Stop blaming your parents for your issues. Your at a point in your life where it's not a good excuse anymore. If your parents weren't good be a better version of them, be better, be who you always wished they were. Your old enough to take accountability for your bulshit. You had shity parents dont let that define you. Let that be the reason you were better.

What should I focus on to support my kids to have overall growth and well-being?
Based on studies as a parent, you can focus on helping your child develop in a variety of areas to support their overall growth and well-being. Here are some important areas to consider:
Social and emotional development: Help your child build strong relationships with family, friends, and peers. Encourage them to express their emotions in a healthy way, and help them develop empathy and social skills.
Cognitive development: Encourage your child to explore their interests and learn new things. Provide opportunities for problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity.
Physical development: Support your child's physical health through regular exercise, a healthy diet, and adequate sleep.
Language development: Encourage your child's language development through reading, talking, and exposure to a variety of vocabulary.
Independence and self-care skills: Help your child develop age-appropriate independence, including self-care skills like dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene.
Cultural awareness and diversity: Teach your child to appreciate and respect different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Moral development: Help your child develop a strong sense of ethics and values, and encourage them to make responsible choices.
Remember that every child is unique and may require different approaches to development. By focusing on these important areas, you can help support your child's overall growth and well-being, while also promoting a positive and nurturing home environment.

I don't believe in choosing one day to love and appreciate my father or both my parents. I do it everyday, I did, When I choose not to give up on this life.
Yes, there would always be something both of us hide, because we know discussing over it will allow other person to feel the same excruciating pain.
He hugs me every morning, I hug him everyday he leaves for work, even if I have to run downstairs to catch him up. We try best to have all our meals together, teasing eachother. We don't wait for father's or daughter's day to do that.
Once, while I was regretting all efforts I put in friendship, relationship and bonds. I was cursing with all passion, he let me finish and said just one thing.
'Never regret your love. Whether they choose to reciprocate or not. Love should always be your kindness not your trade.'
And in that moment he gave me a piece of strength a man holds, he raised me to be a gentlewoman. A power to love silently, without any regrets.
He raise me to be a human. Human with a character!

I know, I know, he is the adult in the team but damn it! He was only 25 years old when the story started, what if he has teeny-tiny parents with huge heart just like him, and worried about him!😭Could you imagine it?

How to make my child a HAPPY CHILD?
Being a parent is a big responsibility, and there is no one-size-fits-all formula for making a child happy. However, here are some tips that can help you create a loving, nurturing environment for your child:
Love and nurture your child unconditionally: Make sure your child knows that they are loved and valued for who they are, not just for what they do.
Provide a safe and stable environment: Children need to feel safe and secure to thrive. Provide a stable home environment where they feel protected and secure.
Spend quality time with your child: Set aside time every day to spend with your child, even if it's just a few minutes. Make sure your child knows they are important to you and that you enjoy spending time with them.
Listen to your child: Listen to your child's thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Let them know that you are there for them and that you care about what they have to say.
Be patient and understanding: Parenting can be challenging, but it's important to be patient and understanding with your child. Remember that they are still learning and growing, and that mistakes are a natural part of the process.
Set clear boundaries and expectations: Children need structure and routine to feel secure. Set clear boundaries and expectations for your child, and be consistent in enforcing them.
Provide opportunities for your child to learn and grow: Encourage your child to explore new interests and try new things. Provide opportunities for them to learn and grow, both academically and personally.
Remember that every child is unique and may require different approaches to parenting. Be open to learning about your child's individual needs and adjusting your parenting style accordingly.
