Ciella is a very quiet, but friendly young woman, always doing her best to be as polite and approachable as possible upon initial meetings. …After she’s done staring off in silence, that is. She is highly observant with others as well as her surroundings, showing herself to be a generally patient and resourceful individual. She’s also a humble person for the most part, shown in a lot of her behaviors. She brushes off her talent as unnecessary upon inquiry, and down-plays any great acts of assistance or otherwise as being ‘not much’. She enjoys being helpful, as she wants to see others happy and thriving, with her mind-set being one of group harmony. If it seems that outcome is impossible, however, then she knows to back away and let things run their course. Ciella’s drawn to the frightened and meek, wanting them to feel included and cared about. She sees herself in that part of them, causing that attraction. Though, she knows to back off if she needs to.

Alternatively, she has a tendency to drop the polite and quiet schtick at times in favor of a more mischievous side. However, this is only around those she trusts most. Otherwise, she is awkward and slow in conversation. Even with that in mind, however, Ciella is no push-over. She’s not the type to sit quietly when there’s trouble afoot, and she’s more than willing to intervene if someone is causing problems. She can be very out-spoken and bold depending on the situation, molding her actions to each circumstance as best as she can. She prefers avoiding conflict if possible.

Though, that mind-set will go out the window if someone gets on her nerves enough or triggers a meltdown. Stubborn folk who cause unnecessary issues and quarrels irritate her to no end, and if someone ignores her attempts at mitigation long enough, she can become brash, fussy and rather annoying. Or, on the worse side of things, can become explosive and abruptly aggressive in short bursts, matching and even surpassing the chaotic energy in whatever moment it occurs in. At this point she can be childish and petty, doing things such as trying to intimidate the aggressors or even trying to pick physical fights. Though, even in her agitated state, she’s smart enough to pick and choose those fights wisely.

During her Hope's Peak Days, she attended the Academy as a transfer student from America, being scouted specifically as part of an experimental Global Program.
