Planning An Allergy Friendly Birthday Party

Birthday parties are the hardest thing for a kid with dairy and wheat allergies. Every treat is some mixture or another of milk and flour. Ice cream, cake, cookies, brownies. Pinata candy is a nightmare because usually they are stuffed with chocolate candies but even most hard and chewy candies have offending ingredients. Everything all mixed together and not packaged individually with ingredient labels. Let's not forget pizza which seems to make a lot of appearances at birthday parties.

A mom has to plan a head. I usually freeze cake pieces or cupcakes already frosted so I can pull them out when birthday parties or events arise. If we know that there will be other food there like pizza, we stop by chick fil a or bring leftovers in a cooler bag. What's funny is that even my son without allergies prefers what we bring. Its familiar and he knows he will like it. That is nice because my other son dosen't feel like he is so apart from the group.

My sons had their birthday party today. Their birthdays are close so we decided to have a big combined party. It went really well. We started off with a water baloon toss. Then we had a balloon popping race through an obstacle course. A giant pinata was next. We finished off with treats and present opening.

Even with me hosting it I felt relaxed. I didn't have to worry about my son with allergies getting sick from eating something he can't. The pinata candy was all dairy and wheat free. We had cake options. My son new before hand that he could only eat the monster cupcakes and the cake had dairy. I made enough of the allergy freindly cupcakes for everyone and they were as big a hit as the cake. He was able to be eating the same as everyone else. And we had pop and iceys.

Yes, I sent all the neighborhood kids home hyped on sugar. It was a great time had by all.

Peter Parker struggles to balance life as a teen and superhero in latest Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer.

I need to be honest: back when Sony and Marvel Studios first announced their Spider-Man reboot, I wasn’t that enthused. Of course, I quickly changed my mind after meeting Tom Holland’s Spidey in Captain America: Civil War.

The mentor/mentee relationship and hilarious banter with Tony Stark totally had me sold (that, and the amazing Spider-Man: Homecoming cast, including Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Laura Harrier, and Donald Glover!).

The first Homecoming trailer (watch below), essentially sets the stakes for us as we see Peter Parker struggle with being a teenager and the normal teenage struggles (crushing on the most popular girl in school, homework), all while being recruited to the Avengers and trying to prove himself as a superhero. It’s totally adorable with the hilarity and crazy-intense “hero vs. villain” drama we’ve come to expect from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

  This week Marvel shared three new posters of Spidey hanging out around his hometown of New York City, being a normal kid (despite being in his iconic costume).

In my favorite poster he’s chilling, listening to music while lounging with the NYC skyline (and Avengers Tower) behind him. The tagline says “Homework can wait. The city can’t. #SpiderManHomecoming” Check them out:
