The average BSCB has 6-7g of protein per ounce and only about 50 calories. This is HUGE if you’re limiting your calories for fat loss. Protein is both a satiating and thermogenic food. Which means it keeps you full longer and makes your body “work” just to digest it. Throw some BSCB on the grill with those burgers! This week is a continuation of the nutrition guide for the "Insanity" Program to provide you everything you need to know about the nutrition part. . This nutrition guide will help you get through these intense exercises and will help you manage your newly acquired physique afterwards. If you have not done this please check my previous post to calculate how many daily calories you need. . This program is intended for you to eat 5 times a day. There are 5 meal pools with each pool having 10 different meal ideas to choose from. So you basically choose 1 of 10 meals out of 5 meal pools, giving you 5 meals for the day. These meals are all 300 calories, giving you lots of variety. I, for example, need 2500 calories per day, therefore it would be 500 calories per meal.
