Tumblr’s Going Down!

I’ve never posted on here before. Literally never. The only thing I’ve done is reblog, like, twice. And I’m kind of happy about that. Now that Tumblr is finally paying for its losses, for its shortcomings, I’m just waiting to watch the new Tumblr come to replace it. Luckily, I didn’t get too attached, or make it hard for myself to part ways with this site. 

The main thing I’ll miss is being able to support some of my favorite writers, bloggers, and artists, as they’ll all probably find someplace else to post the best of their things. And with that happening, I’m going to become a total hermit, living under a rock and watching Voltron season 8.

I’m going to miss seeing all of the kind people on here and witnessing some of the greatest things that ever happened to me (myjellybeanshipsplance, alongthoselineswrites, okay –edgelord, ask-kittyrose, thegardenerofvoltron, flirtyrobot-protection-squad, planceask, incorrectplancequotes, holy-holts, planceheadcanons, altean-plance-au, jc-drawings, losingallchill, pancepancerevolution, and most of all, honestlyprettychill) disperse throughout the abyss that is the internet. But after all that has happened on this website, I think it’s about time we find a new place to get comfortable and share what we love with the rest of the world. As long as no one receives hate, threats, or even a slightly nasty comment, for doing so, I’ll be happy. There’s always going to be bumps in the road- maybe that’s all this is, I don’t know- but, the journey so far has, albeit questionably, been worth it.

So, let’s just dig in our heels and wait out the end, or wait for the @staff to get their shit together. One is more likely to happen than the other, but, either way, it’s inevitable. Let’s enjoy what time we have left, and, if push comes to shove, find a new place to have a safe, hate-free, place to enjoy what we enjoy. I hope you guys can find someplace online that you can call your safe haven, like I once called Tumblr.

Grab an umbrella, brace yourselves, and watch the shit hit the fan.

Uuuugh.

As much as I want to update Day by Day and Spring Day this weekend (Oddly relevant names for two totally different fanfics) I’m sorry to say it won’t happen. My @planceask blog won’t get updated for a bit either. ^^’

Don’t get me wrong. I’m really glad I’ve got 4 VA jobs lines up. More money for me, more experience, more money (I got bills to pay and a family to feed), and overall it’s what I want to do, but all of it just hit me so damn fast. It’s like whiplash. owo

So unfortunately no updates this weekend. I’m working on setting myself up a regular work schedule with specific hours of recording time, so that way I’ll still have time, and I’m not pulling 12 hour days like I did a couple of weeks ago to get stuff done. That was hell. This is also going with doctors recommendations for me in terms of my health, so ya know... It’s a process.

Once again, and I can never say this enough, thank you for your patience. I’m sorry I’m leaving off in some bad spots, but I’ll be back to a regular schedule (hopefully) very soon. Thank you guys~
