Omg, and with this I have my series ready, the legendary beast but past paradox. It's been a while since I did Walking Wake, but it's been fun to design them.

Pack Fatale (Poison/Psychic) I had done a Future Paradox Pokemon, so I figured I outta do a Past Paradox pokemon too. I wasn't sure which pokemon to do so I decided to just go with one that I like, Salazzle.
I have seen people use Salazzles in place of the raptors from that one scene in Jurassic World where the keeper is trying to hold them back from attacking, so I took some influence from that and make them resemble what a child might think a Raptor is like, but rather than make a them purely based on a Velociraptor (And maybe also a little bit of JP's Dilophosaurus), I decided to go for a more obscure prehistoric Reptile: Longisquama. Longisquama is a Lizard-like reptile that was not a dinosaur but related to Dinosaurs from the Mid-Late Triassic that had Long Feather-like Scales protruding from it's back. Some early interpretations thought that these made a sort of gliding Wing like the modern Flying Draco Lizard, but there is no evidence that they were actually able to glide.
Pack Fatale are intelligent and social predators. Despite their relatively small stature, together they are able to take down much larger pokemon by dazing them with a flashes of their wings and wearing them down over time by blowing Poison Gas in their direction
According to an article in a dubious magazine, there is an undisclosed island where a billionaire planned to show off Prehistoric Pokemon, but his park was ruined by an escaped group of Pack Fatale. They control the Island now.

eh screw it. paradox ultra beast makes no sense in my head which means it makes sense to Pokémon standards. they did it to ancient legendaries after all. I like dinosaurs.
Past Paradox Xurkitree— Luminescent Lifeform (Credit to @menthum-mint for name and for helping with the concept of this guy as well)— takes a more literal sense with the tree. I think it’s actually Ghost/Electric, maybe. It has two different stances; Rooted and Uprooted. It usually fights in its Rooted form where it plants the three large roots at the end of its tail into the ground where it absorbs a peculiar energy from the soil of Area Zero to fight stationary. When it goes into its Uprooted form, the intense energy it’s collecting in the ground creates a blast as it rockets itself into the sky to land on it’s hands and run that way, capable of sprinting at exceptional speeds. They’ve been noted to travel or collect in groups of usually their own kind. They seem to partake in a lot of playful aggression, throwing around what or whoever’s interesting to them which might seem mean, but it’s all in good fun for it. It doesn’t really know its own strength on that department.
some creative notes— there’s some inspiration from the Tree of Souls (?) from Avatar (the movies). There’s also a single vine that hangs from the split branches to it’s “head” which is supposed to somewhat imitate a mouth with a long tongue sticking out like it’s teasing you. This is just something I incorporated for fun and for some extra personality

"This mysterious creature resembles Pikachu and possesses a furry membrane between their arms. According to a bizarre magazine these Pokemon would use this membrane to glide between trees in search of food 20 million years ago. These Pokemon must charge their cheek sacs in order to use their electrical attacks, but unlike the similar Pikachu of modern times they are unable to continuously recharge their cheeks while they sleep. In order to make sure they don't run out, Surge Glider will take to the skies with their tails aloft during storms to absorb excess static electricity from the air. Some are inevitably struck by lightning, but if they are not gravely injured by their sudden fall they are given a hero's welcome by the rest of their colony."

Primal Sin: "The forbidden antediluvian fruit?!"
"the Paradox Pokemon"
Poison/Dragon
Scarlet Dex entry
"This Strange Peach is considered an enigma within the scientific community. It was named after a similar to a certain mind-controlling pechaberry from Kitakami."
Violet Dex entry
"It resembles an illustration published in a paranormal magazine, said to be an ancient ancestor to Pecharunt from the Kitakami legends."
As for the design of this past paradox Pecharunt,
The first, and most obvious thing it was based on was the Forbidden fruit from the bible with the dragon typing coming from the serpent (lucifer) and me mixing the both of them.
Tumblr media
The shell of Primal Sin is both based on a generic dinosaur head and a dragonfruit and a generic monstrous theropod head.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It's also based on how wild versions of fruit tend to look smaller and hardier than their domesticated counterparts (this also means that Primal Sin's mochi tastes like actualyl poisonous fruit rather than Pecharunt's mind controlling mochi.)

POKÉMON WHEEL CHALLENGE DAY 11 *FINAL*: SEEPING COMET
Tumblr media
The final wheel spin is here, and it’s the mythical Pokémon Deoxys…I think? It definitely bears a resemblance…is it even a pokemon?
This past paradox of Deoxys seems to still be forming a physical body, with the meteor it broke out of still attached to most parts of its body. Perhaps with time it will form into something more stable…
Sorry this last entry took so long guys, couldn’t make a design I liked until now. But I’m happy with this outcome! Till next time :))
