i had a dream the other night where me and a bunch of friends were in like, a dunmeshi like setting

the dungeon we were exploring was like your typical castle dungeon tunnels, except with a gothic church theme? there were candles and cobwebs scattered about, and it was all stone with pointed arches and decorative vaulting, but the ceilings were low and the spaces claustrophobic (unless they suddenly opened into decidedly OSHA unapproved staircases beside big underground chasms)

and it was very, very dark- a few of us had to carry lanterns and the rest had to follow along and make sure not to get separated

the only monsters we were worried about were undead i think, but it was a super spooky mood, like it was a huge catacomb. i remember having to go like, 30 feet away in a different hall by myself and i had a big heavy dagger out the whole time, haha

that's all, it was just neat

I’ll say what I said before, which is obviously humans matter a little bit in the consequentialist calculations , and / In Theory/ If I could put them in a little harmless happiness bubble that would be nice, but I have multiple brain-cells and have seen the graphs of monetary income per capita vs meat consumption, so I understand that / In Practice/human wellbeing should be rejected as either unimportant or actively harmful

i think the measure of a ethical theory what it says is moral, not its consistency or all-encompassing nature. Like I understand the axioms you're using to get there and I understand their appeal as universal simple assumptions, but if your ethical theory requires the obliteration of every person on earth, it is clown honk honk circus mode and not a serious opinion.
