I implore you, young people, especially young people into YouTube gamer celebrities, now more than ever,

Learn to think for yourselves.

This isn't just about thinking critically and checking facts before you react; it's also about forming your own opinions and coming to your own conclusions, rather than blindly following authority.

Speaking up and being critical of what someone says, especially celebrities, allows you to think for yourselves, to learn and grow; to open yourself up to others and be less prejudiced against people (especially in the context of understanding oppressive systems and privilege). It prevents you from developing a cult-like mindset and repeating dogmatic rethortic.

Most importantly, it keeps you safe from harm. If someone is grooming you, radicalising you, even emotionally manipulating or abusing you, especially if that person is an influential figure or a minor celebrity, you can recognise the warning signs and gtfo fast before any harm comes to you (and bust a predator, too).

We've seen too many young folks fall down the alt-right pipeline, thanks to the likes of Pewdiepie and Andrew Tate; or worse still, be abused by internet celebrities. And I've seen a lot more partake in harassment campaigns against those who "attack" their favourites (see, ProJared and Chuggaaconroy fans) or parrot bigoted comments by them.

Please, for the love of God, learn to think critically.

I just hope OnlyFans has some kind of fake ID scan at least, or gets you banned if you try to fuck fans even if they’re adults again.

He wouldn't get banned because really, fucking of-age fans is predatory and hella sketch - but not illegal.

I do, however, hope they have some way of scanning ID's. In fact, I just joined a NSFW server on Discord and to gain access to the 21+ areas, I had to go through a verification process involving sharing photos of my drivers license with the non-relevant information blacked out. It took a grand total of like 30 minutes (and the vast majority of that was waiting for the people on the other end to do their verification process because it's not a 24/7 process).

If a discord server can manage it, so the fuck can a guy who just barely escaped a sex scandal once already.
