 Something pretty sentimental to me; probably one of the most emotionally charged pieces I've worked on in a long time... and I think it shows. I'm actually really proud of this piece. The quality and vibe is almost exactly what I was looking for when I started.

But I wound up pushing through my fever to finish this; since I wanted to have it done before tomorrow... when Blizzard kills this guy for good.

I'm crushed, really. Absolutely heartbroken. I've fallen in love with this character and it feels like it's too soon for him to go. Sigh...

Just one last time I want to fly with him; blissfully unaware that there will be no more cinematics, no more fights, no new dialogue.

DEATH OF THE SEMI-DIVINE

Without the Ichor of their God, the drakes would soon perish. With only the flowers on its mountain grave to eat, they would starve.

Seeing their blight, the minor gods took it upon themselves to change the once sentient drakes into the animals meant to populate Anemoi.

The last true drake died in the arms of its gods worshippers and became an idol to the fallen titan.

"I think it's funny. Don't you?"

Merlin pipes up from her spot at the bar, nursing a lager.

"Listen, sweetheart."

A break in breath to chew a piece of gum.

"Unlike the male you, the only thing I like 'bout you is your tits. And his aren't that much smaller, so you ain't got that much more time for that anyway, if Koji has her say."

Drake barely looks up while responding, wiping at a few glasses she's got lined up atop her massive breasts.

"Your sense of humor ain't why I let you in here, to put it another way. So no, I-"

"That you're a Rider, I mean. We both know that's not the best fit for you."

Merlin's smile is polite... for now, spanning her flabby face yet not reaching her eyes.

"... HA! Ya know what, sugartits, that is pretty funny! Thinkin' that FRANCIS DRAKE, Temeroso El Drago herself, could be anything but a Rider is pretty damn hilarious! I almost wanna give you a free beer just for the fuckin' chuckle!"

She manages to catch all the glasses that collapse off her breasts while they slosh around from her laughter, placing them all on the countertop with her flabby hands. Drake seems nothing but confident in herself, at least.

"... You're right. Francis Drake is nothing BUT a Rider. But I'm not talking to Francis Drake, am I?~ Not really anyway."

Her eyes narrow, and that smile goes cold as she glances at Drake from the other end of the bar. Drake's skin chills.

"You watch yer damn-"

"Not that you didn't do all the things you claimed to. You're quite the spitfire, and quite the woman. The manliest privateer of your time, yet the curviest woman I know. Indeed, you did those things... But Francis Drake didn't, did she? No... She wasn't even on that ship ever again after she returned from her circumnavigation trip, was she?"

She giggles into her lager, taking a sip.

"So, again, I have to wonder... Why aren't you a Pretender... Your Majesty?~"

I don’t know why but today i had a good feeling about lost time and i decide to go to see if i can find him;

While this is actually very sweet… it's probably really terrifying for anyone around them.

Both Mill and Fyrakk are huge in these forms… and because both of them are really powerful, and capable of being rough without fear of hurting one another they tend to play a little violently. x'D No doubt that everything around them is destroyed and/or on fire whenever they engage in play.

I wanted to draw more of Mill and Fyrakk in their proto-dragon forms. They look cute together, especially like this. :]

Thirteen years of trying to get the Time-Lost Proto Drake and I finally was on, at the right spawn point, when he spawned, and then no one else killed him before the other person in my group got there. OMG. 🥲🍻
