as a white european gal with little knowledge on native tribes and such i do really enjoy s3e18 bc to me it's like... this discussion is moot... this isn't politics... the secona tribe is not extinct ofc they would like to keep their urn??... i dig up an artifact in italy i'll very much understand they'd like to keep it and not take it back to my country, for what?? if they want to see the italian artifact they can to to italy where it belongs. i wonder how audience in the 90s thought about episodes like this. bc it seems so obvious who's in the wrong here but even scully says dr. bilac is "arrogant in his politics" WHEREEE. IM lost

also irks me that whenever there's an episode about natives or foreigners or minorities mulder is super knowledgeable of them & very understanding but ofc scully the skeptic doesn't empathise with them? ok. 🙃

Watching (again) House MD, 3-18 Airborne.

On the flight it's the boy who stands in for Chase that serves House the lead for the final diagnosis while back at home Chase is the one who uncovers the real reason for the patient's symptoms.

Both plot lines are mirrored so nicely.
