Qué es?

la eutanasia es la muerte fácil o sin dolor, en otras palabras, es la terminación intencional de la vida de una persona que padece una enfermedad incurable o dolorosa, a solicitud de la misma.

Opinión:

1°- En mi opinión la eutanasia debería poder ser un proceso legal ya que la mayoría de personas que recurren a esta terminan siendo personas de la tercera edad o adolescentes y adultos que sufren de depresión o alguna otra enfermedad mental y termina , estas personas al estar con alguna enfermedad terminal sufren mucho.

2°- A mi parecer deberían de tener el derecho de elegir como terminar su vida, están en todo su derecho de no sufrir y a elegir la eutanasia como un acto piadoso o bien a disponer de su vida.

Premesso che non si sa come si siano svolte effettivamente le cose, queste quattro righe sono davvero eccezionali. Devo fare i miei complimenti all’autore. E li farò riga per riga:

1) Complimenti per le conoscenze di Medicina. La depressione È una malattia, ergo era malata. Il fatto che non avesse ossa rotte o non fosse calva non significa che fosse sana.

2) Complimenti per le abilità logiche. Se per te la depressione non è una malattia, per quale motivo lo Stato olandese dovrebbe occuparsi della cura di persone che non sono malate?

3) Complimenti per l'esperienza giuridica. Se vuoi esercitare il diritto all'eutanasia non è proprio come se lo Stato ti infliggesse la pena di morte. Non ha senso sostenere che l'Olanda uccide i depressi.

4) Infine i miei più sinceri complimenti per essere riuscito a commentare qualcosa che tu stesso definisci incommentabile. Bravo.

Inizialmente si è parlato di eutanasia, ma il caso di Noa si è rivelato essere altro. La 17enne aveva infatti chiesto di poter accedere alla "dolce morte", ma in realtà non era mai arrivato il consenso. Da qui la decisione, presa assieme alla sua famiglia, di "fare da sè", lasciandosi di fatto morire di fame e di sete.

Tgcom24 ha corretto la notizia. Potete stare tutti più tranquilli, è l’ennesimo caso di suicidio di vittima di stupro. Non la prima, non l’ultima.

La holandesa Noa Pothoven, de 17 años, ha decidido acabar con su vida tras no poder lidiar con las consecuencias psicológicas de abusos sexuales que sufrió cuando era niña.

La joven había padecido hasta tres casos de violencia sexual: sufrió abusos con 11 y 12 años y, con 14, fue violada por dos hombres'. Esto le provocó serias consecuencias psicológicas, como estrés postraumático, depresión y anorexia. La joven solicitó eutanasia pero le fue denegada, por lo que decidió dejar de comer y beber, lo que ha terminado provocando su muerte.

Noa Pothoven es conocida en los Países Bajos por haber escrito una autobiografía que se titula "Winnen of leren" ('Ganar o aprender'), donde reconoce que fue víctima de abusos sexuales y agresiones cuando era más pequeña. La holandesa incluso se despidió de sus seguidores en la red social Instagram anunciando que había decidido poner fin a su vida: 

"No me voy a andar con rodeos: voy a estar muerta como mucho en diez días. Tras años de lucha, la mía ha terminado. Por fin voy a ser liberada de mi sufrimiento porque es insoportable. No me intentéis convencer de que esto no es bueno. Es una decisión bien considerada y definitiva"

Pothoven solicitó en diciembre de 2018 la eutanasia pero le fue denegada por ser demasiado joven. Según la ley holandesa, la eutanasia puede solicitarse a partir de los 16 años pero los padres han de estar informados si el solicitante es menor de edad. Esto no ocurrió ya que la joven ocultó los abusos "por vergüenza y miedo" y se acercó a una clínica de La Haya para solicitar la eutanasia.

Ante la negativa, decidió tomar la decisión de dejar de comer y beber y terminó falleciendo rodeada de de sus padres, amigos y sus seres queridos. Su padre y su madre, así como el equipo médico, acordaron no obligarla a ser alimentada.

No superó los problemas psicológicos derivados de los abusos

En los últimos años de su vida, había sido ingresada en hasta tres instituciones de atención a menores. Su madre denunció que su hija debía estar en un centro psiquiátrico pero que debido a las largas listas de espera, no fue posible. La joven había escrito en su libro que su vida no tenía ningún significado tras no poder superar los problemas psicológicos desde que sufrió los abusos.

Dieses Zitat hat sich die 17-jährige Noa Pothoven tätowieren lassen. Am 02.Juni 2019 verstarb sie zuhause auf eigenen Wunsch. 

