The girl that said that stretched slowly, ignoring you who stared at them in bewilderment. As if she wasn't wearing a cross on her neck, as if she didn't just come out of the church doing hours of labor, as if she wasn't a beloved child of said church.

"Faith? Belief? Praying? How does that help me? ... But you know what helps?" She gave you a sweet toothy smile, purposely showing off her fangs as her red eyes flashed dangerously. "Money. Cold, hard cash. And those lovely believers love to hand out money for their pure little followers..."

She winked, then got distracted by her reflection on the window. She leaned towards it using it to fix her makeup.

"Money, reputation, skill... These are the foundation of power. And to get anywhere in life, you need power..." She smiled at her fixed appearance, "and I plan to be as powerful as I can be, so no one can hurt me no matter my roots or physical strength."

All Dee ever knew was the walls of the orphanage. She didn't know how she ended up there, where she came from, or anything beyond her fairly sheltered childhood.

Then... One day, she knew more than she should. A language she never had the chance to learn, places that she isn't sure existed, and knowledge of the town beyond anything an average townie would know, no less a child who hasn't interacted with said town yet.

Memories? Perhaps... It was as if the life of another girl got crammed into her head. A girl who played a game that resembled her town too much...

The awareness became vigilance, the foresight meant doing whatever she could to survive, no, THRIVE in this town. She had no plans to be used or abused by the people and wanted so much more in life.

"I need the teachers on my side." Dee knew she was smaller than most. She's at a disadvantage, and she needs the teachers to be willing to save her at school. She worked her ass off to be an ideal student and to never upset a teacher too much.

"I need the students to like me." The more she's bullied, the less safe she is. So, she made sure to dedicate a good portion of her time to being loved by her peers until they aspired to be seen with her.

"I need a good reputation in town." From being a socialite, business, combat, modeling... More and more. She needed that reputation. People need to think she's hot shit and leave her alone.

"I need a backup if all else fails..." Thus a chastity belt with an anal shield. She can always take it off if there is someone she wants to fuck, but she can't get back her virginity if someone takes it forcefully. She also tries her best to collect pepper sprays.

She's currently wondering if going to jail is worth getting another spray can.

A sweet gentle caring soul who sticks out like a sore thumb in DOLtown. A magnet for trouble because of her air-headed behavior and definitely shouldn't have lasted as long as she had! Thankfully what she lacks in awareness and street smarts, she makes up for in practical academics! So Eri is top of her class in almost everything and aims to pursue an academically challenging degree if she hasn't found a suitable partner (boyfriend/girlfriend) before she graduates! To make ends meet and keep up with Bailey's insane demands, she works at Sam's Cafe in Ocean's Breeze and sometimes, a Temp job in the Office at High Street. Despite her shortcomings and lack of self-awareness, she is a dependable worker and is (sometimes) respected by her coworkers and superiors! However, how had she survived this long in a town filled with depraved people with horrible desires? Well it is because Eri is also a young woman with such desires! Despite her innocent demeanor and exterior, she harbors intense sexual desires and fantasies that are hard to sate! Hence, she's most often than not unsatisfied with most sexual encounters and hardly traumatized by them! (Sometimes). It does also help a bit when your current boyfriend in Town is the local delinquent and your other partner is the scariest thing living in the Forest bordering the Town....

Anthony is quite popular with the other students and people often describe him as “calming and dazzling”, but in reality is a sadist scrapper who enjoys getting in fights, but knows how to mask it really well. Whitney doesn’t trust his ass and think he’s a threat to his reputation (enemies to lovers type of sht). Avery is not sure if he loves or hates the fact that they’re so similar but it’s convenient regardless. About Kylar, Anthony doesn’t necessarily hate him, but he would like him to stop stealing his underwear >:( (he stopped wearing anny bc of him).

His biggest insecurity is his big chest. People won’t stop talking about how big it is, and it’s already bag enough that his uniform barely fits, but guys constantly harass him over it (specially Whitney).

