The US Army spends the most money on the army. आज के समय में अमेरिका एक ऐसा देश है जो किसी भी देश से कम नहीं है। स्वीडन के स्टाॅकहोम इंटरनेशनल पीस रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक यह एक ऐसा देश है जो बाकि अन्य देशों से अपनी आर्मी सेना पर सबसे ज्यादा पैसा खर्च करता है। जी हां यह अपनी सैन्य शक्ति पर अन्य देशों के मुकाबले 10 गुना यानि की 612 बिलियन डाॅलर खर्च करता है। अमेरिका के पास आज 2130 क्रूज मिसाइल, 450 बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल और 19 विमान वाहक हैं जो किसी भी देश को धूल चटाने के लिए काफी हैं।

Saudi Arabia has left Russia behind the defense budget. देश का रक्षा बजट एक तरह से उसकी शक्ति को भी जाहिर करता है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार सऊदी अरब ने रक्षा बजट के मामले में रूस को पीछे छोड़ दिया है। सऊदी ने अपनी सैन्यशक्ति के लिए 87.2 बिलियन डाॅलर रक्षा बजट तय किया है।  इसकी कुल जीडीपी का 13.2 फीसदी है। सऊदी ने पिछले वर्ष रक्षा खर्चों पर 69 अरब 40 करोड़ डाॅलर खच्र किए थे। इसके साथ ही सऊदी ने हथियारों के आयात पर 212 फीसदी की बढ़ोत्तरी की है। रूस रिपोर्ट के अनुसार रूस चौथे स्थान पर है

Russia is fourth in the defense budget. क्षेत्रफल की दृष्टि से रूस विश्व का सबसे बड़ा देश है। फिलहाल पश्चिमी देशों के साथ चल रहे मतभेद के बीच पिछले साल रूस का सैन्य बजट घटकर 66.3 अरब डाॅलर पर आ गया है। बतादें कि यह 2016 के मुकाबले 20 फीसदी कम है।  फिलहाल की स्थिती में रूस 2014 से आर्थिक मुश्किलें झेल रहा है। लेकिन रक्षा बजट की अगर बात करें तो उसने अपने रक्षा बजट में कोई कमी नहीं आने दिया। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार रूस चौथे स्थान पर है। भारत ने पांच बड़े देशों में अपना नाम शामिल किया है