Noa wurde mit 11 Jahren das erste Mal missbraucht, ein Jahr später das zweite Mal. Als sie 14 Jahre war vergewaltigten sie zwei Männer. Diagnostiziert wurde bei ihr eine Posttraumatische Belastungsstörung, Depressionen und Magersucht. 2018 hatte sie sich an eine Klinik für Sterbehilfe gewandt, die jedoch meinten, sie solle warten bis sie 21 ist, da ihr Gehirn dann erst ausgewachsen sei. Niemand konnte ihr helfen und von psychiatrischen Einrichtungen wurde sie lediglich auf die Warteliste gesetzt. Sie hörte auf zu essen und zu trinken, wurde zwangsernährt. Am Sonntag, den 02.Juni bekam sie dann die Erlaubnis, den Schlauch, der sie ernährte, abzunehmen. Nachdem sie sich von ihrer Familie, ihren Freunden, etc. verabschiedet hatte, nahm sie bei sich zuhause ihren letzten Atemzug.

Ich bin durch Zufall auf den Artikel über die Niederländerin gestoßen und saß eine Ewigkeit vor diesen Artikeln, dass ich fast vergessen hatte, dass ich eigentlich auf Arbeit war. Eine Überschrift lautete in etwa: “Das Mädchen, dass die Erlaubnis bekam, zu sterben.” In Niederlande ist Sterbehilfe unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen wohl legal. Am Ende starb sie jedoch nicht durch Sterbehilfe, sondern sie verhungerte. 

Ich fand es einfach nur krass, diese Artikel zu lesen und hatte das Bedürfnis, die Story mit euch zu teilen. Vielleicht hat ja noch jemand davon gehört. Die Artikel könnt ihr quasi überall lesen. In was für einer Welt leben wir bitte, dass Menschen so etwas erleben und durchmachen müssen? Das sie als einzigen Ausweg den Tod sehen, weil sie diesen Schmerz nicht mehr ertragen? Ihr wurde am Ende erlaubt zu sterben, da man der Meinung war, dass ihr Leben so unerträglich war und selbst Paps Franziskus äußerte sich daraufhin auf Twitter zum Thema Sterbehilfe. 

Mein Beileid an alle Menschen und deren Familien, die solch ein Schicksal erleben mussten (oder andere schlimme Schicksale). Es hat mich ehrlich getroffen, als ich über das Mädchen gelesen habe.

Generally, when I talk about right to die, my first thoughts are with people suffering debilitating diseases that there’s no cure for or being utterly miserable in old age. While others may feel fine waiting for a cure or going to their last breath, I wouldn’t want to force someone to stay alive against their will and suffer.

My favorite author, Terry Pratchett, had Alzheimer’s and he fought for right to die legislation. Martin Manley is another situation; he chose to die at 60. The story of Noa Pothoven, a traumatized 17-year-old that went on a hunger strike to facilitate her death, is a sad case, but she showed that, if someone wants to die so badly, they’ll accomplish it.

I fully support mental healthcare and universal healthcare; that way people can get the help they need and want. But, if someone is suffering and nothing alleviates it, what right do I have to tell them “suck it up” and force them to stay alive?

Dying on your own terms is empowering and we shouldn’t assume people make the decision willy-nilly.

A 17-year-old Dutch girl was legally allowed to kill herself using euthanasia after she was raped when younger and spent years battling depression, according to a report Tuesday.

“Love is letting go, in this case,” Noa Pothoven of Arnhem wrote in an Instagram post announcing her choice to die in the living room of her home Sunday.

Pothoven — who was sexually abused at 11 and raped three years later — said she was sick of suffering “unbearable pain.

“Maybe this comes as a surprise to some, given my posts about hospitalization, but my plan has been there for a long time and is not impulsive,” she wrote.

“I will get straight to the point: within a maximum of 10 days I will die,” she added. “After years of battling and fighting, I am drained. I have quit eating and drinking for a while now, and after many discussions and evaluations, it was decided to let me go because my suffering is unbearable.

”I breathe, but I no longer live.”

In The Netherlands, kids ages 12 to 16 need permission from a parent to be euthanized and must have consulted a doctor, who agrees that their suffering is unbearable and likely to continue.

But at 17, children no longer need their parents’ consent to apply to kill themselves. Pothoven turned 17 in December.

Una famiglia, un Paese che lascia morire d’inedia una ragazza depressa senza far nulla, non è essa stessa ed esso stesso depresso all’ultimo stadio?

Nutro con-passione per la povera Noa Pothoven, nutro sconforto per chi non l’ha aiutata e/o non ha saputo farlo. O forse non ha voluto: purtroppo oggi molti sono confusi sui diritti individuali (i collettivisti non ne capiscono una mazza), e si contraddicono cianciando di solidarietà attiva dovuta ai remoti ... ma non al proximo tuo, che ha da esse’ libbero (da che?).

E’ un percorso collettivamente imposto, un destino fake creato in vitro, una spirale verso il basso per interi Paesi, per l’intera Europa, inconsciamente spinti da certa ideologia molto nordico-depressa, oimé divenuta molto mainstream.
