Producing diagrams to document the current business flow and how that will change once the solution is implemented.

Schedule tasks, deadlines, and milestones for stakeholders and resources.

Identify schedule uncertainties and project risks.

  Project Execution

Coordinate business stakeholders, service providers and team members.

Intimately understand the requirements of projects and ensure that work proceeds on-spec.

Work with internal resources to provide effort estimates for potential projects.

Provide solution documentation for business review.

Provide support for writing use cases for testing. Conduct testing on functionality with these use cases.

Constantly monitor and report on the progress of projects to all stakeholders.

Project Management

Schedule, run / attend meetings.
