Okay, this prompt was interesting to play around with. I wanted to go with something subtle and vague that isn’t a direct/literal depiction of time, but can be read as something “poetically/metaphorically” tied to it -- because sometimes, that’s how I like to do things.

So here is mah home boi Connor, kneeling before the graves of his past selves. 

What time does to us all, eh?

I imagined beating myself silly trying to make a decision in that moment because I have been with these bois throughout the game and I love them both so much! I would hate to be made to choose between them.

Gonna scoot on back over to ‘Detroit: Become Human’ for a while, because I need to draw this Queen. Simbi Khali as Amanda in DBH is formidable, intimidating and admittedly very scary. Despite her villainy in the game, she is undoubtedly still one fierce Queen.

My final piece! A little self-insert piece, a self-portrait with me as a Bridges Porter and also me as an RK800 Android, using all the media I have used for this event. A tad bit self indulgent, but screw that, I had fun making this!

Also, that is supposed to be me, but as I look at it, it looks more like if Ken Watanabe and Patrick Stewart had a baby and that baby grew up. ^^”““

#OctoberDechART Day 21 Moon SketchBook

On several occasions during work today, I had had to do a lot of waiting, mostly waiting for scripts to run and whatnot, so in between those moments, I took some time to paint this picture. I remembered looking at the prompt and I was thinking Interstellar, Le Petit Prince, the Kojima Productions credits and that one meme of an astronaut on the moon watching the Earth getting destroyed. Not sure how this picture came out of all that but I definitely had fun painting this at work.