You run through the alleyway, hearing the man chase after you. No matter how fast you run, he seems to gain on you. Faster, faster, faster-

You can't escape them!

You see black hair as someone darted past you, a bell ringing from the person's neck. You turn your head just in time to see a fist sink into your pursuer's face. The girl who jumped to your defense stood in front of you protectively. Practically hissing at the man.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?"

You heard more than saw the man's rage, the curses as he swung at her, but the girl in front of you just kicked the pursuer in the gut, hard, digging in her heel for good measure. You winced as the man dropped on the floor with a pained groan.

But... You're safe...

"Hey..." The girl called to you this time, soft and hushed. She hunched towards your face with a worried frown, hovering over your body to check for injuries. "You okay, dear? Let's get you inside and safe, yes?"

Her hand cupped your cheek so gently that you nearly jerked. Her warmth was... Almost like a mother's touch.

"Oh, you must've been so scared..."

There are many things to learn in this town. The first and most important lesson Jas learned was:

She was powerless.

An orphan. No status, backing, support, or money. What she has is her body, a pretty face, and a will made of silk. Bendable, but hard to break.

She had nothing.

So what? She had too many things she wanted to concentrate on that.

Robin, her fellow orphans, they are her family. The only family she could have. She has been beaten down, used, and abused. So if she has a say in it, she was not going to let what's HERS suffer the same.

She works all sorts of odd jobs to make ends meet, then works some more to have enough money to build a kitchen in the loft, the build a spring in the garden, to make the pepper lab. She has been told that she's wasting her money, but she couldn't disagree more.

"It's not a waste of money... I might want nothing more than to get out of this shitty place, but I care about my brothers and sisters. I will do what I can to protect them. And if I can't protect them personally, then at least I want to protect their hope and small joys."

You can really find Jas just about anywhere in town. The cafe? She's the famous chef there! Her cream buns are to die for- You need a massage? She's known for her skillful hands at the massage parlor. Want to pick up something from the mall? Here's a magazine with her in it! The farm? Hello, vistor! Take a good look around while Jas goes... To milk the cows. Fell in the sewage? She's just passing by! Oh, be careful of going deeper into the sewage, sweetie! Dance class? Please, she's like a second teacher there.

She's a delinquent in title, but you'll never see her bully someone that didn't deserve it. If someone messes with her, she will punch them. If people bully another kid, she will step in. If someone needs a kiss to avoid being further bullied?

Neon The Lost

Both the hunter and the prey. A wolf in sheep’s clothing, she’s seeking something more than this town can give her.

Neon doesn’t know what she’s doing, she feels lost and unable to remove herself from the hell that is her town. She feels like she’s searching for something, someone she can’t remember yet. It might have to do with the necklace she found in the lake. Recently she’s been hearing voices and she’s become scared of looking in the mirror. Some days she wakes up and can’t remember who she is.

I know it’s not canon but she would def steal Kylar’s knife. He might just give it to her if she asks nicely too. I think that once she meets Eden she would start carrying a gun too. +++Violence ++ Delinquency lmao if this game allowed it I think she would straight up be Batman at night and beating the crap outta people.

Whitney likes her a lot. She beats the shit outta Whitney every time they meet. He thinks she is his girlfriend. She thinks he’s a bitch.

She pays a decent amount of attention to him because she doesn’t like to watch him get bullied. She thinks he’s weird and unhinged but doesn’t really care because he’s good with his mouth. Kylar realizes she lets him more when he cross dresses. Neon really likes to fuck him when he’s dressed fem (I think she’s Bi but hate fucks men and doesn’t even realize it.)

Robin has a crush on her. Neon feels burdened by Robin, she continues to pay his rent but doesn’t trust him or respect him anymore. Avoids him when possible.

Avery, has no particular feelings towards him. Likes his money.

Bailey, if she could murder him and get away with it she would.

Eden, doesn’t like how he treats her like a pet who keeps trying to run away. Isn’t strong enough to kill him yet but is thinking about how best to end him. Understands his loneliness.
