There are 5 meal pools with each pool having 10 different meal ideas to choose from. So you basically choose 1 of 10 meals out of 5 meal pools, giving you 5 meals for the day. These meals are all 300 calories, giving you lots of variety. I, for example, need 2500 calories per day, therefore it would be 500 calories per meal.
