You have to pay to access the vids after the summit, BUT, you can catch all 4 30-mins daily interviews within 24 hours of their release during the summit for free.

That means that in each 24 hour period, you can watch when it’s convenient for you.

Its worth checking out their schedule to see what you REALLY want to see, especially if watching the vids within that timescale isn't something you can do.

I watched it last year and it was a mixed bag. There was some stuff that wasn't applicable outside the US, some stuff I already knew and some that I wasn't interested in

But there was also expansion of stuff I already knew and some completely new info.

One of the good things about this year's line up is that they ran a survey after last year's and asked us as a community what we wanted to see.

It does actually look like those responses were taken into consideration, because there's a lot here I saw trending on the survey.

The superstar is wearing a custom Topo Studio NY black leather jumpsuit with pointelle shoulders, all over crystal embellishment, asymmetrical zip front and heavy crystal-encrusted collar.

She also stacked two fabulous white-gold rings adorned with diamonds on top of each other.

The first one is Djula's Barbelé ring. As the name states, the design features a fierce barb wire shape (€1,790).

Her second ring comes from Simone Jewels, a new name on LMG! The Flow wedding ring (€1,103.95) boasts an elegant wave design.

Nurtec odt using celebrity endorsements as apart of their advertising campaign is so deeply fucked up. Like everyone has migraines it would be hard not to prescribe that medication. It’s clear they just want to cast a wide net and real in whoever they can. There’s so many medications that aren’t important to public health at all and if anything they just exist to make money. Pfizer research a pill to kill yourself challenge

Let’s talk about gepants. The FDA approved rimegepant, Nurtec ODT, for the prevention of future attacks. How does it work and how effective is it?

Dr. Tepper: In the rimegepant (Nurtec ODT) trials, the more that people took it, the less headache they had. This was the opposite of rebound or medication overuse headache. This suggested gepants could be used preventively, which would make sense since they block the CGRP from landing on a receptor. That can work acutely, but if you block the receptor daily, or every other day, you can prevent the CGRP from landing and causing migraine and thus have a preventive effect.

Every other painkiller we take for migraine causes headaches if you use too much, ie, if you have chronic migraine and treat it every time
