Remus stretches out on the bed, arms raising above his head, the bottom of his jumper lifting to reveal a strip of pale toned abdomen. Sirius bites the inside of his cheek, leans over him, and pushes the jumper further up. All the way, until Remus’ entire stomach and chest are on display.  Remus raises a brow at him. “Can I help you?” he asks pointedly.  “Do you lift weights?”  Remus stares at him blankly. “Excuse me?”  Sirius bites his cheek harder, trying to keep from smirking. “In the gym,” he clarifies, and the laughter in his voice is surely obvious now. “Like – do you go to the gym and lift weights there? Is that something you do?”

I wasn't nervous about Forte getting his OFAs done this Friday. But the vet called to confirm my appointment and asked if I had his pre surgery medication. I told them he isn't scheduled for any surgery, just x rays and they gave me half-assed sounding agreement.

And now I'm very nervous.

i have a headcanon that Yoichi trims AFO's hair because i can't help but compare AFO's nicely trimmed hair to Yoichi's and i thought someone had to have cut AFO's hair for him and it is only logical for me to assume it was Yoichi who did. I think AFO would only trust Yoichi to be so close to him with a sharp object like a pair of scissors lol

I think Yoichi would have also liked cutting his brother's hair at first, because it would make him feel helpful in a way? And I just think even when AFO put him in the vault, AFO would still go there to get his hair trimmed by Yoichi.

and once Yoichi joins the resistance, he offers to do this for Kudo as well.

But Sirius glances back, just once, before pushing into the restroom. And he’s hit with nearly the same expression he first saw ten years ago now. On a hot summer’s day, two courts down, right off the coast of the Mediterranean. Those same bright brown eyes and overlong lashes. That softly parted mouth, chapped lips, cheeks flooding with colour -- in surprise, or perhaps embarrassment.  That slow blink of recognition.  They look at each other, and Sirius swallows hard. Remus opens his mouth like he’s going to say something, but then a hand reaches out – whoever he’s with still hidden behind the light beam – and tangles into those humidity-blown curls, gripping tightly.  Remus stills, but he doesn’t look away from Sirius. Just watches him, unmoving, shadows carving out the edges of his face. Pressure thuds against Sirius’ sternum. Tension wrangles in his chest; tension – and something else. Something that twists at the sight of Remus still on his knees, at his hair all messed up from someone’s fingers, at the fact that hours previous Sirius finally said it and now Remus is here, so if he wanted to, he could–  Sirius turns away, ducks quickly into the men’s.
