Mothers Day, a day to reflect on my mom and how fortunate I have been to have such loving mother. Someone who cared and supported me always. It is also a day to give thanks for having the honor of being a mom to two sons. I thank them for helping me discover new ways of loving and for understanding my role of being mom changes as they and myself follow our individual paths. Feeling blessed, to be a mom.

A trip around the sun. It reminds me of the fullness of life and the opportunity we’ve been given to experience another year. As you think about celebrating your year's journey, take some time to reflect on the past year. Time to celebrate the passing of time, but also to reflect and appreciate the growth, experiences and contributions the year has bought. During the day recall the fullness of the year. When you mark your trip around the sun maybe take a moment or two to reflect. It is a simple practice that can bring appreciation of a year well lived.
