I'm just curious, what is the progress on the LN translations for Patch Land, Pupupu Train and Starlight Theatre?

as for pupupu train......... yeah that novel is so bad that no one wants to translate it. thats legitimately the reason why no ones picked it up lmao, i dont think itll be translated unless someone out of the regular translator circle wants to take it. frankly thats fine with me, yall dont know the horrors

Kirby's costume here is a reference to the Kirby Pupupu Train events held in Japan annually from 2016 to 2020. The entire event was full of incredibly cute marketing and merchandise, and you can read up on it a bit here.

Photographs containing official Magolor drawings seen at a Pupupu Train event. They seem to be from one of the 2018 Pupupu Train events and there were more that didn't feature Magolor. Unfortunately, I lost my source for these.

ill be honest i think i kind of soured on kirby light novels lately. like when they are GOOD they are really good, but at this point it feels like a crapshoot which novel will be genuinely banger and which will totally waste it's premise and have weird unwarranted out of character outbursts. glaring on pupupu train and kirby cafe novels rn

like idk i dont think i should worry every time new book comes out about "will dedede act in-character or he will randomly revert to his asshole behavior from first novels?". at this point i dont really have much confidence lol.
